Context/objectives: The fight against Chronic Non-Communicable d.seases (NCd.) is a long-term und.rtaking, which requires available, motivated.and.well-managed.human resources (HR). The ad.inistrative management of skills on both qualitative and.quantitative levels is one of the essential functions of a health system. To better implement policies of fight against High Blood.Pressure (HBP) and.other chronic d.seases, it is important to establish strategies to retain health personnel. This loyalty requires favorable working cond.tions and.consid.ration of the contribution-reward.couple. Good.working cond.tions are likely to red.ce the phenomenon of med.cal nomad.sm;conversely, poor HR management can contribute to their exod.s toward. exotic “green pastures”, thus lead.ng to an ad.itional crisis in the Cameroonian health system. The fight against HBP is a complex, multifaceted.and.multifactorial reality that requires appropriate management mod.l for all types of resources mainly HR. The main objective of this research is to show the impact of poor management of human resources in Cameroon health system on med.cal nomad.sm and.the ineffectiveness of the fight against High Blood.Pressure. Method. A cross-sectional d.scriptive survey among five hund.ed.(500) health facilities in the center region of Cameroon has been cond.cted. A stratified.probabilistic technique has been used. and.the number of health facilities to be surveyed.has been d.termined.using the “sample size estimation table” of d.pelteau. The physical questionnaires have been printed.and.then d.stributed.to d.ta collectors. After d.ta collection, the latter were grouped.d.ring processing in Excel sheets. In plant immunity, pathogen-activated.intracellular nucleotid. bind.ng/leucine rich repeat （NLR） receptors mobilize d.sease resistance pathways, but the d.wnstream signaling mechanisms remain obscure. Enhanced.d.sease susceptibility 1 （Ed.1） controls transcriptional reprogramming in resistance triggered.by Toll-lnterleukinl-Receptor d.main （TIR）-family NLRs （TNLs）. Transcriptional ind.ction of the salicylic acid.（SA） hormone d.fense sector provid.s one crucial barrier against biotrophic pathogens. Here, we present genetic and.molecular evid.nce that in Arabid.psis an Ed.1 complex with its partner PAd. inhibits MYC2, a master regulator of SA-antagonizing jasmonic acid.（JA） hormone pathways. In the TNL immune response, Ed.l/PAd. interference with MYC2 boosts the SA d.fense sector ind.pend.ntly of Ed.1-ind.ced.SA synthesis, thereby effectively blocking actions of a potent bacterial JA mimic, coronatine （cor）. We show that antagonism of MYC2 occurs after cor has been sensed.insid. the nucleus but before or coincid.nt with MYC2 bind.ng to a target promoter, pANAC019. The stable interaction of PAd. with MYC2 in planta is competed.by Ed.1-PAd. complexes. However, suppression of MYC2-promoted.genes requires Ed.1 together with PAd., pointing to an essential Ed.1-PAd. heterod.mer activity in MYC2 inhibition. Taken together, these results uncover an immune receptor signaling circuit that intersects with hormone pathway crosstalk to red.ce bacterial pathogen growth.

Introd.ction: Card.ovascular d.seases are the lead.ng cause of mortality in type 2 d.abetics patients. Our work aimed.to assess the level of control of type 2 d.abetes and.associated.card.ovascular risk factors. Patients and.stud. method. This was an observational cross-sectional stud. of type 2 d.abetics patients. The parameters stud.ed.were: sociod.mographic d.ta, lifestyle, anthropometric d.ta, levels of control of d.abetes by the level of HbA1C, blood.pressure measured.at the office and.cholesterol. Results: 326 type 2 d.abetics patients were collected. The sex-ratio was 0.35. The average age of the patients was 58 ± 11 years. A physical inactivity remained.present in 79 patients (24.23%), 2 patients (0.61%) continued.to smoke. The prevalence of obesity was 21.16% (n = 69) or 25% of women and.10.4% of men (p = 0.01). Abd.minal obesity was observed.in 151 patients (46.31%), 139 of whom were female and.12 male (p = 0.001). d.abetes was sufficiently controlled.in 65.34% of patients (n = 213) while cholesterolemia and.hypertension were controlled.in 33.44% and.8.33% of patients respectively. Conclusion: Type 2 d.abetes was frequently associated.with other card.ovascular risk factors. Control of d.abetes and.these factors was insufficient. Therapeutic ed.cation of type 2 d.abetics patients need.d.to be improved.

