Achieving a high color rendering index(CRI)and luminous stability in single-structured Ce:Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(Ce:YAG)phosphor ceramics(PCs)is crucial for high-power white light-emitting diodes or laser diodes(LEDs/LDs).However,cyan valleys and insufficient amounts of the red component in the Ce:YAG emission spectra significantly limit their real *** this work,a series of Ce,Mn:Y_(3)(Al,Sc)_(2)Al_(3)O_(12)(Ce,Mn:YSAG)PCs were fabricated by vacuum sintering,and efficient spectral regulation was realized for full-color *** cyan valley was filled by the blueshifted emission peak of Ce^(3+)via Sc^(3+)*** orange‒red emission at approximately 580 nm was effectively supplemented via Mn^(2+)*** particular,CRI of Ce,Mn:YSAG increased from 56.4 to 85.8,a 52%increase compared with that of Ce:YAG under high-power LED excitation,and the operating temperature was stable at approximately 50℃for long working ***,CRI of 80.9 could still be obtained for PC-based white *** results indicated that Ce,Mn:YSAG PC,which has excellent CRI and luminous stability,is an extremely promising color convertor for high-power white LEDs/LDs.

At magic twisted angles, Dirac cones in twisted bilayer graphene(TBG) can evolve into flat bands, serving as a critical playground for the study of strongly correlated physics. When chiral symmetry is introduced, rigorous mathematical proof confirms that the flat bands are locked at zero energy in the entire Moiré Brillouin zone(BZ). Yet, TBG is not the sole platform that exhibits this absolute band flatness. Central to this flatness phenomenon are topological nodes and their specific locations in the BZ. In this study, considering twisted bilayer systems that preserve chiral symmetry, we classify various ordered topological nodes in base layers and all possible node locations across different BZs. Specifically, we constrain the node locations to rotational centers,such as Γ and M points, to ensure the interlayer coupling retains equal strength in all directions. Using this classification as a foundation, we systematically identify the conditions under which Moiré flat bands emerge. Additionally, through the extension of holomorphic functions, we provide proof that flat bands are locked at zero energy, shedding light on the origin of the band flatness. Remarkably, beyond Dirac cones, numerous twisted bilayer nodal platforms can host flat bands with a degeneracy number of more than two, such as four-fold, six-fold, and eight-fold. This multiplicity of degeneracy in flat bands might unveil more complex and enriched correlation physics.

Epigenetic pathways play a critical role in the initiation, progression, and metastasis of cancer. Over the past few decades, significant progress has been made in the development of targeted epigenetic modulators(e.g., inhibitors). However, epigenetic inhibitors have faced multiple challenges,including limited clinical efficacy, toxicities, lack of subtype selectivity, and drug resistance. As a result,the design of new epigenetic modulators(e.g., degraders) such as PROTACs, molecular glue, and hydrophobic tagging(Hy T) degraders has garnered significant attention from both academia and pharmaceutical industry, and numerous epigenetic degraders have been discovered in the past decade. In this review,we aim to provide an in-depth illustration of new degrading strategies(2017-2023) targeting epigenetic proteins for cancer therapy, focusing on the rational design, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, clinical status, and crystal structure information of these degraders. Importantly, we also provide deep insights into the potential challenges and corresponding remedies of this approach to drug design and development. Overall, we hope this review will offer a better mechanistic understanding and serve as a useful guide for the development of emerging epigenetic-targeting degraders.

温度在调节植被物候的变化中起着重要作用,气候变暖和城市化均会对温度产生影响进而影响植被物候。基于京津冀地区2001—2020年的归一化植被指数(NDVI)时间序列影像,参照物候观测站点监测数据,采用动态阈值法提取出研究区关键物候参数,即生长季始期(SOG)、生长季结束期(EOG)和生长季的长度(LOG),分析近20年京津冀地区耕地、林地、草地不同植被的物候时空变化特征及其城乡差异,从而探讨植被物候对城市化的响应。结果表明:(1)耕地SOG分布呈现双波峰现象,林地和草地的SOG相对集中,3种植被的EOG的分布均较为集中;2001—2020年京津冀大部分地区的SOG提前,EOG推迟,LOG呈现延长的态势。(2)从城乡梯度物候差异的空间分布特征来看,整体而言耕地、林地、草地3种植被类型的城区物候与农村相比都存在SOG提前,EOG推迟的情况,并且城区与农村的物候差异幅度要明显大于城乡过渡带与农村的物候差异。(3)从城乡梯度物候差异的时间分布特征来看,2001—2020年间,研究区中新老城区、城乡过渡带和农村的SOG提前,EOG推迟,LOG延长,但耕地、林地、草地3种植被物候参数的城乡差异在逐年减小。(4)城乡温度差异越大,SOG提前的幅度越大,EOG推迟的幅度也越大。城乡春季温差每增加1℃,林地和草地的城乡SOG差异将分别增加9.44d(P<0.05)、10.66d(P<0.01);城乡秋季温差每增加1℃,林地和草地的城乡EOG差异将分别增加13.03d(P<0.05)、7.15d(P<0.01)。

A Highly Selective Chemosensor for Cu^2＋ Based on a Diarylethene Linking an Aminoquinoline Unit

A new diarylethene derivative containing an aminoquinoline unit was synthesized and its structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its properties such as photochromism, fluorescent switches and detection for metal ions were measured. The results indicated that the closed-ring of the diarylethene was highly selective toward Cu^2＋ with an obvious absorption decrease and color changes from blue to colorless, even in the presence of other metal ions. The binding constant for the closed isomer of this new diarylethene and Cu^2＋ was 2.0× 10^4 L·mol^-1 and the limit of detection for Cu^2＋ was calculated to be lower than that in drink water. Finally, a logic circuit was constructed by using the absorption intensity as the output signal with the inputs of the combina- tional stimuli of light and Cu^2＋.

Two-dimensional(2D)Ruddlesden-Popper(RP)halide perovskites with diverse structures and properties have drawn increasing attention due to their promising optoelectronic ***,a new all-inorganic Cs_(2)Pb(SCN)_(2)Br_(2) has been reported that opens up new potential for the development of 2D RP ***,recent reports of unusual dual emissions and two-edge absorption in Cs_(2)Pb(SCN)_(2)Br_(2) have generated intense debate about its origin and remains ***,by combining continuous pressure tuning with in situ diagnostics,we have unambiguously revealed the underlying mechanisms that the 2D Cs_(2)Pb(SCN)_(2)Br_(2) exhibits an intrinsic blue emission at 2.66 eV and an absorption edge close to the emission *** the gradually formed CsPbBr3 is responsible for the green emission at 2.33 eV with the absorption shoulder at 2.41 ***,by fitting the temperature-dependent intensity of the intrinsic blue emission,we have determined the corrected value of exciton binding energy for 2D Cs_(2)Pb(SCN)_(2)Br_(2) to be 90 ***,an emission enhancement of 2.5 times is achieved in Cs_(2)Pb(SCN)_(2)Br_(2) under a mild pressure within 0.8 GPa,caused by the pressuresuppressed exciton-phonon *** work not only elucidates the origin of the dual emissions and two-edge absorption in Cs_(2)Pb(SCN)_(2)Br_(2),but it also provides a potential means to regulate and optimize the optoelectronic properties of 2D perovskites.
