The new racemic and dimeric in dole alkaloids with the characteristic cyclope nta[b]indole backb one,(+)-and(-)-sp on domi ne(la/lb),were isolated from a cultured sponge Tedania anhelans.A semi-synthesis was employed to obtain la/lb and the other four stereoisomers *** structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis,single-crystal X-ray,and quantum chemical *** stereoisomers differ in bioactivity according to their absolute con ***,(+)-sp on domi ne(la)displayed cytotoxicity against the K562 cell line and exhibited stronger Wnt and HIF1 dual signaling inhibitory activity at 5 pmol/L than the positive control,which offers an exciting starting point for further *** stereoisomers significantly promoted angiogenesis and showed moderate anti-inflammation in zebrafish.A quantum chemical calculation and deuteration experiment were applied to unveil the reacti on mechanism which guides the synthesis of the target compounds.

Automatic detection method of bladder tumor cells based on color and shape features

Bladder urothelial carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor disease in urinary system,and its incidence rate ranks ninth in the *** recent years,the continuous development of hyperspectral imaging technology has provided a new tool for the auxiliary diagnosis of bladder *** this study,based on microscopic hyperspectral data,an automatic detection algorithm of bladder tumor cells combining color features and shape features is *** vector machine(SVM)is used to build classification models and compare the classification performance of spectral feature,spectral and shape fusion feature,and the fusion feature proposed in this paper on the same *** results show that the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of our classification algorithm based on shape and color fusion features are 0.952,0.897,and 0.920,respectively,which are better than the classification algorithm only using spectral ***,this study can effectively extract the cell features of bladder urothelial carcinoma smear,thus achieving automatic,real-time,and noninvasive detection of bladder tumor cells,and then helping doctors improve the e±ciency of pathological diagnosis of bladder urothelial cancer,and providing a reliable basis for doctors to choose treatment plans and judge the prognosis of the disease.

Persistence of fertilization effects on soil organic carbon in degraded alpine wetlands in the Yellow River source region

In the restoration of degraded wetlands,fertilization can improve the vegetation-soil-microorganisms complex,thereby affecting the organic carbon ***,it is currently unclear whether these effects are *** study employed Biolog-Eco surveys to investigate the changes in vegetation characteristics,soil physicochemical properties,and soil microbial functional diversity in degraded alpine wetlands of the source region of the Yellow River at 3 and 15 months after the application of nitrogen,phosphorus,and organic mixed *** following results were obtained:The addition of nitrogen fertilizer and organic compost significantly affects the soil organic carbon content in degraded *** months after fertilization,nitrogen addition increases soil organic carbon in both lightly and severely degraded wetlands,whereas after 15 months,organic compost enhanced the soil organic carbon level in severely degraded *** equation modeling indicates that fertilization decreases the soil pH and directly or indirectly influences the soil organic carbon levels through variations in the soil water content and the aboveground biomass of *** months after fertilization,nitrogen fertilizer showed a direct positive effect on soil organic ***,organic mixed fertilizer indirectly reduced soil organic carbon by increasing biomass and decreasing soil *** 15 months,none of the fertilizers significantly affected the soil organic carbon *** summary,it can be inferred that the addition of nitrogen fertilizer lacks sustainability in positively influencing the organic carbon content.

BACKGROUND Drug-induced liver injury(DIli)is one of the most common adverse events of medication use,and its incidence is ***,early detection of DIli is a crucial challenge due to a lack of biomarkers and noninvasive *** To identify salivary metabolic biomarkers of DIli for the future development of noninvasive diagnostic *** Saliva samples from 31 DIli patients and 35 healthy controls(HCs)were subjected to untargeted metabolomics using ultrahigh-pressure liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass *** analyses,including partial least squares-discriminant analysis modeling,t tests and weighted metabolite coexpression network analysis(WMCNA),were conducted to identify key differentially expressed metabolites(DEMs)and metabolite *** we utilized least absolute shrinkage and selection operato and random fores analyses for biomarker *** use of each metabolite and metabolite set to detect DIli was evaluated with area under the receiver operating characteristic *** We found 247 differentially expressed salivary metabolites between the DIli group and the HC *** WMCNA,we identified a set of 8 DEMs closely related to liver injury for further prediction ***,the distinct separation of DIli patients and HCs was achieved with five metabolites,namely,12-hydroxydodecanoic acid,3-hydroxydecanoic acid,tetradecanedioic acid,hypoxanthine,and inosine(area under the curve:0.733-1).CONCLUSION Salivary metabolomics revealed previously unreported metabolic alterations and diagnostic biomarkers in the saliva of DIli *** study may provide a potentially feasible and noninvasive diagnostic method for DIli,but further validation is needed.

