Myeloid and lymphoid neoplasms with eosinophilia and FGFR1 rearrangements(MLN-eo FGFR1)disease is derived from a pluripotent hematopoietic stem cell and has a complex presentation with a myeloproliferative disorder with or without eosinophilia and frequently presents with mixed lineage T-or *** myeloproliferative disease frequently progresses to AML and lymphoid neoplasms can develop into acute *** matter the cell type involved,or clinical presentation,chromosome translocations involving the FGFR1 kinase and various partner genes,which leads to constitutive activation of downstream oncogenic signaling *** patients are not responsive to treatment regimens developed for other acute leukemias and survival is *** development of specific FGFR1 inhibitors has suggested an alternative therapeutic approach but resistance is likely to evolve over *** models of this disease syndrome have been developed and are being used for preclinical evaluation of FGFR1 *** lines from these models have now been developed and have been used to investigate the mechanisms of resistance that might be expected in clinical *** far,a V561M mutation in the kinases domain and deletion of PTEN have been recognized as leading to resistance and both operate through the PI3K/AKT signaling *** of the important consequences is the suppression of PUMA,a potent enforcer of apoptosis,which operates through *** BCL2 in the resistant cells leads to suppression of leukemia development in mouse models,which potentially provides an opportunity to treat patients that become resistant to FGFR1 *** addition,elucidation of molecular mechanisms underlying FGFR1-driven leukemias and lymphomas also provides new targets for combined treatment as another option to bypass the FGFR1 inhibitor resistance and improve patient outcome.

本研究从教师的角度对比分析了中国和牙买加小学中信息通信技术的政策、措施的引进情况以及政府如何协助学校进行技术整合。本研究共包括4所学校和4名教师。研究结果以在中国吉林省和牙买加金斯敦市的城市小学中收集到的数据为依据。虽然许多研究已对课堂中的信息通信技术进行了探讨，但目前为止还没有研究对两个发展中国家，如中国和牙买加进行比较。通过课堂观察收集到的数据提供了两国教师的教学实践信息。问卷提供有关教师经验、资历，技术能力和资源可用性的信息。采用开放式访谈的形式，允许教师就他们在课堂中整合信息通信技术时获得的经验和面临的挑战发表见解。研究者查阅了大量的文件和政策，以便更好地了解两国小学中信息通信技术整合的目标。研究结果表明：与一个国家的地理位置和规模大小无关，大多数发展中国家在将信息通信技术引进教学过程中时均面临同样问题。此外，研究揭示了这两国在技术整合过程中的异同以及促进和阻碍这一过程的主要因素。在本质上，需要有一个标准化的国家政策，使教育部的政策与致力于改善信息通信技术使用情况的各学校、组织的政策一致。如果不以这样政策为依据来引导一个国家的教育技术的使用，信息通信技术政策只能被看作是操作性的。国家政策和课堂教学实践之间存在巨大差异。教师即使能说出政策来，有时对政策和具体内容和政策的目标也不清楚。可见，这些政策无法实现其目标，也无法从根本上改变课堂教学实践。政府应确保实施适当的措施有效地进行监测和评价，最重要的是提供反馈和评价以确保这些措施的成功执行。

Background:Until their phase-out between 2005 and 2013,polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)were added to household products including furniture,rugs,and electronics to meet flammability *** brominated flame retardant(BFR)chemicals,including 2-ethylhexyl-2,3,4,5-tetrabromobenzoate(TBB)and bis(2-ethylhexyl)2,3,4,5-tetrabromophthalate(TBPH),which are components of the Firemaster 550®commercial mixture,are now being used to meet some flammability standards in *** objective of this analysis was to evaluate the extent to which mothers and their children living in New York City are exposed to PBDEs,TBB,and ***:We measured PBDEs,TBB,and TBPH using gas chromatography mass spectrometry in dust(n=25)and handwipe(n?11)samples collected between 2012 and 2013 from mothers and children living in New York *** defined dust as enriched if the proportional distribution for a given BFR exceeded two-thirds of the total BFR ***:We detected PBDEs and TBPH in 100%of dust and handwipe samples and TBB in 100%of dust samples and 95%of handwipe *** from approximately two-thirds of households was enriched for either PBDEs(n?9)or for TBB t TBPH(n=8).Overall,the median house dust concentration of TBB+TBPH(1318 ng/g dust)was higher than that of SPentaBDE(802 ng/g dust)and BDE-209(1171 ng/g dust).Children generally had higher BFR handwipe concentrations compared to mothers(SPentaBDE:73%,BDE-209:64%,TBB t TBPH:55%)and within households,BFR concentrations from paired maternalchild handwipes were highly *** mothers,we found a significant positive relation between house dust and handwipe BDE-209 and TBB t TBPH ***:PBDEs,TBB and TBPH are ubiquitous in house dust and handwipes in a sample of motherchild pairs residing in New York City.

今天的手机不断向小型化和薄型化发展。技术尺寸方面的进展是一个关键问题，可以决定产品开发的命运。同时，由于移动器件的尺寸不断变小，元件尺寸和元件数量也必须减小。元件的布置变得更加重要，抗干扰与低噪声成为工程师工作的一部分。但是，有一些限制因素正在制约这种尺寸缩小的趋势。第一个因素是手机每增加一个新特点，其功耗也要相应增加。最明显的例子是，10年前显示屏的功耗不到50mW，今天已上升到150mW-200mW，预计几年后将上升到300mW-500mW。此外，还有多媒体处理器，相机模块、电视调谐器等等，很容易看到为什么手机的功耗不断增加。

本文利用能量色散X射线荧光分析技术,测定了上百件出自欧洲、近东、中东和远东地区的古代青花釉和蓝玻璃中所含有的钴及其共生元素(包括铁、锰、镍、锌、砷、铜)的相对含量。根据这些数据得到了三个成分组。宋元民窑青花、明中晚期青花、清代青花以及国产钴土矿都属于第一成分组;战国、唐和埃及钴蓝都属第二成分组;元和明代早期青花都与波斯青花同处于第三成分组。作者还根据近年来对中国出土的古玻璃方面的研究结果和中外交通史方面的有关资料对古代中东地区钻蓝进入中国的可能性作了进一步的讨论.
