Weather phenomenon recognition plays an important role in the field of ***,weather radars and weathers sensor have been widely used for weather ***,given the high cost in deploying and maintaining the devices,it is difficult to apply them to intensive weather phenomenon ***,advanced machine learning models such as Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)have shown a lot of promise in meteorology,but these models also require intensive computation and large memory,which make it difficult to use them in *** practice,lightweight models are often used to solve such ***,lightweight models often result in significant performance *** this end,after taking a deep dive into a large number of lightweight models and summarizing their shortcomings,we propose a novel lightweight CNNs model which is constructed based on new building *** experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper has comparable performance with the mainstream non-lightweight model while also saving 25 times of memory *** memory reduction is even better than that of existing lightweight models.

针对于太阳能PV/T系统相变材料热导率低、易泄漏的问题,本工作制备了二十二烷-十二醇/膨胀石墨复合定形相变材料并对其性能进行实验研究。本工作首先按照6∶4的比例制备了二十二烷-十二醇相变材料,然后采用熔融共混法制备了一系列膨胀石墨含量不同的复合定形相变材料。实验借助场发射扫描电子显微镜观察其微观结构,利用热流型差示扫描量热仪、热导率测量仪等仪器测量其潜热、热导率等参数,研究了材料的物理相容性、吸附性、循环稳定性,探究了膨胀石墨和二十二烷-十二醇的最佳配比及其各项性能。结果表明,当膨胀石墨质量分数为15%时,复合定形相变材料性能最佳,此时膨胀石墨足以将相变材料吸附,渗漏率仅为3.85%且无明显渗出,其熔化和凝固相变潜热分别为203.8 kJ/kg和-196.6 kJ/kg;在经过50次冷热循环后,其相变温度及潜热变化较小,热导率基本保持稳定,波动幅度仅为5.9%,质量损失较少,仅为0.0495 g,表现出良好的循环稳定性。研究为后续定形相变材料在太阳能PV/T系统中的应用提供理论数据支撑。

To obtain symmetric supercapacitors(SCs)with high energy density,it is critical to fabricate an electrode with wide potential window and excellent capacitive ***,by using the strong double hydrolysis reaction between anions and cations,the FeOOH nanosheets on the surface of activated carbon cloth(FeOOH@AC)are prepared through a simple hydrothermal *** FeOOH@AC electrode exhibits maximum capacitance of 4,090 mF·cm^−2 at wider potential window-1–0 V and 3,250 mF·cm^−2 at 0–1 V versus SCE in 2 M LiNO3 *** two pieces of FeOOH@AC electrodes the obtained symmetric SC can operate at the voltage window of 2 *** FeOOH symmetric SC shows high energy density of 13.261 mWh·cm^−3 at a power density of 14.824 mW·cm^−3 and maintains 4.175 mWh·cm^−3 at a maximum power density of 118.564 mW·cm^−3,as well as excellent charge storage capacity and cyclic *** ion adsorption and diffusion mechanism on the(200)facets of FeOOH are explained by the density functional theory(DFT)*** simple synthesis process and excellent capacitance performance of the FeOOH@AC composite make it a very promising candidate for high performance symmetric SC electrodes.

The band structure, density of states, optical properties, carrier mobility, and loss function of graphene, black phosphorus（BP）, and molybdenum disulfide（MoS_2） were investigated by the first-principles method with the generalized-gradient approximation. The graphene was a zero-band-gap semiconductor. The band gaps of BP and MoS_2 were strongly dependent on the number of layers. The relationships between layers and band gap were built to predict the band gap of few-layer BP and MoS_2. The absorption showed an explicit anisotropy for light polarized in（1 0 0） and（0 0 1） directions of graphene, BP,and MoS_2. This behavior may be readily detected in spectroscopic measurements and exploited for optoelectronic applications. Moreover, graphene（5.27 × 10~4 cm^2·V^（-1）·s^（-1））, BP（1.5 × 10~4 cm^2·V^（-1）·s^（-1））, and MoS_2（2.57×102 cm2·V-1·s-1）have high carrier mobility. These results show that graphene, BP, and MoS_2 are promising candidates for future electronic applications.

目的筛选人血白蛋白种属特异性肽段,并基于该特征肽建立一种高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(HPLC-MS)对人血白蛋白进行定性定量分析的方法。方法样品经胰蛋白酶酶解后,采用纳升液相色谱-高分辨质谱联用仪(nano HPLC-orbitrap fusion)分析,通过Proteome Discoverer质谱数据库搜索,筛选人血白蛋白的专属特征肽段;并采用液相-三重四极杆质谱联用多反应监测(multiple reaction monitor,MRM)模式,建立并验证专属性鉴别方法和定量分析方法,该方法以Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C 18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)为色谱柱,含0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相A,含0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;流速为0.2 mL·min^(-1),定性与定量离子对为m/z 507.5→189.2和m/z 507.5→132.1。结果选择氨基酸序列为LVAASQAALGL的特征肽作为人血白蛋白的检测肽段,方法检测限为3.75 ng·mL^(-1),定量限为2.5 ng·mL^(-1),该肽段在12.5~100 ng·mL^(-1)浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9964);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD均<5%,回收率为92.3%~99.7%,RSD为2.9%(n=6)。结论所选人血白蛋白特征肽段专属性强,可以准确识别人血白蛋白的种属来源;所建立的分析方法准确、可靠,可用于人血白蛋白定性鉴别及定量分析。

