Aiming at the problems of microfracture development in hard brittle shale gas layer in Fuling block, Chongqing, such as collapse of borehole wall and the existence of permeability loss of microfracture during drilling, and serious pollution of drilling environment with oil-based drilling fluid, a water-based drilling fluid system for anti-collapse and anti-leakage was studied. A water-based drilling fluid system with anti-collapse and anti-leakage was formed by introducing functional treatment agents, such as polypolysaccharide MEG, polymer emulsion film forming wall cementing agent LFGB, polyamine inhibitor LCFA and deformable particle plugging agent BXLZ, into the conventional water-based drilling fluid. After rolling at 130°C for 16 h, the system has good rheological properties, low filtration loss, good inhibition, lubrication and plugging properties. It has good plugging properties for 0.12 mm, 0.24 mm, 0.38 mm micro-cracks and 400 mD and 800 mD sand plates. The system was successfully tested on site in August 2019 in Fuling Reef Block, showing good rheological properties, solid wall plugging, and strong ability to seal and inhibit fracture expansion. There was no block falling in the drilling process, and the tripping, casing running and well cementing operations were all smooth, which provided a new technical idea and scheme for environmental protection and green drilling in Fuling shale gas exploitation.

In order to improve the plugging and anti-collapse performance of water-based drilling fluid,a polymer film-forming plugging agent LWFD is synthesized by emulsion polymerization.The effect of the agent on rheology,API filtration loss,lubricity and film plugging of polymer drilling fluid and cationic drilling fluid is evaluated in laboratory.The experimental results show that the agent has little effect on the rheology and filtration loss of polymer drilling fluid and cationic drilling fluid,and can improve the lubricity of drilling fluid.The synthesized polymer film-forming plugging agent LWFD has good plugging properties for sand discs with different permeabilities,and the agent can effectively improve the film-forming plugging and temperature resistance of drilling fluid when combined with the inorganic nano-plugging agent NMFD.The high performance polymer drilling fluid formed by introducing polymer film-forming plugging agent LWFD and inorganic nano-plugging agent NMFD into polymer drilling fluid has comparable performance as Halliburton’s SHALEDRIL high performance drilling fluid,which can meet the requirements of on-site drilling and has application value.

As the depth and horizontal length of shale gas development wells increase,the requirement for the temperature resistance and the ability of the drilling fluids to stabilize the shale formation becomes higher.A new type of high temperature and high density white oil based drilling fluid system has been developed in laboratory.Research shows that the drilling fluid system has good rheological property,low filtration loss,strong anti-debris pollution capability and good plugging performance at high temperature and high density.The system has been successfully applied in the 201H7-6 well.Application results show that the drilling fluid rheology,high temperature and high pressure fluid loss and demulsification voltage meet the field requirements.The drilling fluid performance is stable in drilling an 1800 m horizontal section,and no stuck or shale swelling and wellbore collapsing are induced.It is the first well drilled successfully with domestic white oil-based drilling fluid in Zigong Region.It also sets several new records including the deepest well,the shortest drilling cycle,and the fastest drilling speed in that region,which provides valuable experience for the future drilling activities.

Development and Application of TL-1 New High Temperature and High Pressure Plugging Instrument

In view of the fact that most of the filter media of existing plugging evaluation instruments use steel plates or steel balls, which cannot truly simulate the characteristics of the formation, a new type of TL-1 high temperature and high pressure plugging instrument has been developed. The filter medium of the instrument is the natural stone with different cracks and quartz sand beds with different particle sizes, which can better simulate the adsorption and hang-up effect of the formation on the plugging agent. It is possible to evaluate the plugging effect, pressure-bearing capacity and return pressure of the plugging slurry for different cracks and sand beds of different sizes under different temperatures and pressures. Using new and old instruments to evaluate the plugging effect of the same plugging slurry, it is found that the plugging effect is different from the distribution of the plugging material on the crack surface, the plugging effect and the pressure bearing capacity. The instrument is stable and reliable in operation and simple in operation. It is a new instrument for conducting research on anti-leakage plugging materials and anti-leakage plugging drilling fluid systems.

