For the in-memory computation architecture,a ferroelectric semiconductor field-effect transistor(FeSFET)incorporates ferroelectric material into the FET channel to realize logic and memory in a single *** emerging groupⅢnitride material Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N provides an excellent platform to explore FeSFET,as this material has significant electric polarization,ferroelectric switching,and high carrier ***,steps need to be taken to reduce the large band gap of~5 eV of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N to improve its transport property for in-memory logic *** state-of-the-art first principles analysis,here we predict that alloying a relatively small amount(less than~5%)of Sb impurities into Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N very effectively reduces the band gap while maintaining excellent *** show that the co-doped Sb and Sc act cooperatively to give a significant band bowing leading to a small band gap of~1.76 eV and a large polarization parameter~0.87 C/m^(2),in the quaternary Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)Sb_(y)N_(1-y)*** Sb impurity states become more continuous as a result of interactions with Sc and can be used for impurity-mediated *** on the Landau-Khalatnikov model,the Landau parameters and the corresponding ferroelectric hysteresis loops are obtained for the quaternary *** findings indicate that Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)Sb_(y)N_(1-y)is an excellent candidate as the channel material of FeSFET.

NbB_(2)Modified Al-Cu Alloys Fabricated by Freeze-Ablation Casting under High Cooling Rate Solidification

At present,improving the properties of aluminum alloys is generally achieved by increasing the cooling rate of the melt and adding micro-nano *** the cooling rate of the melt to improve the refining effect of grain refiner is still a difficult problem in the aluminum alloy casting *** innovative and environmentally friendly casting process,known as freeze ablation,was introduced during the preparation of an Al–NbB_(2) intermediate *** process significantly enhanced the cooling rate of the *** results indicated that the Al–NbB_(2) intermediate alloy produced under high cooling rates had a noticeable refining effect on Al–Cu alloys,with smaller NbB2 particles demonstrating superior refining *** average grain size of the refined Al–Cu alloy decreased from 154 to 69μm,the tensile strength increased by 12%,the fluidity increased by 18.4%,and the hot tearing index decreased from 144 to *** matching degree between NbB_(2) andα-Al was calculated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and the edge-to-edge *** was found that the atomic interplanar spacing and the interatomic spacing mismatch between NbB_(2)’splane and Al were both less than 10%,which further proved that NbB2 could serve as an effective nucleation site forα-Al grains to achieve grain refinement.

Carotenoids play crucial physiological roles in animals.A comprehensive investigation into the mechanism of carotenoid metabolism in oysters will establish a theoretical foundation for further development of its carotenoid-rich ***,the information on the function of miRNA in β-carotene metabolism in oysters is *** elucidate the mechanisms underlying miRNA regulation of carotenoid metabolism in oysters,we compared the expressions of miRNA in digestive gland tissues of Pacific oyster(Crassostrea gigas)fed with aβ-carotene supplemented diet and a normal diet,respectively.A total of 690 candidate miRNAs in the Pacific oyster digestive gland tissues were identified,including 590 known miRNAs and 111 unknown *** differentially expressed miRNAs were obtained in the carotenoid-fed and normal groups,associated to 137 differentially expressed target ***,the GO enrichment analysis revealed that the differentially expressed target genes were mainly involved in transmembrane transport *** enrichment showed that the differentially expressed target genes were involved in ABC *** of the mRNA-miRNA network revealed that novel0025 played a central role in carotenoid metabolism,and it was negatively correlated with the expression of 46 *** addition,down-regulated expression of novel0025 upregulated the expression of the lipoprotein gene LOC105342186,suggesting a potential regulatory role in carotenoid *** results provide useful information for elucidating the miRNA regulation mechanism during carotenoids metabolism in the Pacific oyster.

The emerging group Ⅲ nitride material Al1-xScxN provides an excellent platform to explore FeSFET, as this material has significant electric polarization, ferroelectric switching, and high carrier mobility. However, steps need to be taken to reduce the large band gap of～5 e V of Al1-xScxN to improve its transport property for in-memory logic applications. By state-of-the-art first principles analysis, here we predict that alloying a relatively small amount （less than～5%） of Sb impurities into Al1-xScxN very effectively reduces the band gap while maintaining excellent ferroelectricit.. We show that the co-doped Sb and Sc act cooperatively to give a significant band bowing leading to a small band gap of～1.76 eV and a large polarization parameter～0.87 C/m2, in the quaternary Al1-xScx Sby N1-y compounds. The Sb impurity states become more continuous as a result of interactions with Sc and can be used for impurity-mediated transport. Based on the Landau-Khalatnikov model, the Landau parameters and the corresponding ferroelectric hysteresis loops are obtained for the quaternary compounds. These findings indicate that Al1-xScxSbyN1-yis an excellent candidate as the channel material of FeSFET.

