Controlling synthesis and host sensitized Eu^(3+) emissions of K_5Gd_9F_(32) and GdF_3

By controlling the reactant ratios, hydrothermal time, hydrothermal temperatures, p H values of the prepared solutions, and the concentrations of K3C6H5O7·2H2O, 1 mol% Eu3+ doped cubic phase of K5Gd9F32 and/or orthorhombic phase of Gd F3 micro/nanocrystals have been synthesized based on a hydrothermal method. For comparison, the sample was also synthesized by a co-precipitation method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns, field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) images, energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) spectra, and photoluminescence(PL) excitation and emission spectra. By host Gd3+ sensitizing, the Eu3+ presents relatively strong emissions. The energy transfers from host Gd3+ to doping Eu3+ are observed in all the samples and the energy transfer plays an important role in the emission of Eu3+. Acting as a probe, the Eu3+ presents its distinct optical properties in the samples.

‘星硕’是从百子莲‘Big Blue’实生苗后代中选育出的百子莲新品种。植株低矮,叶二列状基生,宽条形;伞形花序直径18~20 cm,着生小花136~160朵;小花漏斗形,花被片RHS比色卡值为91C,花被裂片内侧中脉区和边缘区的RHS比色卡值分别为91A、91C;雄蕊多数,略伸出花被片,柱头与花药等高,无香味。花期6月中旬。适宜在中国苏南及苏中地区保护地栽培。

By controlling the concentration of Tb3＋, a series of GdF3 samples were synthesized by a hydrothermal method without any surfactant. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD） patterns, field emission scanning electron microscopy （FE-SEM） images, photoluminescence （PL） excitation and emission spectra as well as luminescent dynamic decay curves. The opti-cal properties of Tb3＋, the concentration quenching phenomenon of Tb3＋, and the energy transfer from host Gd3＋to Tb3＋were inves-tigated and discussed based on the concentration of Tb3＋in the GdF3 samples. The experimental results suggested that the optical properties of Tb3＋and the energy transfer from host Gd3＋to Tb3＋could be adjusted by the concentration of Tb3＋in the samples.

Based on the operating principle and the electric property design of the passive hydrogen maser, the technology and test results of its space adaptability are carried out under the special launch conditions and space environment. The various perturbations affecting the output frequency of such a standard used for the navigation satellite system are specified, such as magnetic field change, vibration, thermal vacuum and radiation. Through the adaptability technology in the aspects above, the security and reliability of the space passive hydrogen maser sufficiently fulfill the requirements of space operation. At present, the space passive hydrogen maser is working normally on board, indicating that the space adaptability satisfies the design requirement.

抑郁症是一种心理健康障碍,已成为全球公共卫生领域所面对的重要挑战之一。探究抑郁症的发病机制、准确评估抑郁症的症状变化,是制定有效临床诊疗策略的基础。借助功能磁共振成像、头皮脑电等非侵入脑成像技术,已有研究证实抑郁症的发生与大脑多个脑区的神经活动异常以及功能连通性改变密切相关。脑磁图技术不受组织导电率和颅骨厚度等影响,其空间分辨率和信噪比高,在深入揭示抑郁症的异常脑机制和神经特征方面具有独特优势和重要价值。本综述从抑郁症患者的脑磁图节律特征、非线性动力学特征以及连通性特征出发,回顾抑郁症相关的脑磁图特征研究进展,并探讨当前存在的问题和未来发展趋势,为抑郁症相关病理生理机制研究以及临床诊疗提供启示。

Bubbles are pervasive in aqueous media,and on account of numerous advantages of tiny bubbles,efficient bubble splitting is favorable in a wide range of ***,underwater bubble splitting faces a lot of challenges because bubbles tend to coalesce during the rising due to the action of buoyancy and surface energy,and the consumption of considerable external energy is *** by the bubble bursting phenomenon on the feathers of high‐speed swimming penguins,we proposed a new bubble splitting strategy based on the energy conversion of bubble transportation on superhydrophobic open pathways.A porous superhydrophobic coating was first developed via a bubbletemplate assisted fabrication method,which provides hierarchical micro/nanostructures and robust air *** bubbles can transport along the superhydrophobic open pathways without perturbation,and split into smaller ones by taking advantage of the potential energy contributed by *** controlling the superhydrophobic pathway,the size of the split bubbles can be controlled *** also demonstrated that a bubble splitting device could be applied in underwater reactions where an enhanced gas−liquid mass transfer is *** bubble splitting strategy may offer new prospects for underwater bubble manipulation and unfold a potential in many bubble‐involved fields.

The prefrontal cortex and hippocampus may support sequential working memory beyond episodic memory and spatial *** stereoelectroencephalography(SEEG)study investigated how the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)interacts with the hippocampus in the online processing of sequential *** patients with epilepsy(eight women,age 27.6±8.2 years)completed a line ordering task with SEEG recordings over the DLPFC and the *** showed longer thinking times and more recall errors when asked to arrange random lines clockwise(random trials)than to maintain ordered lines(ordered trials)before recalling the orientation of a particular ***,the ordering-related increase in thinking time and recall error was associated with a transient theta power increase in the hippocampus and a sustained theta power increase in the DLPFC(3–10 Hz).In particular,the hippocampal theta power increase correlated with the memory precision of line ***,theta phase coherences between the DLPFC and hippocampus were enhanced for ordering,especially for more precisely memorized ***,the theta band DLPFC→hippocampus influence was selectively enhanced for ordering,especially for more precisely memorized *** study suggests that theta oscillations may support DLPFC-hippocampal interactions in the online processing of sequential information.

Objective:The short-term benefits of bilateral stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus(STN)in patients with advanced Parkinson’s disease(PD)are well documented,but long-term benefits are still *** aim of this study is to evaluate the outcome of 8 years of bilateral STN stimulation to PD ***:In this study,31 consecutive PD patients were treated with bilateral STN *** functional status was measured using the Activities of Daily Living section of the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS-ADL)at drug on(with medication)and drug off(without medication)states preoperatively and at 1,5,and 8 years *** addition,Levodopa equivalent doses and stimulation parameters were also ***:After 8 years of STN stimulation,the UPDRS-ADL scores were improved by 4%at drug off status(P>0.05)and 22%at drug on status(P<0.05)compared with baseline;the levodopa daily doses were reduced by 28%(P<0.05)compared with baseline;the stimulation voltage and pulse width were not changed,but the stimulation frequency was decreased remarkably compared with the 5 years of *** events were observed in 6 patients,including misplacement of the electrode and skin erosion requiring further *** events were resolved without permanent sequelae.2 patients died of aspiration pneumonia 6 and 7 years after ***:The marked improvement in UPDRS-ADL scores were still observed after 8 years of bilateral STN stimulation with medication.
