Tumors,due to their diversity and heterogeneity,pose a significant threat to human *** resistance is a prevalent and grave issue in clinical treatment,resulting in treatment failure and cancer *** resistance renders conventional drug therapies ineffective,presenting a substantial challenge to human health and medical *** natural products as potential sources for anti-cancer drugs could lead to the development of innovative and efficacious cancer *** article aims to investigate the health implications of natural products(such as paclitaxel,podophyllotoxin,homoharringtonine,camptothecin,and vinblastine)in the discovery of anti-cancer drugs while discussing the methods and progress made in researching novel anti-cancer drugs derived from natural *** paper discusses the diversity,intricate structures,and target affinity of natural products along with their structural modification techniques,combination therapies utilization possibilities with prodrugs or ***,considering the escalating multidrug resistance observed in tumors nowadays;certain natural products offer new insights and approaches for discovering effective anti-tumor drugs that are crucial for addressing global public health *** challenges faced by natural products during drug development including issues related to bioavailability toxicity concerns as well as limited resources are examined *** opportunities current issues along with future challenges are highlighted aiming at facilitating the clinical translation of original anti-cancer drugs using natural products.

准噶尔盆地侏罗系八道湾组为克拉玛依油田主要含油层系之一,但八区的八道湾组此前尚未开展过系统的层序地层学研究。通过对层序界面特征的详细识别和对八道湾组测井响应特征的深入分析,特别是对煤层测井响应特征的认识,提出了在446井区和530井区原划归上三叠统白碱滩组的一部分地层应归属于八道湾组,而不应归于白碱滩组的新认识。主要依据有:①含有典型煤层;②测井响应特征与八道湾组相似,而与白碱滩组迥异;③该套地层呈楔状体,向西北方向逐渐超覆尖灭。据此对八道湾组的底界进行了重新厘定。

Improving precision base editing of the zebrafish genome by Rad51DBD-incorporated single-base editors

克拉玛依油田八区下乌尔禾组为一套以砾岩为主的粗碎屑沉积,是该区最重要的含油层系。对其地层的划分与对比,是长期存在的一个问题。最近从深入进行层序地层学研究入手,着力识别层序界面,首次将其划分为2个三级层序,继而深入解剖层序构成,划分体系域、准层序组和准层序,较好地解决了地层划分和对比问题。在此基础上对层序的空间展布进行了讨论。

Long-term trends and response of wet ammonia deposition to changes in anthropogenic emissions in the Pearl River delta of China

The Pearl River Delta(PRD)region has been identified as a significant hotspot of wet ammonium ***,the absence of long-term monitoring data in the area hinders the comprehension of the historical trends and changes in wet NH_(4)^(+)-N deposition in response to emissions,which interferes with the ability to make effective *** study has analyzed the long-term trends of wet NH_(4)^(+)-N deposition flux and has quantified the effect of anthropogenic emissions and meteorological factors at a typical urban site and a typical forest site in the PRD region from 2009 to *** revealed a significant decreasing trend in wet NH_(4)^(+)-N flux in both the typical urban and forest areas of the PRD region,at-6.2%/year(p<0.001)and-3.3%/year(p<0.001),*** emissions are thought to have contributed 47%–57%of the wet NH_(4)^(+)-N deposition trend over the past 12 years compared to meteorological *** conditions dominated the interannual fluctuations in wet NH_(4)^(+)-N deposition with an absolute contribution of 46%–52%,while anthropogenic emissions change alone explained 10%–31%.NH_(3)emissions have the greatest impact on the urban area among anthropogenic emission factors,while SO_(2)emissions have the greatest impact on the forest ***,precipitation was identified as the primary meteorological driver for both *** findings also imply that the benefits of NH_(3)emissions reductions might not immediately emerge due to interference from weather-related factors.

Investigation of edge states variation in valley photonic crystals by modulating the refractive index of domain walls

Realizing the valley Hall effect by breaking the spatial inversion symmetry of photonic systems has become a cutting-edge field of micro-nano-optics, since the valley degree of freedom was introduced into photonic system. Various novel devices based on the domain walls of the valley photonic crystals have also been demonstrated. In this article,we investigate the variation of edge states by the modulation of refractive index within the domain walls, and the geometric difference between the dielectric columns of the sublattices. Straight photonic crystal waveguides with three types of domain walls (bearded, zigzag, armchair) are constructed. Simulation results show that the creation of a double-edge state in the band diagram results in two windows of stable transmission in tunable bands. Our findings might have significant implications in the field of novel optical devices.

Metamorphic P-T-t Evolution of Granulite in the Yishui Area:New Insights into the Tectonic Evolution of the Eastern Block,North China Craton

The Yishui complex,located in the western Shandong area of the North China Craton,is representative of the Archean crystalline basement of the North China Craton to explore the early tectonic-thermal evolution history of the *** petrography,mineral chemistry,metamorphic evolution and zircon U-Pb dating are presented for felsic granulite and two-pyroxene granulite from the Yishui complex to contribute to new insights into the Neoarchean tectonic evolution of the North China *** mineral assemblages are recognized for these granulite samples,including the prograde(M1),peak(M2)and retrograde(M3)mineral *** geothermobarometry and phase equilibrium modeling yield P-T conditions of 6.5-10.9 kbar/718-839℃ for the peak metamorphism,which define a medium-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism occurred at middle to lower *** P-T paths with near-isobaric cooling(IBC)retrograde segments were *** LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating suggests that the protolith of the felsic granulite was emplaced at 2541±7 Ma and the subsequent medium-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism occurred at 2518-2494 Ma.A two-stage mantle plume related crustal-scale sagduction geodynamic regime is proposed in the western Shandong terrane in the Neoarchean.

Biodiversity serves as the foundation for human survival and *** fishes play a crucial role in supporting both global biodiversity and food *** conventional methods for fish diversity and fishery resources survey are inadequate to meet the growing demand for large-scale and long-period *** eDNA metabarcoding approach provides an effective and noninvasive monitoring revolution,and has been applied to identify fish *** study conducted a comprehensive comparison of fish diversity in the East China Sea on a large scale both horizontally and *** results showed a total of 81 fish species,which were classified into 20 orders,44 families and 72 *** no statistically significant difference in fish diversity was found amongst the horizontal groups(east-middle-west,south-middle-north,and shallow-middle-deep)and the various sampling layers(surface-middle-bottom),discernible trends were obtained in this *** diversity results revealed the orders of east>middle>west,middle>north>south and deep>shallow>middle in horizontal ***,surface water exhibited a higher level of fish diversity than other water *** fish species were only detected at specific vertical *** diverse composition of fish species across different water layers can be attributed to their distinct ecological *** overall findings suggest that an increase of sampling stations and mixed samples should be collected in deeper water bodies for comprehensive understanding of fish *** study can also provide the fundamental data and experimental design reference for future studies and fishery management.

Fungal infections are relatively common among patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and patients may be infected simultaneously or sequentially with multiple fungal species. Physicians need to select appropriate antifungal agents and therapeutic regimens based on the type and severity of the infection. Herein, we report a young SLE patient who developed concurrent pulmonary infection with Pneumocystis jirovecii and Trichosporon coremiiforme. The patient presented with a variety of imaging manifestations,with specific features evolving as the disease progressed.
