Coronary Artery Vasospasm with Acute myocardial Infarction in a male Patient： Case Report

We present a 48-year-old male patient with a history of classic precordialgia, ST-segment elevation in inferior leads （II, III and aVF）, with t：oponin m：d CK-mB （creatine kinase-mB） elevated on the day of admission that received conventional anti-ischemic treatment. Hemodynamically stable, symptom-free, is referred to cardiac catheterization. In the selective catheterization of the left coronary artery, a moderate lesion was observed in the middle third of the anterior descending coronary artery; in the right coronary artery, a subocclusive proximal lesion with TImI （thrombolysis in myocardial infarction） II. We performed a single projection m：d opted for angioplasty. Before, it was decided to re-evaluate the left coronary artery, m：d it was observed in the contrast test that anterior descending artery was occluded. Intra-coronary nitroglycerin and new contrast injection were performed, which showed totally open descending artery with TImI III, without obstructive lesions as initially suggested, and improvement of pain. It was a severe coronary vasospasm. When a new contrast injection was performed in the right coronary, with a therapeutic catheter, the disappeaxance of the subocclusive lesion and the presence of a normal coronary flow were observed, although there was a moderate plaque in its proximal third, which motivated the maintenance of angioplasty with stent placement in a proxhnal third of right coronary artery. During the passage of the intracoronary guidewire it was once again evident that diffuse coronary artery vasoreactivity was present; the procedure was successfully completed.

The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of different water deficiency and rehydration levels on the concentrations of osmoregulators in two plant species（Hymenaea courbaril and H. Stigonocarpa） in the Amazon. We adopted a 2×5×5 factorial system,referring to 2 species（H. courbaril and H. stigonocarpa）and 5 stages of hydration and rehydration. The five hydration and rehydration stages were established in:（1）Control treatment E0;（2） Plants with 13 days of stress after incubation—E13;（3） Plants with 26 days of stress E26;（4）The plants that were established after 26 days after incubation and rehydrated for two days（RD2）;（5） rehydrated for two days（RD4）. The plants that were established after 26 days after incubation and rehydrated for four days. The experiment totaled fifty young plants with five *** measurements were performed at the beginning of the experiment（E0） at 13（E13） and 26（E26） days after the water stress, in which the plants were rehydrated,repeating the analyses after two（RD2） and four（RD4）days. Both species increased the sucrose concentration by18%, with a decrease of 52% in starch content. The RD4 time presented the highest mean starch concentration(0.19 mmol g-1 of the residue for H. courbaril and0.27 mmol g;of residue for H. stigonocarpa). Increased proline concentrations were recorded for controls until RD2 for both species. For glycine betaine, the highest increases in treatments E26 and RD2 were observed for the H. courbaril species. Our rehydration period was not sufficient for total recovery of pre-stress concentrations of all studied solutes.

Nowadays networks of analyses based in non-classic logics are used with success in the treatment of uncertainties. The characteristic of accepting the contradiction in his structure is the main cause of the methodologies based in Paraconsistent Logic is ideals for applications in systems of analyses and decision making. In this work we presented an algorithm based in Paraconsistent logic capable to extract in a gradual way the effects of the contradiction in originated signals of information of uncertain knowledge database. The Algorithm Paraconsistent Extractor of Contradiction effects - Paraextrctrctr is formed with base in fundamental concepts of the Paraconsistent Annotated Logic with annotation of two values (PAL2v) it can be applied in filters of networks of analyses of signal information where uncertain and contradictory signals can be present. The process of extraction of the effect of the contradiction is always begun by the largest inconsistency degree among two signals that belong to the group that is in analysis. In the end of the analysis it is found a consensus value. In this work we presented numeric example and one example of application of the Paraextrctrctr in Load Profile Forecast used in support to decision of the operation in an Electric Power System, but his application potentiality is demonstrated in several fields of the Artificial Intelligence.

Construction and Validation of an Educational Technology for mammary Health Promotion

mammary health is issue faced by public health nurses and the science follows new ways into this thematic area of learning course wares. The purpose of this study was to construct and to validate a distance course for mammary health promotion for nurses. methodological proposal has been composed of five stages: 1) analysis and planning, 2) modeling, 3) implementation, 4) evaluation and maintenance and 5) distribution. A total of nine experts as research population were consulted who were expert judges of nursing, pedagogy and web designer, three of each specific area, which were included in the study. The variables that had concordance index of 50% were: graphic designer pages favors learning, the user has easy navigation, the learning of the student experience, the environment provides interdisciplinary, content is built on process rather than there is a unique sequence, allows access to the available environment and holds a discussion on the subject. The distance learning course is intended to broaden and to enrich the living spaces and construct their own knowledge, favors interactivity, communication, autonomy and cooperation between the participants and provides access to educational technologies.

