In this paper, we use the fractional complex transform and the （g＇/g）-expansion method to study the nonlinear fractional differential equations and find the exact solutions. The fractional complex transform is proposed to convert a partial fractional differential equation with Jumarie＇s modified Riemann-Liouville derivative into its ordinary differential equation. It is shown that the considered transform and method are very efficient and powerful in solving wide classes of nonlinear fractional order equations.

Aﬂood is a signiﬁcant damaging natural calamity that causes loss of life and *** work on the construction ofﬂood prediction models intended to reduce risks,suggest policies,reduce mortality,and limit property damage caused byﬂ*** massive amount of data generated by social media platforms such as Twitter opens the door toﬂood *** of the real-time nature of Twitter data,some government agencies and authorities have used it to track natural catastrophe events in order to build a more rapid rescue ***,due to the shorter duration of Tweets,it is difﬁcult to construct a perfect prediction model for determiningﬂ*** learning(ML)and deep learning(DL)approaches can be used to statistically developﬂood prediction *** the same time,the vast amount of Tweets necessitates the use of a big data analytics(BDA)tool forﬂood *** this regard,this work provides an optimal deep learning-basedﬂood forecasting model with big data analytics(ODLFF-BDA)based on Twitter *** suggested ODLFF-BDA technique intends to anticipate the existence ofﬂoods using tweets in a big data *** ODLFF-BDA technique comprises data pre-processing to convert the input tweets into a usable *** addition,a Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers(BERT)model is used to generate emotive contextual embed-ding from ***,a gated recurrent unit(gRU)with a Multilayer Convolutional Neural Network(MLCNN)is used to extract local data and predict theﬂ***,an Equilibrium Optimizer(EO)is used toﬁne-tune the hyper-parameters of the gRU and MLCNN models in order to increase prediction *** memory usage is pull down lesser than 3.5 MB,if its compared with the other algorithm *** ODLFF-BDA technique’s performance was validated using a benchmark Kaggle dataset,and theﬁndings showed that it outperformed other recent approaches signiﬁcantly.

The proliferation of forums and blogs leads to challenges and opportunities for processing large amounts of information. The information shared on various topics often contains opinionated words which are qualitative in nature. These qualitative words need statistical computations to convert them into useful quantitative data. This data should be processed properly since it expresses opinions. Each of these opinion bearing words differs based on the significant meaning it conveys. To process the linguistic meaning of words into data and to enhance opinion mining analysis, we propose a novel weighting scheme, referred to as inferred word weighting(IWW). IWW is computed based on the significance of the word in the document(SWD) and the significance of the word in the expression(SWE) to enhance their performance. The proposed weighting methods give an analytic view and provide appropriate weights to the words compared to existing methods. In addition to the new weighting methods, another type of checking is done on the performance of text classification by including stop-words. generally, stop-words are removed in text processing. When this new concept of including stop-words is applied to the proposed and existing weighting methods, two facts are observed:(1) Classification performance is enhanced;(2) The outcome difference between inclusion and exclusion of stop-words is smaller in the proposed methods, and larger in existing methods. The inferences provided by these observations are discussed. Experimental results of the benchmark data sets show the potential enhancement in terms of classification accuracy.

NT build 443, or profile fitting method, is often used to measure the diffusion coefficient of chloride in concrete. However, this method is quite laborious and needs special equipment. Colorimetric method is a quick and simple method to measure the penetration depth of chloride by spraying 0.1 mol/L silver nitrate solution. The objective of this work is to study the possibility of the use of colorimetric method in the calculation of non-steady-state diffusion coefficient. Twelve concrete mixtures with different supplementary cementitious materials and water-to-cement ratios of 0.35, 0.48 and 0.6 were used for study. According to NT build 443, the concrete specimens were immersed in 165 g/L NaC1 （2.8 mol/L） solution for 42 d. Both water-soluble （convert to free chloride） chloride and acid-soluble chloride at different layers of specimens were measured. The results show that the mean value of free chloride concentration at the color change boundary Cd was 0.306 mol/L. The surface free chloride concentration cs was obtained by profile fitting method, which was 40% lower than the chloride concentration of exposure solution after an immersion period of 42 d. Chloride diffusion coefficients obtained by the colorimetric method was not well correlated with those obtained by profile fitting method.

We evaluated a clone trial comprised of 20 ramets each of 40 Eucalyptus camaldulensis clones for growth and fertility at 4 years of age. The clones differed significantly in growth with 65-100 % survival in 38 clones while two clones had low survival （40 and 10 %）. Fecundity was high and fertility variation low, as indicated by the sibling coefficient value （ψ = 1.4） with 55 % of clones contributing 80 % of the fruits. Thinning strategies were considered to convert the clone trial to a clonal seed orchard and enhance both gain and diversity in seed crop. When clones were selected based on growth without con- sidering fertility, truncation selection （to retain clones with higher DBH than the trial mean value） would give 8 % gain, but 59 % reduction in effective population size （Ne）. gain and predicted diversity （Ne） was highest when ramets were selected in linear proportion to the breeding value of each clone. Mass selection with the same intercept （for DBH） as truncation selection would give a moderate 3 % gain, but over two times higher predicted Ne than trunca- tion selection. When fertility of retained trees was con- sidered after thinning, mass selection would yield 52 % effective contribution from the orchard trees compared to only 30 % contribution from truncation selection and linear thinning. Higher representation of superior clones in linear thinning and mass selection would lead to greater fertilityvariation and over 30 % reduction in effective clone number （Nc） from that predicted （Ne, assuming equal fer- tility among ramets） before thinning.

This paper investigates the problem of oblique hydro magnetic stagnation point flow of an electrically conducting Casson fluid over stretching sheet embedded in a doubly stratified medium in the presence of thermal radiation and heat source/absorption with first order chemical *** is assumed that the fluid impinges on the wall *** variables were used to convert the partial differential equations to ordinary differential *** transformed ordinary differential equations are solved numerically using Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg method with shooting *** is observed that a boundary layer is formed when the stretching velocity of the surface is less than the in viscid free stream velocity at a point decreases with increase in the non-Newtonian rheology *** augmentation of the temperature is observed with the magnetic parameter,heat source parameter and thermal radiation parameter while a reverse effect with thermal stratification number,Prandtl number and the velocity ratio *** of Skin friction coefficient,Nusselt number and Sherwood number on the flow configurations for different values of pertinent parameters are portrayed graphically and *** results are compared with the published results and are found to be in good agreement with previously published results as special cases of present *** mass concentration is seen to be decrease with Schmidt number,chemical reaction parameter and solutal stratification number.
