Through norms,concessions,assessment and training,the article shows the importance of the rehabilitation approach to identify the ways in which to help the disabled person achieve his driving licence and,therefore drive a vehicle. It shows the number of variants that exist for each system allowing the adaptation of various automobile functions to the needs of disabled people and in this way we can understand how even seriously disabled people with very complex situations can drive when the correct adaptations are identified.

AIM:To assess if software assisted-contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) provides reproducible perfusion parameters of hepatic parenchyma in patients affected by chronic liver disease. METHODS:Forty patients with chronic viral liver disease, with (n = 20) or without (n = 20) cirrhosis, and 10 healthy subjects underwent CEUS and video recordings of each examination were then analysed with Esaote's Qontrast software. CEUS dedicated software Qontrast was used to determine peak (the maximum signal intensity), time to peak (TTP), region of blood value (RBV) proportional to the area under the time-intensity curve, mean transit time (MTT) measured in seconds and region of blood flow (RBF). RESULTS:Qontrast-assisted CEUS parameters displayed high inter-observer reproducibility (k coefficients of 0.87 for MTT and 0.90 TTP). When the region of interest included a main hepatic vein, Qontrast-calculated TTP was significantly shorter in cirrhotic patients (vs non-cirrhotics and healthy subjects) (71.0 ± 11.3 s vs 82.4 ± 15.6 s, 86.3 ± 20.3 s, P < 0.05). MTTs in the patients with liver cirrhosis were significantly shorter than those of controls (111.9 ± 22.0 s vs 139.4 ± 39.8 s, P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the cirrhotic and non-cirrhotic groups (111.9 ± 22.0 s vs 110.3 ± 14.6 s). Peak enhancement in the patients with liver cirrhosis was also higher than that observed in controls (23.9 ± 5.9 vs 18.9 ± 7.1, P = 0.05). There were no significant intergroup differences in the RBVs and RBFs. CONCLUSION:Qontrast-assisted CEUS revealed reproducible differences in liver perfusion parameters during the development of hepatic fibrogenesis.

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is characterized by a high sensitivity to antiblastic drugs and a high pathological complete remission rate after neoadjuvant therapy. In patients showing complete remission, the probability of developing metastatic disease would seem to be reduced. Nonetheless, this cancer has a high percentage of relapse. Anthracyclines, taxanes and platinum compounds are the most effective drugs for the treatment of TNBC. There is substantial evidence to support the efficacy of platinum-based chemotherapy, probably attributable to the mechanism of action of such drugs, which react with the DNA repair system. PARP inhibitors would also seem to be very interesting. Despite promising results, TNBC remains a disease with a poor prognosis due to the lack of targeted therapy. The discovery of new targets and new agents is thus a high priority issue for this type of breast cancer. In this respect, lipoplatin has been identified as a potentially interesting treatment option to evaluate in both neoadjuvant and advanced settings.

In this paper we will consider the results of the investigation of ceramic shards from four Neolithic sites located in the south-east of Albania using different analytical methods. The sites of Vashtemi, Podgori, Dunavec and Maliq, situated at the plateau of Korca, represent the Neolithic culture at the different stages from Early Neolithic to Eneolithic. The application of EDXRF, micro-XRF, XRD and Optical Microscopy (OM) allowed us to collect data on the mineralogical and elemental composition of the ceramics and the materials used for the external decorations. The results indicate that coarse to medium coarse, non-calcareous clays were used for the ceramic manufacture in all the sites. Mineral inclusions rich in Si, Ca, K, and Fe were identified, some of which could have been intentionally added to the clays during the production process. The similarities of the elemental composition of the shards indicate that the ceramics in each site were prepared from different clay deposits that should have been close to each site. Minerals rich in Ca, Fe and Mn have been used respectively for the white, red and dark brown surface decorations, while bitumen has been applied after the firing in a black decoration.

背景胰管置管胰液外引流曾被建议使用在胰十二指肠切除术中，以减少术后胰漏的发生率。目的比较行胰十二指肠切除术且胰腺高风险的患者置管胰液外引流和未置管引流的预后。方法回顾性评价前瞻性获得的数据。2000～2008年间有598位行胰十二指肠切除术的患者；其中有186位（32．7％）存在残余胰腺高风险（胰管≤3mm，胰腺质软）。当中93例行胰管置管外引流（使用5-8号导尿管），另93例未置管。外引流的选择根据手术医生的个人喜好。主要评价指标为胰漏的发生率和严重性（根据国际胰漏定义研究小组对胰漏的定义）。结果置管组平均胰管直径为2．12mm，而未置管组平均胰管直径为2．49mm（P〈0．01）。胰漏发生率在置管组较高（P〈0．01）：置管组胰漏的发生率为59．1％（A级63．6％；