Terephthalic acid reformed Al/Zn metal organic nanoflake was prepared and functionalized with trie-thylamine(T-AlZn).Without adding terephthalic acid,there was no product of metal organic nanoflake.T-AlZn has a remarkable performance in removing trace lead(Ⅱ)ions(Pb^(2+)).The adsorption equipoise with the removal rate≥97%was reached within 35 *** removal rates of T-AlZn for Pb^(2+)declined by only 16.73%after four *** adsorption of T-AlZn for Pb^(2+)follows the Langmuir isotherms model and pseudo-second-order dynamics *** utmost adsorption competence was calculated as 215.27 mg g^(-1).The T-AlZn adsorbent exhibits a bright prospect in the adsorption for Pb^(2+)and is a considerable candidate in the disposal of industrial sewage.

BACKGROUND Breast cancer is among the most common malignancies *** progress in treatment methods and levels,the overall survival period has been prolonged,and the demand for quality care has *** To investigate the effect of individualized and continuous care intervention in patients with breast *** Two hundred patients with breast cancer who received systemic therapy at The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North universit.(January 2021 to July 2023)were retrospectively selected as research *** them,134 received routine care intervention(routing group)and 66 received personalized and continuous care(intervention group).Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)scores,including limb shoulder joint activity,complication rate,and care satisfaction,were compared between both groups after *** SAS and SDS scores were lower in the intervention group than in the routing group at one and three months after *** total FACT-B scores and five dimensions in the intervention group were higher than those in the routing group at three months of *** range of motion of shoulder anteflexion,posterior extension,abduction,internal rotation,and external rotation in the intervention group was higher than that in the routing group one month after *** incidence of postoperative complications was 18.18%lower in the intervention group than in the routing group(34.33%;P<0.05).Satisfaction with care was 90.91% higher in the intervention group than in the routing group(78.36%;P<0.05).CONCLUSION Personalized and continuous care can alleviate negative emotions in patients with breast cancer,quicken rehabilitation of limb function,decrease the incidence of complications,and improve living quality and care satisfaction.

AIM:To evaluate dry eye disease(DED)symptomatology and mental health status in different COVID-19 ***:A cross-sectional observational design was *** 123 eligible adults(46.34%of men,age range,18-59y)with COVID-19 included in the study from August to November,*** Surface Disease Index(OSDI),Five-item Dry Eye Questionnaire(DEQ-5),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used in this ***:OSDI scores were 6.82(1.25,15.91)in asymptomatic carriers,7.35(2.50,18.38)in mild cases,and 16.67(4.43,28.04)in recurrent cases,with 30.00%,35.56%,and 57.89%,respectively evaluated as having DED symptoms(χ2=7.049,P=0.029).DEQ-5 score varied from 2.00(0,6.00)in asymptomatic carriers,3.00(0,8.00)in mild cases,and 8.00(5.00,10.00)in recurrent cases,with 27.50%,33.33%,and 55.26%,respectively assessed as having DED symptoms(χ2=8.532,P=0.014).The prevalence of clinical anxiety(50.00%)and depression(47.37%)symptoms were also significantly higher in patients with recurrent infection(χ2=24.541,P<0.001;χ2=30.871,P<0.001).Recurrent infection was a risk factor for high OSDI scores[odds ratio,2.562;95%confidence interval(CI),1.631-7.979;P=0.033]and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,3.353;95%CI,1.038-8.834;P=0.043),whereas having a fixed occupation was a protective factor for OSDI scores(odds ratio,0.088;95%CI,0.022-0.360;P=0.001)and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,0.126;95%CI,0.039-0.405;P=0.001).CONCLUSION:Patients with recurrent COVID-19 have more severe symptoms of DED,anxiety,and depression.

Leakages from subsea oil and gas equipment cause substantial economic losses and damage to marine ecosystem,so it is essential to locate the source of the ***,due to the complexity and variability of the marine environment,the signals collected by hydrophone contain a variety of noises,which makes it challenging to extract useful signals for *** solve this problem,a hydrophone denoising algorithm is proposed based on variational modal decomposition(VMD)with grey wolf ***,the average envelope entropy is used as the fitness function of the grey wolf optimizer to find the optimal solution for the parameters K andα.Afterward,the VMD algorithm decomposes the original signal parameters to obtain the intrinsic mode functions(IMFs).Subsequently,the number of interrelationships between each IMF and the original signal was calculated,the threshold value was set,and the noise signal was removed to calculate the time difference using the valid signal obtained by ***,the arrival time difference is used to locate the origin of the *** localization accuracy of the method in finding leaks is investigated experimentally by constructing a simulated leak test rig,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified.
