Developing a new type of deep eutectic solvents(DESs)is indispensable for expanding their application in various ***,we report a series of new highly basic ***-IR,quantitative 1 H NMR,md simulation and physical properties show that these basic liquids are made up of hydroxide acceptor of alkali metal hydroxides in which the hydrogen bonding interactions coordinate the *** DESs can be played three roles as new solvents,template and reactant for facile and ultra-fast preparation of transition metal oxide nanomaterials such as NiCo2 O4,MnCo2 O4,NiMn2 O4,CoCu2 O4 and Co3 O4 under mild *** work shows one of the low energy-intensive methods for nanomaterial *** initial findings of basic deep eutectic solvents provide a potential applicability around the systematic development of transition metal oxide nanosheets.

This study investigates misregistration issues between Landsat-8/Operational Land Imager and Sentinel-2A/Multi-Spectral Instrument at 30 m resolution,and between multi-temporal Sentinel-2A images at 10 m resolution using a phase-correlation approach and multiple transformation ***-registration of 45 Landsat-8 to Sentinel-2A pairs and 37 Sentinel-2A to Sentinel-2A pairs were *** correlation proved to be a robust approach that allowed us to identify hundreds and thousands of control points on images acquired more than 100 days ***,misregistration of up to 1.6 pixels at 30 m resolution between Landsat-8 and Sentinel-2A images,and 1.2 pixels and 2.8 pixels at 10 m resolution between multi-temporal Sentinel-2A images from the same and different orbits,respectively,were *** non-linear random forest regression used for constructing the mapping function showed best results in terms of root mean square error(RMSE),yielding an average RMSE error of 0.07±0.02 pixels at 30 m resolution,and 0.09±0.05 and 0.15±0.06 pixels at 10 m resolution for the same and adjacent Sentinel-2A orbits,respectively,for multiple tiles and multiple conditions.A simpler 1st order polynomial function(affine transformation)yielded RMSE of 0.08±0.02 pixels at 30 m resolution and 0.12±0.06(same Sentinel-2A orbits)and 0.20±0.09(adjacent orbits)pixels at 10 m resolution.

Osteoblast-restricted Disruption of the Growth Hormone Receptor in Mice Results in Sexually Dimorphic Skeletal Phenotypes

Growth hormone （GH） exerts profound anabolic actions during postnatal skeletal development, in part, through stimulating the production of insulin-like growth factor-1 （IGF-1） in liver and skeletal tissues. To examine the requirement for the GH receptor （GHR） in osteoblast function in bone, we used Cre-LoxP methods to disrupt the GHR from osteoblasts, both in vitro and in vivo. Disruption of GHR from primary calvarial osteoblasts in vitro abolished GH-induced signaling, as assessed by JAK2/STAT5 phosphorylation, and abrogated GH-induced proliferative and anti-apoptotic actions. Osteoblasts lacking GHR exhibited reduced IGF-l-induced Erk and Akt phosphorylation and attenuated IGF-1-induced proliferation and anti-apoptotic action. In addition, differentiation was modestly impaired in osteoblasts lacking GHR, as demonstrated by reduced alkaline phosphatase staining and calcium deposition. In order to determine the requirement for the GHR in bone in vivo, we generated mice lacking the GHR specifically in osteoblasts （△GHR）, which were born at the expected Mendelian frequency, had a normal life span and were of normal size. Three week-old, female AGHR mice had significantly reduced osteoblast numbers, consistent with the in vitro data. By six weeks of age however, female AGHR mice demonstrated a marked increase in osteoblasts, although mineralization was impaired; a phenotype similar to that observed previously in mice lacking IGF-1R specifically in osteoblasts. The most striking phenotype occurred in male mice however, where disruption of the GHR from osteoblasts resulted in a ＂feminization＂ of bone geometry in 16 week-old mice, as observed by faCT. These results demonstrate that the GHR is required for normal postnatal bone development in both sexes. GH appears to serve a primary function in modulating local IGF-1 action. Learning Probabilistic Models of Hydrogen Bond Stability from Molecular Dynamics Simulation Trajectories