目的:研究频域光学相干断层成像(spectral domain optical coherence tomography,SD-OCT)定量和定性检测指标在接受玻璃体腔内注射贝伐单抗的年龄相关性黄斑变性(agerelated macular degeneration,AmD)患者人群中的变化,以评估这些指标是否可以用于预测治疗后视力情况。方法:回顾性分析66眼61例未进行过AmD相关治疗的患者接受至少3mo玻璃体腔内注射贝伐单抗治疗的情况。治疗前后SD-OCT定量检测指标[中央视网膜厚度(central foveal thickness,CFT),外界膜(external limiting membrane,ELm)和椭圆区(ellipsoid zone,EZ)长度]和定性检测指标进行分析和比较。同时,分析这些指标和治疗前后的视力的相关性。结果:平均视力(Log mAR)、CFT、ELm和EZ长度治疗前为0.62±0.41、419.3±110.0μm、378.2±377.2μm和156.4±253.7μm,治疗后为0.53±0.44、325.8±117.9μm、547.1±421.5μm和173.1±207.1μm。治疗前视力和CFT(rs=0.27)、ELm长度(rs=-0.30)及ELm断裂(rs=0.43)有相关性。治疗后视力同样和治疗后ELm长度相关(rs=-0.40)。治疗后视力和治疗前视力(rs=0.66)、ELm长度(rs=-0.35)和ELm断裂(rs=0.46)相关。结论:研究显示:治疗前视力、ELm长度和ELm断裂可以用于预测治疗后视力。

Reproductive Components of Safflower Genotypes Submitted of Bulk Density Levels in the Brazilian Cerrado

Nutrient absorption in crops can decline and their development can be hindered by increased bulk density. This study aimed at assessing the manner in which bulk density levels affect the reproductive structures of the safflower genotypes in the Brazilian Cerrado. The completely randomized design was adopted with four replications for the experiment, which was conducted in a greenhouse using Oxisol collected from 0.0 to 0.2 m depth from the region supporting Cerrado vegetation. The treatments included ten safflower genotypes (PI 237538, PI 248385, PI 250196, PI 301049, PI 305173, PI 305205, PI 306520, PI 306603, PI 560202 and PI 613366) and five bulk density levels (1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 mg·m-3). Evaluations were done at 90 days after emergence, in terms of the number, diameter and dry mass of the heads. The data were submitted to the analysis of variance. The means were grouped using the Scott-Knott test at 5% probability. The diameter and dry mass of the chapters were influenced by the mean bulk density of 1.10 mg·m-3. A notable interaction was evident between the safflower genotypes and bulk density levels for the diameter and dry mass of the head alone, revealing the high degree of genetic variability that environmental changes induce among the genotypes. The PI 250196, PI 301049, PI 305173 and PI 305205 genotypes exhibited greater stability to the bulk density variations compared with the others. mean bulk density of 1.2 mg·m-3 was found to impair the development of the reproductive components of the safflower genotypes.

Dear Editor,The severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is associated with ***,such as low-molecular-weight heparin,warfarin,thrombin inhibitors,and factor Xa(FXa)inhibitors,are thus recommended by the American Society of Hematology and National Institutes of Health for COVID-19 patients(Wenzler et al.,2020;Adam et al.,2021).Clinical trials with anticoagulants have shown the increased survival of critically ill COVID-19 patients under non-invasive and invasive ventilatory assistance(Wenzler et al.,2020;Adam et al.,2021),along with decreased consumption of platelets and clotting factors and a reduced risk of hemorrhage(Adam et al.,2021).Among the anti-clotting agents,early use of orally available FXa and thrombin inhibitors(Chowdhury et al.,2020;Rentsch et al.,2021)prevented high levels of D-dimer,which is the final product from the clotting/fibrinolysis cascade and is directly implicated with severe COVID-19(Rentsch et al.,2021).

Linoleic (LA) and α-linolenic acids (ALA) are considered essential fatty acids (EFA) because they are not produced by the human body. This way, EFAs sources must come from the diet. The primary dietary source of n-3 fatty acids is ALA, found in seeds and seed oils. Other important sources are fish oils such as tuna, salmon and herring. Currently, numerous studies suggest possible benefits of essential fatty acids in human health, such as in cardiovascular, cognitive and eye health, and also during pregnancy and childhood. This paper also discusses the impact of fatty acids in human metabolism, and the available evidence regarding its risks. It addresses the relevant debate regarding a general ban of trans fatty acids (TFA) from the world food market, because of the cardiovascular risks associated with its consumption.

In the present work,an attempt is made to partially replace high cost silica sand with sustainable eco-friendly *** practical utility of cow dung as an additive material that facilitates binding in sand moulds has been *** Taguchi method is used to plan and conduct nine experiments with three replicates *** analysis of variance study is performed to understand the practical significance of moulding sand variables,that is,percentage of cow dung,clay,water,and degree of ramming on sand mould *** conflicting multiple objective functions(maximize mould hardness,and minimize collapsibility and gas evolution)are optimized by utilizing the Data Envelopment Analysis Ranking(DEAR)*** optimal parameters i.e.6%of clay,4%of water,5%of cow-dung and 4 numbers of ramming strokes are obtained by applying a hybrid Taguchi-DEAR *** parameters show the best moulding properties are:mould hardness 55,gas evolution 5.9 ml·g-1,and collapsibility 470 g·***,a Lovejoy coupling made of aluminium is cast in the sand mould prepared with cow dung and without cow dung,with the optimum set of *** mechanical properties,surface finish,and microstructure of the casting cast with cow-dung are better than that without cowdung.