Background:The maintenance dosage of selexipag is categorized as low,medium or *** order to assess the efficacy and safety of different dosages of selexipag for the risk stratification of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH),we performed a sys-tematic review and ***:Studies assessing PAH risk stratification indices,such as the World Health Organization functional class(WHO-FC),six-minute walk distance(6MWD),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,right atrial pressure(RAP),cardiac index(ci)and mixed venous oxygen saturation(SvO2),were ***:Thirteen studies were *** led to improvements in the 6MWD(MD:24.20 m,95%ci:10.74-37.67),NT-proBNP(SMD:-0.41,95%ci:-0.79-0.04),ci(MD:0.47 L/min/m^(2),95%ci:0.17-0.77)and WHO-FC(OR:0.564,95%ci:0.457-0.697).Subgroup analysis demonstrated that all three dosages improved the 6MWD.A moderate dosage led to improvements in the ci(MD:0.30 L/min/m^(2),95%ci:0.15-0.46)and WHO-FC(OR:0.589,95%ci:0.376-0.922).Within 6 months of treatment,only the WHO-FC and ci were significantly improved(OR:0.614,95%ci:0.380-0.993;MD:0.30 L/min/m^(2),95%ci:0.16-0.45,respectively).More than 6 months of treatment significantly improved the 6MWD,WHO-FC and NT-proBNP(MD:40.87 m,95%ci:10.97-70.77;OR:0.557,95%ci:0.440-0.705;SMD:-0.61,95%ci:-1.17-0.05,respectively).Conclusions:Low,medium,and high dosages of selexipag all exhibited good *** treatment lasted for more than 6 months,selexipag exerted obvious effects,even in the low-dosage *** finding is important for guiding individualized treatments.

Development of EPDM composites reinforced by CNTs@SiO_(2)for thermal protection systems of aerospace propulsion:Significant improvement in oxidation and ablation resistance properties

Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs)reinforced Polymer-Matrix Composites(PMCs)is widely used as insulation materials in thermal protection system of aerospace ***,CNTs are prone to oxidation and have high thermal conductivities,which makes it difficult to improve the ablation resistance of insulation materials that contain ***_(2)was encapsulated onto the surface of CNTs(CNTs@SiO_(2)),which were then added to Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer(EPDM)rubber to prepare the insulation *** analysis and ablation test were used to evaluate the resistance of the insulation materials to thermal oxidation and ***,scanning electron microscopy was performed to analyze their *** revealed that the addition of CNTs@SiO_(2)could visibly reduce the effects of hot corrosion and ablation on insulation *** C-CNTs@SiO_(2)-1 formulation had the best ablative ***,compared with the unencapsulated formulation(C-CNTs-10),the C-CNTs@SiO_(2)-1 formulation reduced the line ablation rate by 51%to 0.0130 mm/s after oxygen-acetylene ***,the ablation mechanism was investigated based on the effects of the CNTs@SiO_(2)additive on their ***,the improvement in ablation performance may be attributed to CNTs@SiO_(2)-induced decreases in thermal conductivity,improvement in the hot corrosion resistance in the char layer,and changes in the microstructure.

A multi-source information fusion layer counting method for penetration fuze based on TCN-LSTM

When employing penetration ammunition to strike multi-story buildings,the detection methods using acceleration sensors suffer from signal aliasing,while magnetic detection methods are susceptible to interference from ferromagnetic materials,thereby posing challenges in accurately determining the number of *** address this issue,this research proposes a layer counting method for penetration fuze that incorporates multi-source information fusion,utilizing both the temporal convolutional network(TCN)and the long short-term memory(LSTM)recurrent *** leveraging the strengths of these two network structures,the method extracts temporal and high-dimensional features from the multi-source physical field during the penetration process,establishing a relationship between the multi-source physical field and the distance between the fuze and the target plate.A simulation model is developed to simulate the overload and magnetic field of a projectile penetrating multiple layers of target plates,capturing the multi-source physical field signals and their patterns during the penetration *** analysis reveals that the proposed multi-source fusion layer counting method reduces errors by 60% and 50% compared to single overload layer counting and single magnetic anomaly signal layer counting,*** model's predictive performance is evaluated under various operating conditions,including different ratios of added noise to random sample positions,penetration speeds,and spacing between target *** maximum errors in fuze penetration time predicted by the three modes are 0.08 ms,0.12 ms,and 0.16 ms,respectively,confirming the robustness of the proposed ***,the model's predictions indicate that the fitting degree for large interlayer spacings is superior to that for small interlayer spacings due to the influence of stress waves.

FlowGANAnomaly: Flow-Based Anomaly Network Intrusion Detection with Adversarial Learning

In recent years, low recall rates and high dependencies on data labelling have become the biggest obstacle to developing deep anomaly detection(DAD) techniques. Inspired by the success of generative adversarial networks(GANs) in detecting anomalies in computer vision and imaging, we propose an anomaly detection model called Flow GANAnomaly for detecting anomalous traffic in network intrusion detection systems(NIDS). Unlike traditional GAN-based approaches, which are composed of a flow encoder, a convolutional encoder-decoder-encoder, a flow decoder and a convolutional encoder, the architecture of this model consists of a generator(G) and a discriminator(D).Flow GANAnomaly maps the different types of traffic feature data from separate datasets to a uniform feature space,thus can capture the normality of network traffic data more accurately in an adversarial manner to mitigate the problem of the high dependence on data labeling. Moreover, instead of simply detecting the anomalies by the output of D, we proposed a new anomaly scoring method that integrates the deviation between the output of two Gs’ convolutional encoders with the output of D as weighted scores to improve the low recall rate of anomaly detection. We conducted several experiments comparing existing machine learning algorithms and existing deep learning methods(Auto Encoder and VAE) on four public datasets(NSL-KDD, ciC-IDS2017, ciC-DDo S2019, and UNSW-NB15). The evaluation results show that Flow GANAnomaly can significantly improve the performance of anomaly-based NIDS.
