Gastric tissue samples were studied using mid-IR fiber-optic attenuated total reflectance (ATR) spectroscopy. FTIR spectra of 90 tissue samples from 48 patients, including 32.normal and 58 malignant tissue samples, were chosen as examples. Malignancy was usually characterized by the absence of CH and C=O bands, a weak amide II band near 1545 cm-1, a shift of the amide I band to lower wave number, a decrease in the ～1450 cm-1 peak to less than the～1400 cm-1 peak. Subtraction spectra indicate that the amide I and amide II bands of normal and malignant tissues have larger differences in peak positions and relative intensities. The statistical analysis results confirm this conclusion. The results indicate that FTIR fiber optic techniques provide important information about cancerous tissue of the stomach, which can be used to differentiate the malignant tissue from the normal tissue. Based on the above results we successfully realize the detection of the tumor tissues of digestive tract in vivo and in situ. And the results of detection cancer near operating room and in vivo and in situ in the operating room are consistent with the conclusions for the samples stored in liquid N2. which is the basis for the clinical application.

＜正＞The paper presented the double Switched Reluctance motors parallel drive system for the electrical traction in shearer. The system components, such as the Switched Reluctance motor, the main circuit of the power converter and the controller, were described. The control strategies of the closed-loop rotor speed control with PI algorithm and balancing the distribution of the loads with fuzzy logic algorithm were given. The tests results were also presented. It is shown that the relative deviation of the average DC supplied current of the power converter in the Switched Reluctance motor 1 and in the Switched Reluctance motor 2.is within ±10%.

Selection, crossover, and mutation are three main operators of the canonical genetic algorithm (CGA). This paper presents a new approach to the genetic algorithm. This new approach applies only to mutation and selection operators. The paper proves that the search process of the non-crossover genetic algorithm (NCGA) is an ergodic homogeneous Markov chain. The proof of its convergence to global optimum is presented. Some nonlinear multi-modal optimization problems are applied to test the efficacy of the NCGA. NP-hard traveling salesman problem (TSP) is cited here as the benchmark problem to test the efficiency of the algorithm. The simulation result shows that NCGA achieves much faster convergence speed than CGA in terms of CPU time. The convergence speed per epoch of NCGA is also faster than that of CGA.

This paper focuses on the stabilization of nonlinear systems using sliding mode control （SMC）. Motivated by a newly proposed stabilization approach named system immersion and manifold invariance （I＆I）, a systemic design method is proposed to design the sliding surface. As well as the ISzI stabilization approach, SMC method based on system immersion is applied to chaos control in the Lorenz chaotic system, and simulation results are provided to validate the proposed schemes.

This paper presents a robust time delay estimation algorithm for the α-Stable noise based on correntropy. Many time delay estimation algorithms derived for impulsive stable noise are based on the theory of Fractional Lower Order Statistics (FLOS). Unlike previously introduced FLOS-type algorithms, the new algorithm is proposed to estimate the time delay by maximizing the generalized correlation function of two observed signals needing neither prior information nor estimation of the numerical value of the stable noise's characteristic exponent. An interval for kernel selection is found for a wide range of characteristic exponent values of α-Stable distribution. Simulations show the proposed algorithm offers superior performance over the existing covariation time delay estimation, least mean p-norm time delay estimation and achieves slightly improved performance than fractional lower order covariance time delay estimation at lower signal to noise ratio when the noise is highly impulsive.
