目的旨在翻译Chase护理管理者胜任力测评工具(the Chase Nurse Manager Competency Instrument,CNMCI)为意大利语,并对其进行信度和效度检验。方法对英文版CNMCI进行翻译,并通过横断面研究验证其信效度。采用预翻译(建立等效)、初始翻译、预测试、审查和管理5个步骤的问卷翻译方法,将英文版工具翻译为意大利语版。于2022年8月到2023年6月,选取意大利3个地区31所医疗机构349名护理管理者进行调查。采用内容效度、结构效度评估工具的效度;采用Cronbach'sα系数、重测信度评估工具的信度。结果意大利语版CNMCI,包括“知识理解”和“实施和/或使用能力”两个分量表,每个分量表包括53个条目。工具的条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.83~1.00,两个分量表的内容效度指数(S-CVI)均为0.97。经验证性因子分析显示该工具各项拟合指数表现良好。工具中“知识理解”分量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.978,“实施和/或使用能力”分量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.976。各个维度之间的相关系数为0.494~0.908重测信度为0.820,表明工具的一致性较好。结论意大利语版CNMCI在测量护理管理者胜任力方面显示出良好的信度和效度,并支持该工具的多维度结构。此外,研究结果支持了这些因素的层次性质,进一步支持了该工具的有效性。

Côte d’Ivoire is currently experiencing strong growth in the mining sector. Identifying the formations present in our subsoil is therefore essential for mining recovery. It is in this context that we conducted studies on the formations present in the locality of guintéguéla. It is located in the northwest of Côte d’Ivoire in the bafing region. The aim of this work was to determine the petrographic and structural characteristics of the formations of the area. The methodology began with documentation and then followed petrography and structural analysis work on the macroscopic and microscopic levels. We observed six groups of rocks: granitoids, amphibolites, orthogneiss, quartzites (poor and rich in magnetites), volcano-sediments and filonian rocks. Metamorphism is of amphibolite to granulite facies. However, volcano-sediments must be associated with the green schist facies. With regard to the structural, structures and microstructures such as foliation;fractures;sigmoidal figures reveal that the studied area was affected by ductile and also brittle tectonics whose main directions are oriented along the shear corridor, so N-S to NNW-SSE.

Analysis of Pioneering Computable Biomedical Knowledge Repositories and their Emerging governance Structures

A growing interest in producing and sharing computable biomedical knowledge artifacts(CBKs) is increasing the demand for repositories that validate, catalog, and provide shared access to CBKs. However, there is a lack of evidence on how best to manage and sustain CBK repositories. In this paper, we present the results of interviews with several pioneering CBK repository owners. These interviews were informed by the Trusted Repositories Audit and Certification(TRAC) framework. Insights gained from these interviews suggest that the organizations operating CBK repositories are somewhat new, that their initial approaches to repository governance are informal, and that achieving economic sustainability for their CBK repositories is a major challenge. To enable a learning health system to make better use of its data intelligence, future approaches to CBK repository management will require enhanced governance and closer adherence to best practice frameworks to meet the needs of myriad biomedical science and health communities. More effort is needed to find sustainable funding models for accessible CBK artifact collections.

Intraductal papillary neoplasms of the bile duct(IPNBs)represent a rare variant of biliary tumors characterized by a papillary growth within the bile duct *** their first description in 2001,several classifications have been proposed,mainly based on histopathological,radiological and clinical features,although no specific guidelines addressing their management have been *** duct neoplasms generally develop through a multistep process,involving different precursor pathways,ranging from the initial lesion,detectable only microscopically,*** intraepithelial neoplasia,to the distinctive grades of IPNB until the final stage represented by invasive *** and advanced investigations,mainly relying on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and cholangioscopy,are required to reach a correct diagnosis and to define an adequate bile duct mapping,which supports proper *** recently introduced subclassifications of types 1 and 2 highlight the histopathological and clinical aspects of IPNB,as well as their natural evolution with a particular focus on prognosis and *** surgical resection,including hepatectomy,pancreaticoduodenectomy or both,represents the treatment of choice,yielding optimal results in terms of survival,although several endoscopic approaches have been *** are newly recognized preinvasive neoplasms of the bile duct with high malignant *** novel subclassification of types 1 and 2 defines the histological and clinical aspects,prognosis and *** is mainly based on MRI and *** resection represents the mainstay of treatment,although endoscopic resection is currently applied to nonsurgically fit *** frontiers in genetic research have identified the processes underlying the carcinogenesis of IPNB,to identify targeted therapies.
