A switch off in jasmonate(JA)signaling by hydroxylation upon wounding was described in 2008(Miersch et al.,2008).This initiated the cloning of CYP450 enzymes involved in hydroxylation and carboxylation of JA and its amino acid conjugate JA-le,the most active form of JA compounds(reviewed by Wasternack and Feussner[2018]and Heitz et al.[2019]).Due to the central role of JA and JA-lle in plant stress responses and development(Wasternack and Hause,2013),catabolism of JA and its derivatives is an essential component in the sustainment of homeostasis of active JA compounds(Howe et al.,2018;Heitz et al.,2019).Catabolism of JA and JAIle takes place by JA-induced oxygenases(JOXs),also named JA-oxidases(JAOs),and by hydroxylation(CYP94B3/B1)followed by carboxylation(CYP94C1),respectively(Heitz et al.,2019).Another reaction performed by IAR3/ILL6 results in the deconjugation of JA-lle and 12-OH-JA-le to JA and 12-OH-JA,respectively(Heitz et al.,2019;Wasternack and Feussner,2018).

目的　采取同种移植技术 ,在ACI大鼠建立 1种理想的、适合于介入治疗和MRI观察的肝细胞癌模型。方法　在 1只雄性ACI大鼠背部皮下注射MorrisHepatoma 392 4A肝癌细胞。 13d后从生长的肿瘤中切取 1mm3 瘤块移植到另外的雄性ACI大鼠左肝包膜下 (共 12只 ) ,移植术后 14d利用MRI观察肿瘤体积及其特征 ,并取肿瘤标本做病理切片检查。结果　移植术后 14d时 ,MR检查见所有ACI大鼠肝内均长出孤立性结节状肿瘤 ,不伴有转移和腹水 ,肿瘤平均体积为 (0 .0 90±0 .0 0 8)cm3 。在所有被移植大鼠中 ,病灶在T1WI上呈低信号 ,在T2 WI上呈高信号。病理切片检查示肿瘤内无明显坏死和出血 ,其周围血管丰富。结论　该种建立肝细胞癌动物模型的方法操作简便 ,易于重复 ,移植成功率高 ,肿瘤生长速度适宜 ,无转移和腹水 ,MR检查效果良好 ,尤其适于肝癌介入治疗的研究。

目的　评价在ACI大鼠肝细胞癌模型进行多种介入治疗方案的疗效及该模型在介入治疗实验中的应用价值。方法　在 5 8只雄性ACI大鼠肝包膜下植入MorrisHepatoma 3 92 4A肝癌瘤块( 1mm3) ,移植术后 13d行MR检查 ,测量肿瘤体积 (V1) ,第 14天时 ,经腹部切开术及胃十二指肠动脉逆行插管而采取以下介入治疗方案 :(A)丝裂霉素 4只 ;(B)降解淀粉 4只 ;(C)碘油 5只 ;(D)肝动脉结扎 4只 ;(E)丝裂霉素 +降解淀粉 4只 ;(F)丝裂霉素 +动脉结扎 5只 ;(G)丝裂霉素 +碘油 5只 ;(H)降解淀粉 +动脉结扎 4只 ;(I)碘油 +动脉结扎 4只 ;(J)丝裂霉素 +聚丙交酯复合乙交酯 (poly lactid co glycolid ,Plcg)微球 4只 ;(K)丝裂霉素 +碘油 +动脉结扎 4只 ;(L)丝裂霉素 +降解淀粉 +动脉结扎4只 ;(M) 0 9%生理盐水 (对照组 ,7只 )。 13d后再次行磁共振检查以确定肿瘤体积 (V2 )变化 ,并对各组间V2 /V1的比值进行比较。结果　肝癌移植率为 10 0 %。介入治疗后肿瘤体积与治疗前肿瘤体积之比 (V2 /V1)分别为A组 4 5 0 ,B组 12 73 ,C组 15 84,D组 10 17,E组 90 2 0 ,F组 7 16,G组 4 0 8,H组 3 45 ,I组 9 99,J组 2 86,K组 3 76,L组 7 71,M组 2 7 12。与对照组相比 ,采取A、G、H、J和K组方法能明显抑制肿瘤生长 ( χ2 值分别为 5

Hepatic steatosis as the most prevalent liver disorder can either be related to alcoholic liver disease (ALD) or non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). In both conditions, hepatocytes excessively accumulate fatcontaining vacuoles within their cytoplasm, which is the key histological feature. In contrast to ALD, NAFLD is commonly associated with metabolic syndrome, obesity and insulin resistance. To determine increased liver fat content, liver biopsy is currently considered the gold standard. Besides the invasive technique, various other non-invasive techniques have been developed, such as ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) based methods. Among these techniques, ultrasound and CT provide only qualitative information about hepatic steatosis, whereas MRS-or MRI-based methods are able to determine even small amounts of fat accurately. These non-invasive magnetic resonance techniques have already proven their great potential, especially in longitudinal and cross-sectional studies regarding various metabolic conditions and medical treatment regimens. In this review, the most common, non-invasive MRS/MRI techniques for assessment of intrahepatic lipid content are described with their inherent advantages and limitations.

This article proposes algorithms to determine an optimal choice of the Reed-Solomon forward error correction （FEC） code parameters （n,k） to mitigate the effects of packet loss on multimedia traffic caused by buffer overflow at a wireless base station. A network model is developed that takes into account traffic arrival rates, channel loss characteristics, the capacity of the buffer at the base station, and FEC parameters. For Poisson distributed traffic, the theory of recurrent linear equations is applied to develop a new closed form solution of low complexity of the Markov model for the buffer occupancy. For constant bit rate （CBR） traffic, an iterative procedure is developed to compute the packet loss probabilities after FEC recovery.

We investigated the forensic efficacy of the 30 insertion/deletion(Indel)markers included in the Qiagen Investigator■DIPplex kit in 529 Pakistani individuals from five major subpopulations in Pakistan(Punjabi,Pashtun,Sindhi,Saraiki,and Baloch).In the Sindhi population,the distribution of HLD81 and HLD97 alleles deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium after Bonferroni *** combined match probability ranged from 2.0E-12(Pashtun and Baloch)to 1.0E-12(Sindhi),and the mean paternity exclusion power varied from 0.995(Punjabi,Sindhi,and Saraiki)to 0.996(Pashtun and Baloch).The high combined power of discrimination(0.99999999999997)and low combined match probability(1.7E-12)for all subpopulations studied support the utility of the 30 Indel markers for forensic identification in the studied *** allele frequencies of the Indel markers in the Pakistani subpopulations were compared with those from 18 other *** results show that the populations clustered according to *** subpopulations investigated in this work showed a close genetic relationship with others from Pakistan,as well as with South Central Asian and Middle Eastern *** results suggest that the Investigator■DIPplex kit can be useful as a supplementary tool for human identification in the five Pakistani subpopulations investigated in this study.
