This article.give. a ge.e.al mode. using spe.ific pe.iodic spe.ial functions, which is de.e.e.ate.e.liptic We.e.strass P functions whose.pre.e.ce.in the.gove.ning e.uations through the.forcing te.ms simplify the.pe.iodic Navie. Stoke. e.uations (PNS) at the.ce.te.s of ce.ls of the.3-Torus. Satisfying a dive.ge.ce.fre. ve.tor fie.d and pe.iodic boundary conditions re.pe.tive.y with a ge.e.al spatio-te.poral forcing te.m which is smooth and spatially pe.iodic, the.e.iste.ce.of solutions which have.finite.time.singularitie. can occur starting with the.first de.ivative.and highe. with re.pe.t to time. The.e.iste.ce.of a subspace.of the.solution space.whe.e.v3 is continuous and {C, y1, y12}, is line.rly inde.e.de.t in the.additive.argume.t of the.solution in te.ms of the.lambert W function, (y12=y2, C∈R) toge.he. with the.condition v2=-2y1v1. On this subspace. the.Biot Savart Law holds e.actly [se. Se.tion 2 (e.uation (13))]. Also on this subspace. an e.pre.sion X (part of PNS e.uations) vanishe. which contains all the.e.pre.sions in de.ivative. of v1 and v2 and the.forcing te.ms in the.plane.which are.re.ate. as with the.cance.lation of all such te.ms in gove.ning PDe. The.y3 compone.t forcing te.m is arbitrarily small in ε ball whe.e.We.e.strass P functions touch the.ce.te. of the.ball both for inviscid and viscous case.. As a re.ult, a significant simplification occurs with a v3 only gove.ning PDe.re.ulting. Abnormal subchondral bone.re.ode.ing le.ding to scle.osis is a main fe.ture.of oste.arthritis(OA), and oste.modulin(OMD), a prote.glycan involve. in e.trace.lular matrix mine.alization, is associate. with the.scle.otic phe.otype. Howe.e., the.functions of OMD re.ain poorly unde.stood, spe.ifically in vivo. We.use. Omd knockout and ove.e.pre.sing male.mice.and mutant ze.rafish to study its role. in bone.and cartilage.me.abolism and in the.de.e.opme.t of OA. The.e.pre.sion of Omd is de.ply corre.ate. with bone.and cartilage.microarchite.ture. affe.ting the.bone.volume.and the.onse. of subchondral bone.scle.osis and spontane.us cartilage.le.ions. Me.hanistically, OMD binds to RANKL and inhibits oste.clastoge.e.is, thus controlling the.balance.of bone.re.ode.ing. In conclusion, OMD is a ke. factor in subchondral bone.scle.osis associate. with OA. It participate. in bone.and cartilage.home.stasis by acting on the.re.ulation of oste.clastoge.e.is. Targe.ing OMD may be.a promising ne. and pe.sonalize. approach for OA.
