Lynch syndrome(LS),an autosomal dominant inherited syndrome causing tumor predisposition,is often associated with colorectal cancer(CRC)and,second most commonly,endometrial cancer(EC).1–3 It is caused by a heterozygous(one allele affected)inactivating germline mutation in one of the mismatch repair(MMR)genes;germline deletion of the epithelial cell adhesion molecule(EPCAM)gene may also result in LS.4–6 Here,we report a Chinese family with LS,identifying two novel mutations in MMR(mismatch repair)genes that are related to LS development and may facilitate its diagnosis.

An unprecedented palladium/copper cocatalyzed coupling reaction of indoles with simple aroyl hydrazides has been developed under aerobic conditions. A range of aroyl hydrazides underwent palladium/copper cocatalyzed oxidative arylation with indoles open to air in a 1：1 mixture of dimethyl sulfoxide and nitromethane to give structurally diverse 2-arylindoles or 3-arylindoles in moderate to good yields. The reaction well tolerates a wide variety of functional groups such as alkoxy, halo, ester.

The indene moiety is an important unit because of its presence in many chemical catalysts, functional materials and biologically relevant molecules. Herein, we report a facile reaction of arylallenes with benzylic or allylic alcohols through TfOH/Fe（OTf）3 cocatalyzed cleavage of sp3 carbon-oxygen. In the presence of 5 mol% TfOH and 5 mol% Fe（OTf）3, a range of arylallenes undergo carbocation initiated cyclization reaction with alkyl alcohols to give structurally diverse polysubstituted indenes in good to excellent yields. H2O is the sole byproduct that makes this transformation highly atom-economic and environmentally benign.

A new cross-coupling reaction of N-benzylic sulfonamides with terminal alkynes for the synthesis of internal alkynes is *** the presence of 5 mol%of(Tf)_(2)NH/Bi(OTf)_(3)(1∶1),a broad range of N-benzylic sulfona-mides react smoothly with arylacetylenes to afford structurally diverse internal alkynes in moderate to excellent *** reasoned that vinyl cations could be formed by the regioselective attack of terminal alkynes with benzyl cations generated in situ from N-benzylic sulfonamides under acidic conditions,which then eliminated to form a carbon-carbon triple bond.

Serous adenocarcinoma of the vaginal-urethral interspance with unknown origin has not previously been *** on existing evidence,serous adenocarcinoma was considered to be a mesonephric *** adenocarcinoma is a rare tumor of the female genital tract derived from mesonephric duct remnants or *** the small number of reported cases,most are related to the uterus and *** is no literature pertaining to optimal therapy,and little is known about the response to chemotherapeutic agents and ***,we reported a case of a mesonephric adenocarcinoma of the vaginal-urethral interspace in a 43-year-old woman with 4 years of follow-up.

Objective:Lynch syndrome(LS)predisposes patients to early onset endometrioid endometrial cancer(EEC).However,little is known about LS-related EEC in the Chinese *** aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of LS and to identify the specific variants of LS in Chinese patients with ***:We applied universal immunohistochemistry screening to detect the expression of mismatch repair(MMR)proteins,which was followed by MLH1 methylation analysis to identify suspected LS cases,next-generation sequencing(NGS)to confirm LS,and microsatellite instability(MSI)analysis to verify ***:We collected 211 samples with ***-seven(27/211,12.8%)EEC cases had a loss of MMR protein *** MLH1 methylation analysis,16 EEC cases were suggested to be associated with ***,through NGS and MSI analysis,we determined that 10 EEC(10/209,4.78%)cases were associated with *** those cases,3 unreported mutations(1 frameshift and 2 nonsense)were identified.M SH6 c.597_597delC,found in 4 patients,is likely to be a founder mutation in ***:We demonstrated the feasibility of a process for LS screening in Chinese patients with EEC,by using universal immunohistochemistry screening followed by MLH1 methylation analysis and confirmation through NGS and MSI *** novel mutations identified in this study expand knowledge of LS.

An unprecedented deammoniative condensation reaction of primary allylic amines with nonallylic amines has been developed through C-N bond *** the presence of 5 mol%palladium diacetate,10 mol%1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane(dppb),and 5 mol%p-toluenesulfonic acid(TsOH),a range of α-unbranched primary allylic amines smoothly underwent deammoniative condensation with nonallylic amines in an α-selective fashion to give structurally diverse secondary and tertiary amines in good to excellent yields and E *** dppb with racemic 2,2'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1'-binaphthyl(BINAP)permitted the deammoniative condensation of enantioenriched α-chiral primary allylic amines with nonallylic amines to proceed with complete retention of *** ionization(ESI)mass spectrometric analysis of the reaction mixture permitted the identification of some π-allylpalladium intermediates,and plausible mechanisms have been proposed to account for the regioselectivity and stereospecificity of the deammoniative condensation reaction.