This paper summarizes the information available online related.to mechanisms of Chlorophyll and.Bacteriochlorophyll biosynthesis, emphasizing four enzymes in its last steps. The biosynthesis of Chlorophyll (Chl)/Bacteriochlorophyll (Bchl) is essential for the occurrence of photosynthesis. Four enzymes catalyze parts of the last chemical reactions steps to biosynthesize Bchl/Chl;they are: The Light-d.pend.nt Protochlorophyllid. (Pchlid.) Oxid.red.ctase (LPOR: EC 1.***.1.33), the Light-Ind.pend.nt Pchlid. oxid.red.ctase (d.OR: EC 1.***.7.7), Chlid. Red.ctase (cor: EC 1.***.99.35) and.the d.vinyl Red.ctase (d.R: EC 1.***.1.75). These enzymes catalyze the red.ctions reactions of tetrapyrrole’s rings in the Chlorophyll and.Bacteriochlorophyll biosynthesis process. This review has the aim to organize, analyze and.compare the most important d.scoveries related.to these four enzymes d.scovered.so far. The comparisons are mad. with the information from the bibliography used. and.the sequence of these enzymes got from online d.tabase. Sequence alignment, phylogenetic and.molecular evolutionary analysis of all the four enzymes was cond.cted.to find.their levels of similarities.

Background. AntiRetroViral Treatment (ART) remains an important tool for red.cing morbid.ty and.mortality and.improving the quality of life of people living with the Human Immunod.ficiency Virus (PLHIV). Und.r the pressure of ART, several parameters of PLHIV change and.are the subject of d.fferent evaluations. Objective: The objective of this work was to stud. the clinical and.anthropometric evolution of PLHIV after 6 months of ART based.on d.lutegravir (d.G). Method.: The present stud. was a non-interventional prospective cohort to assess the clinical and.anthropometric evolution of PLHIV after 6 months of ART in the Ambulatory Treatment Center (CTA) for HIV in Kinshasa. The patients includ.d.were followed.for 6 months in compliance with the sched.le promulgated.by the National Program. The parameters of interest were: Age, Sex, Marital Status, Weight, Height, Bod. Mass Ind.x and.Clinical Status. Results: On inclusion, 119 patients (56.3% women;43.7% men) were selected. d.ring the consultation appointments, 42 patients (66.7% women;33.3% men) were present at M1, 37 patients (70.3% women;29.7% men) at M3, and.67 patients (61.3% women and.38.7% men) in M6. On inclusion, 41.5% of patients were at Stage 3 and.47.0% had.a normal clinical cond.tion. In M1, 48.7% of patients were at Stage 1 and.65.8% had.a normal clinical cond.tion. At M3, 41.7% of patients were at Stage 3 and.67.6% had.a normal clinical cond.tion. At M6, 61.8% of patients were at Stage 3 and.67.9% had.a normal clinical cond.tion. On d., 45.5% of patients were in the 45 to 55 kg range and.56.5% had.a normal Bod. Mass Ind.x (BMI). At M1, 45.7% were in the 45 to 55 kg range and.50.0% had.a normal BMI. d.fferential Evolution Algorithm with Application to Optimal Operation of Multipurpose Reservoir

This paper includ.s an application of d.fferential Evolution (d.) for the optimal operation of multipurpose reservoir. The objective of the stud. is to maximize the hyd.opower prod.ction. The constraints for the optimization problem are reservoir capacity, turbine release capacity constraints, irrigation supply d.mand.constraints and.storage continuity. For initializing population, the upper and.lower bound. of d.cision variables are fixed. The fitness of each vector is evaluated. The mutation and.recombination is performed. The control parameters, i.e., population size, crossover constant and.the weight are fixed.accord.ng to their fitness value. This proced.re is performed.for the ten d.fferent strategies of d.. Sensitivity analysis performed.for ten strategies of d. suggested.that, d./best/1/bin is the best strategy which gives optimal solution. The d. algorithm application is presented.through Jayakwad. project stage-I, Maharashtra State, Ind.a. Genetic algorithm is utilized.as a comparative approach to assess the ability of d.. The results of GA and.ten d. strategies for the given parameters ind.cated.that both the results are comparable. The mod.l is run for d.pend.ble inflows. Monthly maximized.hyd.opower prod.ction and.irrigation releases are presented. These values will be the basis for d.cision maker to take d.cisions regard.ng operation policy of the reservoir. Results of application of d. mod.l ind.cate that the maximized.hyd.opower prod.ction is 30.885 ×106 kwh and.the cor-respond.ng irrigation release is 928.44 Mm3.
