In the construction sector, which is one of the major goals of the new economy, the company is aiming at a new constructive practice and upgrading of the built, using ICT （information and communications technology） technologies. So the focus is on new operating and organizational models of sustainable building processes in the architecture, engineering and construction sectors, which are based on three-dimensional models of digital technology BIM （building information modeling）. It is intended as a human activity that improves building workflows and, through software and IFACs （industry foundation classes）, manages flexibility, coordinates and optimizes operational choices on time, economic, and environmental sustainability parameters. The goal is a new interoperable building process that involves designers, contractors and businesses from programming to lifecycle building and maintenance through the integrated project delivery of the building. Dynamic architectures, interactive with efficient technological and constructive systems, are integrated with innovative products of complex nature and bi-directional performance, engineered, with energy storage and renewable resources. The methodologies are based, above all, on the adoption of BIM technologies with the digital project manager and the use of robotic technological tools. Digitization is applied for the design and construction of architectural and infrastructure artifacts, in interaction with intelligent, adaptive, nanotechnical and user-friendly materials and climate. The results are aimed at efficient buildings with user comfort and safety, accuracy, and risk monitoring with remote monitoring, highlighting VDC （visual design construction） in CID （computational intelligent design）.

The performance of each type of building must meet all the needs and requests of new real estate markets. In fact, in the excellent architectures, the user can manage, with autonomy and flexibility, each system and product, according to the new energy and building technologies too. The main objective is the social and environmental sustainability with the reduction of fossil fuels and the greenhouse gas effect, pushing the use of renewable energies, in a new trend of land regeneration with sustainable buildings and settlement recovery. The energy crisis, mainly generated by the climate change, the air pollution, with consequent extinction of the species, reduction of the land and the work, the degradation and the environmental and seismic risk, focuses on the security and quality of construction systems, integrated use of clean resources. The methodologies aimed at integrating of energy-efficient and innovative building technologies in architecture, from design to management, to produce electric and thermal energy with active and passive properties, for a high-performance habitat. Therefore, the use of solar photovoltaic in the buildings, BIPV （Building Integrated Photovoltaic） with high-performance glass vision, efficient systems, intelligent materials, is integrated in architectures with the use of innovative construction systems, finally, technology of OPV （Organic Photovoltaic）, multi-junction cells, the dye sensitized solar cells in the solid state, etc., and adoption of storage systems.

Innovation and energy efficiency are the essential paradigms of the new technology and design culture, in the sustainable economic and social development, highlighting the performance of new technologies, systems and intelligent materials, such as sustainable identities in architectural envelopes. Then, contextualized sustainable architectural objectives favor material and energy flows, pointing to the constructive flexibility, identity and compatibility of technological innovation, which contrasts with climate change. So sustainable use of natural resources, renewable energy, in line with the principles of the 2030 Agenda for SDGs （Sustainable Development Goals）. The well-being of the community with the valorisation of places and the environment, indicates the technological excellence of architecture, synchronous with territorial metamorphoses. Thus, vision glass principles in the environmentally responsive wall, and engineered wall, in external awareness, cellular flooring for eco-efficiency. The methodologies indicate the applications of new design models for new constructions and regeneration, with dynamic, efficient and integrated envelopes integrated with renewable energy storage technologies, neomaterials and high performance insulating. Then HPP （high performance polymers） nanotechnologies are based on efficient pigments, intelligent bioPCM （PCM for phase change material） nano technologies, thermoregulators with high thermal inertia. The goal is towards an escalation of sustainable architectures that contrasts with climate change and pollution ofanthropic origin, for smart and sustainable growth.

The innovation of building envelopes is densely characterized, in the new design process, by new products of the building industry and intelligent robotic systems, making them efficient and dynamic in an eco-efficient environmental context and spatial flexibility. The goal is that of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability that invest above all the building production sector, pushing towards a circular economy with the use of clean energy resources and new artificial intelligence systems. The intelligence is highlighted through the optimization of the performance of new lightweight envelopes, in the technological design and the new building process, through Lean planning and Lean construction, Mass customization, with application of criteria, methods and tools. So there are innovative technological solutions, for environmental comfort and energy saving, and typological solutions with high performance level, with the use of innovative, adaptive, advanced, light materials with nanoproducts, intelligent IT systems, etc. We highlight the effectiveness of design with natural passive use of renewable energy and energy efficiency of the envelope as “skin” and relative increase in performance levels, in the interaction with the internal environment and natural dynamic flows and in the conversion of thermal and electrical energy. The methodologies are aimed at the application of digital technologies and soft robotic systems for the management and quality of services with technological and constructive solutions for dynamic interactive envelope and intelligent systems of double or triple skin, curtain walls, etc. The challenge is new design models of dynamic enclosures, on criteria and methods that guide the new rules on energy efficiency in buildings, for environmental sustainability and housing quality with the integration of soft robots.