目的系统评价三酰甘油葡萄糖指数(triglyceride glucose index,TyG指数)与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的相关性,为临床将TyG指数作为评价监测OSAHS患者胰岛素抵抗的指标提供依据。方法系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、Embase、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国科技期刊全文数据库等中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年9月,文献筛选提取数据后,应用Stata 12.0软件进行合并分析。结果共纳入5篇文献,总计880名研究对象,各研究均为横断面研究,结果显示TyG指数与OSAHS存在相关性。根据不同的分组标准进行亚组分析结果显示,OSAHS患者较非OSAHS患者有更高的TyG指数[SMD=0.74,95%CI(0.48,1.00),P=0.000],且OSAHS越严重TyG指数越高[SMD=0.33,95%CI(0.13,0.52),P=0.001]。结论T yG指数与OSAHS严重程度呈正相关。

Enteroviruses (EVs) are classified into 15 species according to their sequence diversity. They include four human EV (A, B, C, and D) and three rhinoviruses (A, B, and C), and cause diseases in millions of people worldwide. Generally, individuals with enteroviral infections have mild clinical symptoms, including respiratory illness, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and fever. More importantly, some members of the human EV family are neurotropic pathogens that may cause a wide range of clinical diseases, such as aseptic meningitis and encephalitis. Previously, the EV that caused the most severe neurotropic symptoms was poliovirus (PV), a member of the EV C group. Poliovirus has been eliminated in most countries through a global vaccination campaign. Non-PV EVs infect the central nervous system (CNS) and are the major EVs causing neurological diseases. These human non-PV EVs include EV A (e.g., EV-A71, CVA6, and CVA16), B (e.g., CVA9 and CVB3, CVB5, echovirus 11 [E11], E30, and E7), C (e.g., CVA24), and D (e.g., EV-D68). Here, we review the relationship between EV infection and CNS diseases and advance in the use of cellular receptors and host immune responses during viral infection.

【背景】H6亚型禽流感病毒（avian influenza virus,AIV）广泛流行于我国南方地区，是我国家禽中最常见AIV之一。H6N1亚型AIV频繁地与其他野鸟源毒株重配，并且可以作为供体为高致病性AIV提供内部基因片段，产生新型重组病毒，进而威胁人类健康。【目的】通过对我国H6N1亚型AIV的演化动态及其相关生物学特性分析研究，为我国禽流感的综合防控提供数据支持。【方法】采集2019—2022年我国25个省（直辖市、自治区）的活禽交易市场及养殖场家禽喉和泄殖腔拭子，通过接种鸡胚分离到7株H6N1亚型AIVs并对其进行全基因组测序，分析其遗传演化特征、受体结合特性及其对SPF鸡和BALB/c小鼠的感染性。【结果】遗传演化分析表明，7株病毒的基因与分离于北美及东南亚地区的野鸟源病毒基因同源性较高，基因来源复杂，具有明显的遗传多样性。贝叶斯演化分析表明，H6亚型AIV HA基因曾发生过多次的跨洲际传播，欧亚谱系病毒在北美地区也有着较长时间流行。1株病毒HA基因与北美地区毒株基因高度同源，根据贝叶斯演化分析结果，推测该病毒在野鸟体内经历了复杂的基因重配后形成，后经野鸟传入我国。特殊氨基酸位点分析结果显示，病毒HA蛋白裂解位点序列均为PQIETR↓GLF，符合低致病性AIV特征；此外，另有1株病毒的NP蛋白发生Y52H突变，据报道，该突变对AIV获得抵抗人干扰素刺激基因BTN3A3的能力起到关键作用。受体结合特性分析表明，部分毒株具有双受体结合特性，但结合人源受体能力弱于结合禽源受体能力。病毒对SPF鸡的感染性试验表明，鸡感染A/chicken/Jiangxi/S40445/2019(H6N1)后能通过呼吸道及消化道排毒，并且病毒可在鸡群内通过接触传播。鸡感染A/duck/Jiangxi/S10941/2019(H6N1)后仅有少数鸡通过呼吸道排毒，病毒无法在鸡群间通过接触传播。BALB/c小鼠的感染性试验表明，H6N1亚型AIV无需提前适应便可在小鼠呼吸道内有效复制，但对小鼠仍呈低致病力。【结论】2019—2022年分离于我国的H6N1亚型AIV基因大部分来源于野鸟源病毒，候鸟可经东亚-澳大利亚迁徙路线将病毒传入我国；部分病毒能够结合人源唾液酸受体并在小鼠呼吸道内有效复制，表明该亚型病毒对公共卫生安全构成潜在威胁。