Hydrogen bonds (H-bonds) play a key role in both the formation and stabilization of protein structures. H-bonds involving atoms from residues that are close to each other in the main-chain sequence stabilize secondary structure elements. H-bonds between atoms from distant residues stabilize a protein’s tertiary structure. However, H-bonds greatly vary in stability. They form and break while a protein deforms. For instance, the transition of a protein from a non-functional to a functional state may require some H-bonds to break and others to form. The intrinsic strength of an individual H-bond has been studied from an energetic viewpoint, but energy alone may not be a very good predictor. Other local interactions may reinforce (or weaken) an H-bond. This paper describes inductive learning methods to train a protein-independent probabilistic model of H-bond stability from molecular dynamics (md) simulation trajectories. The training data describes H-bond occurrences at successive times along these trajectories by the values of attributes called predictors. A trained model is constructed in the form of a regression tree in which each non-leaf node is a Boolean test (split) on a predictor. Each occurrence of an H-bond maps to a path in this tree from the root to a leaf node. Its predicted stability is associated with the leaf node. Experimental results demonstrate that such models can predict H-bond stability quite well. In particular, their performance is roughly 20% better than that of models based on H-bond energy alone. In addition, they can accurately identify a large fraction of the least stable H-bonds in a given conformation. The paper discusses several extensions that may yield further improvements.

This paper is an assessment of radiative forcing caused by atmospheric aerosols in an urban city in West Africa. It is carried out in Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso and is an illustration of the radiative impact in most of the large Sahelian urban cities which are under the same climatic influences and whose populations present similarities in their socio-economic aspects. Using the GAME code, the radiative forcing was calculated at the top of the atmosphere, in the atmospheric layer and at the earth’s surface. The results showed overall a cooling effect at the top of the atmosphere due to the backscattering in space of the incident radiation, a heating in the atmospheric layer due to the absorption effect and a surface cooling justified by the attenuation of radiation crossing the atmosphere. Using monthly average values of optical properties, vertical temperature and humidity profiles, daily temperatures and surface albedo, the simulation yielded forcing values ranging from -6.77 W/m2 to -2.56 W/m2 at the top of the atmosphere, from 15.8 W/m2 to 34.7 W/m2 in the atmospheric layer and from -41.00 W/m2 to -21.68 W/m2 at the earth’s surface. In addition, the warming was simulated in the first atmospheric layer (in contact with the surface), and the results show values ranging from 0.8°C to 1.8°C. The study of the annual variability of the results showed a strong correlation between the radiative forcing and the seasonal succession characteristic of the climate in West Africa with the extreme values in the month of March (characteristic of the dry and hot season) and in the month of August (characteristic of the rainy season).

背景有研究证明手术前12服加巴喷丁可减轻手术后疼痛，然而加巴喷丁辅助用于区域麻醉和慢性疼痛的效果还不清楚。本研究选择颈浅丛神经阻滞（superficialcervicalplexusblock，SCPB）麻醉下行甲状腺切除术的患者，观察手术前口服加巴喷丁对手术后早期和晚期（6个月之后）疼痛的作用。方法50例签署知情同意书的患者随机分成2组，即G组和P组，分别于手术前2小时口服1．2g加巴喷丁和安慰剂。通过数字量化评分（0—6分）评估手术前焦虑程度。患者于标准全麻诱导后行颈浅丛神经阻滞，分别记录手术中、手术后在麻醉恢复室和回到病房后患者的基本情况和镇痛药消耗量。数字量化评分（0—10分）评估手术后24小时静息时和吞咽时疼痛程度。如果静息时疼痛评分超过4分（最疼为10分），则每隔6小时静注1g扑热息痛或者50mg曲马多。手术前l天和甲状腺切除术后6个月，进行神经病理性疼痛诊断问卷。结果两组患者的一般资料、手术前焦虑程度评分、手术中用药、手术时间和手术后恢复室停留时间差异没有统计学意义。2组患者手术后24小时内镇痛药应用次数相似（G组：3[0—5]剂量／24小时；P组：3[1。5]剂量／24小时；P：NS）、静息时疼痛评分（G组：2，2『0．2。3．7]；P组：2[0—6．3]；P=NS）和吞咽时疼痛评分（G组：2．8[0．4～8．9]：P组：3[1．4。6．3]；P=NS）均没有差异。手术后6个月神经病理性疼痛诊断问卷评分超过3分者有8例，而手术前仅有2例（P=0．04）。延迟性神经病理性疼痛的8例患者中7例为单纯颈丛神经阻滞，仅有1例为手术前口服加巴喷丁辅助颈丛神经阻滞的患者（P=0．01）。结论手术前口服加巴喷丁没有改变颈丛神经阻滞下甲状腺切除术患者手术后的早期疼痛，但能预防手术后6个月出现的延迟性神经病理性疼痛。