目的探讨HCMV感染患儿外周血中TLR9 mRNA的表达。方法选择2019年1月-2019年12月江西省儿童医院收治HCMV感染88例为研究对象,其中未给予更昔洛韦治疗23例为治疗前组,给予更昔洛韦治疗27例为治疗后组;同期未感染HCMV健康儿童38例为正常组。采用RT-PCR检测TLR9 mRNA表达,以2^(-△△Ct)方法对mRNA表达进行相对定量,对比分析各组指标的变化。结果 HCMV感染组和正常组外周血中TLR9 mRNA表达量平均值分别为1.986±0.306和3.001±0.543,2组间差异无统计学意义(t=1.724,P=0.088)。HCMV感染治疗前组和治疗后组外周血中TLR9 mRNA表达量平均值分别为1.778±0.312和2.163±0.504,2组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.624,P=0.536)。结论 TLR9 mRNA在HCMV感染儿童外周血中的表达降低,但其表达水平与不同治疗时期无相关性。

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of Taichong(LR3) acupuncture points(acupoints) on the expression of glucose transporter protein 1(GLUT1) in the hypothalamus of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) as measured by combined positron emission tomography and computed tomography(PETCT).METHODS: Spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)were divided into model, Taichong(LR 3) acupuncture, and sham groups. Additionally, Tokyo Wistar rats were used as the control group. Changes in blood pressure were recorded in different groups of rats before and after the corresponding treatment. Hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining was used to study basic morphological changes, and immunohistochemistry was used to determine GLUT1 expression in the hypothalamus. Further,PET-CT was utilized to elucidate the antihypertensive mechanism after acupuncture at the Taichong(LR 3) acupoints.RESULTS: PET-CT indicated activation of the hypothalamus. Measurement of blood pressure showed that acupuncture at the Taichong(LR 3) acupoints lowered blood pressure. HE staining did not show any significant pathological changes, although differences in cell number were observed. Immunohistochemical analysis indicated a GLUT1 downregulation in the SHRs of the Taichong(LR 3) acupuncture group after the treatment.CONCLUSION: Acupuncture at Taichong(LR 3) acupoints lowered blood pressure in SHRs, with possible mechanisms being changes in cell number and GLUT1 expression in the hypothalamus.

In order to improve the length of plasma in a whole tube and mechanical properties of Cr films deposited on the inner surface of the tube, a high-power impulse magnetron sputtering coating method with a planar cathode target and auxiliary anode was proposed. The auxiliary anode was placed near the tube tail to attract plasma into the inner part of the tube. Cr films were deposited on the inner wall of a 20# carbon steel tube with a diameter of 40 mm and length of 120 mm. The influence of auxiliary anode voltage on the discharge characteristics of the Cr target, and the structure and mechanical properties of Cr films deposited on the inner surface of the tube were explored. With higher auxiliary anode voltage, an increase in substrate current was observed, especially in the tube tail. The thickness uniformity, compactness, hardness and H/E ratios of the Cr films deposited on the inner surface of the tube increased with the increase in auxiliary anode voltage. The Cr films deposited with auxiliary anode voltage of 60 V exhibited the highest hardness of 9.6 GPa and the lowest friction coefficient of 0.68.

针对网络攻击事件难以实时准确反映,导致光网络安全态势预测效果较差的问题,提出一种基于贝叶斯攻击图的光网络安全态势预测方法。利用漏洞扫描软件对网络中的缺陷进行扫描,获得初始数据,基于相关数据建立贝叶斯攻击图对网络中的不确定参数分析,计算各个节点的先验概率和后验概率,确定各个节点的危险等级,设定遗传算法的遗传算子与迭代次数,对特征数据降维处理,采用随机森林方法选择最优特征子集,对局部条件概率计算,实现光网络安全态势预测。实验结果表明,设计方法能够在短时间内就实现光网络安全态势的准确预测,满足方法设计需求。
