This paper aims to investigate a method to perform non-isothermal flow simulations in a complex geometry for generalised Newtonian fluids. For this purpose, 3D numerical simulations of starch based products are performed. The geometry of a co-rotating twin-screw extruder is considered. Process conditions concern high rotational speed (up to 1800 rpm), different flow rates (30, 40 and 60 kg/h) and water contents (22% and 36%), for a total of 54 simulations. To cope with the geometry complexity a Mesh Superposition Technique (MST) was adopted. The pseudoplastic behaviour of the fluid is taken into account by considering viscosity as function of shear rate (Ostwaldde Waele relationship) and temperature (Arrhenius law). Simulated temperature variations are compared with measurements at same process conditions for validation. Qualitative behaviour of temperature T and shear stress ?along the screw are analysed and comparisons of different process conditions are presented. By these simulations a database is formed to develop a process control strategy for novel extruder operating points in food technology.

The literature model studied in this article describes bubble formation and growth in a highly viscous polymer liquid with support of a gaseous matter dispersed under pressure before foaming. The foam growth is induced by the application of vacuum and mass transport of volatile components dissolved in the polymer liquid. Based on this literature model, aeration processes are calculated for intermediate viscosity and low viscosity biological systems, as they are of interest for biomatter foams, in particular for food foams in industrial processes. At the end of this article, the numerical results are presented and discussed.

The distribution of Norwegian Atlantic Salmon to internatonal markets has been subject to several studies,while the recent studies on export of Atlantic Salmon between Norway and China after the “normalization” in late 2016 are *** studie’s main goal is to analyse cost-benefit solutions for Supply Chain Management（SCM）of distributing Norwegian Atlantic Salmon to *** there is limited material on whereas the raw material generate value in the Supply Chain,the research will focus on significant changes in the Chinese market,change in consumer habits,possible technological improvements and optimization of the distribution *** ultimate goal of the thesis is to improve effeciency in the supply chain and its operations through *** achive the research goal,the study was conducted using two interviews to collect inside data on the industry and it’s *** addition,a small case study was conducted with 51 participants,to get a perspective on consumer prefrences and *** has been signigicant change in the Chinese market,which has affected the demand for Norwegian Atlantic *** conclusion of the thesis would be to collect data all along the Supply Chain as input to perform Data Analytics,to show “pain points” for improvements and effeciancy in the Supply Chain to optimize SCM of Norwegian Atlantic Salmon to China.

The functional materials based on natural zeolite(clinoptilolite),TiO2-zeolite and Ag-TiO2-zeolite have been successfully synthesized by solid-state reaction in fast-hydrothermal *** obtained functional materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),FT-IR(Fourier transform infrared)spectroscopy,DRUV-VIS(diffuse reflectance ultraviolet-visible)spectroscopy,BET(Brunauer-Emmett-Teller)and SEM/EDX(scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer)*** XRD results indicated that the clinoptilolite structure has a good thermal stabilization after the fast-hydrothermal ***,the high specific surface area about 92.55 m2·g 1was noticed for Ag-TiO2-zeolite functional *** presence of dopants was evidenced from EDX *** enhanced bactericidal activity of Ag-TiO2-zeolite catalyst is proved through damaging of Enterococcus faecalis colonies under visible irradiation,at different material doses and irradiation times.

智能驾驶的发展将由驾驶员承担的行车安全责任转移到自动驾驶系统上,因此,智能车的安全运行越来越重要。质心侧偏角和路面附着系数是智能车辆安全规划和控制的重要参数。本文融合摄像头和惯性测量单元(IMU)信息,提出了不依赖于轮胎信息的质心侧偏角和路面附着系数估计框架。首先,基于车辆运动学模型,利用摄像头和IMU信息,运用卡尔曼滤波估计智能车辆质心侧偏角;其次,于车辆动力学模型,利用IMU信息,运用改进的扰动观测器估计车辆前后轴侧向力;最后,基于估计的质心侧偏角和轮胎侧向力,融合摄像头识别的路面状态,利用高斯牛顿法,鲁棒估计了路面附着系数。仿真分析显示,本文提出的估计框架可以精确地估计质心侧偏角和路面附着系数。

To evaluate the current literature about how successfully periprosthetic hip joint infections can be managed by debridement and prosthesis retention.A literature search was performed through Pub Med until September *** terms were"DAIR(debridement,antibiotics,irrigation,and retention)"alone and in combination with"hip"as well as"hip infection+prosthesis retention".A total of 11 studies reporting on 292 cases could be *** different treatment modalities have been described with varying success rates(debridement-21%infection eradication rate;debridement+lavage-75%infection eradication rate;debridement,lavage,with change of modular prosthesis components-70.4%infection eradication rate;debridement,lavage,change of modular prosthesis components+vacuum-assisted closure-92.8%infection eradication rate;acetabular cup removal+spacer head onto retained stem-89.6%infection eradication rate).With regard to the postoperative antibiotic therapy,no general consensus could be drawn from the available ***,antibiotic therapy,irrigation,and prosthesis retention is an acceptable solution in the management of early and acute hematogenous periprosthetic hip joint *** current literature does not allow for generalization of conclusions with regard to thebest treatment modality.A large,multi-center study is required for identification of the optimal treatment of these infections.

本文通过文献综述,对计算机辅助系统在食管胃十二指肠镜质量监测和胃病变评估方面的应用价值进行了分析。目前数据表明,计算机辅助系统能为上消化道内镜检查提供良好的质量控制,并能较为准确地检出胃恶性肿瘤及癌前病变,与经验丰富的内镜医师相当,甚至更佳。同时,人工智能(AI)能够为胃癌患者确定最佳治疗策略,即根据肿瘤浸润深度进行内镜或手术切除,从而在保证生活质量和远期预后的同时,避免不必要的手术干预。各种不同算法的AI应用于上消化道内镜检查中,无论是普通的白光内镜,还是一些专业内镜中心所采用的新型内镜技术,都显示出良好的效果。目前在研的一些关于AI及计算机辅助诊断系统嵌入内镜设备的临床试验,其结果值得期待,有望实现AI内镜系统在未来的真实应用,突破当前计算机辅助系统的不足,提高检测效能。这些改进能为胃癌患者提供更好的诊疗策略。而且,将AI算法融入到内镜设备,加之包含内镜图像的大数据,或可进一步拓展上消化道内镜的应用空间,包括远程医疗和疑难病例的会诊。