背景妊娠时孕妇对镇静药的需要量减少，据称与孕酮有关。然而，妊娠和孕酮对丙泊酚的需要量产生怎样的影响，至今没有人彻底的研究过。本研究的目的是确定在妊娠早期，麻醉诱导意识消失期间和麻醉苏醒睁眼时所用丙泊酚的剂量和预测效应室靶浓度是否减低。同时观察血孕酮的含量与使意识消失时丙泊酚剂量和效应室靶浓度有无相关性。方法我们研究了57例ASA1-2级拟行终止妊娠的患者和55例行经阴道卵泡穿刺体外受精的对照患者。浓度为1％的丙泊酚以200ml／min的输注速度实施麻醉。记录在诱导时意识丧失过程中所用丙泊酚的剂量和预测效应室靶浓度（Schnider模型）。同时预测在麻醉苏醒睁眼时的效应室靶浓度。血孕酮的量在手术结束时测定。结果在意识消失时，妊娠患者较非妊娠患者所用丙泊酚剂量的平均值（±1个标准差）显著减少（分别为108．57±20．04mg和117．59±17．98mg，P=0．014）。与之相似，意识消失时预计的丙泊酚效应室靶浓度在妊娠患者有显著的降低。在麻醉苏醒睁眼时丙泊酚的预计靶浓度没有差别。没有观察到血孕酮水平与意识消失时丙泊酚的剂量和效应室靶浓度的相关性。结论早期妊娠时使意识消失的丙泊酚的剂量和预计的效应室靶浓度减低。孕酮并不能解释这一结果。

背景关于焦虑对麻醉诱导时致意识消失（lossofconsciousness，LOC）所用丙泊酚剂量的影响，现有的研究得到了相矛盾的结果。焦虑对血流动力学的影响表现为增加心率（heartrate，HR）及心排血量，这些可能与上述的差异有关。因此，我们设计了如下研究来探讨：首先，术前HR对致LOC时丙泊酚剂量的影响；其次，术前焦虑对HR的影响。方法选择45例ASA分级为I-II级接受妇科手术的女性患者，在手术室用焦虑状态．特征量化表（State—TraitAnxietyInventorv，STAI）即***评分表进行焦虑评估。记录HR后，麻醉诱导用1％的丙泊酚以200ml／h的速度通过BasePrimea泵输注直至LOC，记录此时的丙泊酚剂量。对焦虑状态和HR与LOC时丙泊酚的剂量关系进行秩相关系数检验（P=0．01）。结果丙泊酚LOC时的剂量与HR有显著相关性（9=0．487，P=0．0012），而与焦虑状态无显著相关性（p=0．330，P=0．0306），但是焦虑状态与HR却有显著相关性（p=0．462，P=0．0054）。结论术前HR的增加与致LOC时的丙泊酚剂量增加相关，术前的焦虑导致了HR的增加。
