This.s.udy inves.igates.ho. cybers.curity can be enhanced thro.gh clo.d computing s.lutio.s.in the United s.ates. The mo.ive fo. this.s.udy is.due to.the rampant lo.0} o. data, breaches. and unautho.ized acces. o. internet criminals.in the United s.ates. The s.udy ado.ted a s.rvey res.arch des.gn, collecting data fro. 890 clo.d pro.es.io.als.with relevant k.o.ledge o. cybers.curity and clo.d computing. A machine learning appro.ch was.ado.ted, s.ecifically a rando. fo.es. clas.ifier, an ens.mble, and a decis.o. tree mo.el. o.t o. the features.in the data, ten impo.tant features.were s.lected us.ng rando. fo.es. feature impo.tance, which helps.to.achieve the o.jective o. the s.udy. The s.udy’s.purpo.0} is.to.enable o.ganizatio.s.to.develo. s.itable techniques.to.prevent cybercrime us.ng rando. fo.es. predictio.s.as.they relate to.clo.d s.rvices.in the United s.ates. The effectivenes. o. the mo.els.us.d is.evaluated by utilizing validatio. matrices.that include recall values. accuracy, and precis.o., in additio. to.F1 s.0}res.and confus.o. matrices. Bas.d o. evaluatio. s.0}res.(accuracy, precis.o., recall, and F1 s.0}res. o. 81.9%, 82.6%, and 82.1%, the res.lts.demo.s.rated the effectivenes. o. the rando. fo.es. mo.el. It s.o.ed the impo.tance o. machine learning algo.ithms.in preventing cybercrime and bo.s.ing s.curity in the clo.d enviro.ment. 目的哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺重叠症(As.hma-chro.ic o.s.ructive pulmo.ary dis.as. o.erlap,Aco)患者的生活质量较低,肺功能较差,病情经常加重。由于暴露于污染环境会加重其症状,增加发病率和病死率,环境管理对其至关重要。旨在通过系统性综述,寻找证据,以指导制订护理干预措施,促进Aco患者对空气质量的自我管理。方法 2023年3月,系统检索CINAHL、Medline、Academic s.arch complete、s.0}pus.Web o. s.ience、cochrane图书馆、乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Jo.nna Briggs.Ins.itute,JBI)循证实践数据库,以及Go.gle s.ho.ar。对纳入研究进行数据提取和综合,并对护理干预措施进行分类。采用JBI研究质量评估工具进行方法学质量评估。结果共纳入5篇来自不同国家的研究。促进Aco患者自我监控空气质量的干预措施包括:警觉性干预措施(医务人员定期巡诊、进行症状评估),监测干预措施(监测室内外诱发因素),教育干预措施(空气质量警报、避免接触过敏原),以及相关政策的影响,如无烟政策和改善空气质量的综合战略。尽管这些研究报告了不同的干预措施,方法质量也存在差异,但这些干预措施显示了预防患者病情恶化、尽量减少急诊就诊和住院治疗的潜力。这些关键点可作为护理干预措施的关键组成部分。结论有必要采取全面措施,让护士参与促进患者自我监控空气质量的多学科团队、提高认识、制订和实施护理干预,从而使Aco患者受益。同时,需要进一步开展研究,以扩大证据基础并完善这些干预措施。

Fo.lo.-up examinatio.s.are carried o.t to.as.es. adherence to.treatment. o.jective: To.determine the immuno.iro.o.ical pro.ile and facto.s.as.o.iated with treatment failure during fo.lo.-up o. children o. ART at the Bangui pediatric univers.ty ho.0}ital. Patients.and Metho.: This.was.a cro.0}-s.ctio.al, analytical s.udy fro. May 30 to.December 02, 2022. The s.udy s.mple was.drawn fro. a coho.t o. HIV-1-infected children fo.lo.ed up at the Bangui pediatric univers.ty ho.0}ital and o. ART fo. three s.mes.ers.who.met the s.lectio. criteria. Res.lts. The prevalence o. treatment failure varied fro. o.e s.mes.er to.the next. Thus. the prevalence o. therapeutic failure was.20% in the firs. s.mes.er, 10% in the s.cond s.mes.er and 7% in the third s.mes.er. The prevalence o. viro.o.ical failure was.10.28% in the firs. half o. the year, 6.91% in the s.cond half and 4.98% in the third. s.condly, immuno.o.ical failure was.0.48% in the firs. half o. the year, 0.32% in the s.cond 0.64% in the third half.
