We propose a novel interactive lighting editing system for lighting a single indoor RGB image based on spherical harmonic lighting.It allows users to intuitively edit illumination and relight the complicated low-light indoor scene.Our method not only achieves plausible global relighting but also enhances the local details of the complicated scene according to the spatially-varying spherical harmonic lighting,which only requires a single RGB image along with a corresponding depth map.To this end,we first present a joint optimization algorithm,which is based on the geometric optimization of the depth map and intrinsic image decomposition avoiding texture-copy,for refining the depth map and obtaining the shading map.Then we propose a lighting estimation method based on spherical harmonic lighting,which not only achieves the global illumination estimation of the scene,but also further enhances local details of the complicated scene.Finally,we use a simple and intuitive interactive method to edit the environment lighting map to adjust lighting and relight the scene.Through extensive experimental results,we demonstrate that our proposed approach is simple and intuitive for relighting the low-light indoor scene,and achieve state-of-the-art results.

Reconstructing 3D models for single objects with complex backgrounds has wide applications like 3D printing,AR/VR,and so on.It is necessary to consider the tradeoff between capturing data at low cost and getting high-quality reconstruction results.In this work,we propose a voxel-based modeling pipeline with sparse RGB-D images to effectively and efficiently reconstruct a single real object without the geometrical post-processing operation on background removal.First,referring to the idea of VisualHull,useless and inconsistent voxels of a targeted object are clipped.It helps focus on the target object and rectify the voxel projection information.Second,a modified TSDF calculation and voxel filling operations are proposed to alleviate the problem of depth missing in the depth images.They can improve TSDF value completeness for voxels on the surface of the object.After the mesh is generated by the MarchingCube,texture mapping is optimized with view selection,color optimization,and camera parameters fine-tuning.Experiments on Kinect capturing dataset,TUM public dataset,and virtual environment dataset validate the effectiveness and flexibility of our proposed pipeline.

This study investigated visual response properties of retinal ganglion cells(RGCs) under high glucose levels. Extracellular single-unit responses of RGCs from mouse retinas were recorded. And the eyecup was prepared as a flat mount in a recording chamber and superfused with Ames medium. The averaged RF size of the ON RGCs(34.1±2.9, n=14) was significantly smaller than the OFF RGCs under the HG(49.3±0.3, n=12)(P<0.0001) conditions. The same reduction pattern was also observed in the osmotic control group(HM) between ON and OFF RGCs(P<0.0001). The averaged luminance threshold(LT) of ON RGCs increased significantly under HG or HM(HG: P<0.0001; HM: P<0.0002). OFF RGCs exhibited a similar response pattern under the same conditions(HG: P<0.01; HM: P<0.0002). The averaged contrast gain of ON cells was significantly lower than that of OFF cells with the HM treatment(P<0.015, unpaired Student's t test). The averaged contrast gain of ON cells was significantly higher than OFF cells with the HG treatment(P<0.0001). The present results suggest that HG reduced receptive field center size, suppressed luminance threshold, and attenuated contrast gain of RGCs. The impact of HG on ON and OFF RGCs may be mediated via different mechanisms.

总结职业接触高浓度汞蒸气后急性中毒导致间质性肺炎的诊断与治疗经验。2例患者接触汞蒸气后出现胸闷、气促、咳嗽等呼吸道症状,血汞分别为135μg/L、260.7μg/L,尿汞分别为3 178.6μg/g Cr、2 999.4μg/g Cr,双肺弥漫性病变、严重低氧血症。临床给予二巯丙磺钠驱汞、大剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠抗炎、无创正压通气、抗感染等治疗后,2例患者血汞、尿汞明显下降,双肺炎症吸收好转。对急性汞中毒导致间质性肺炎患者,除了尽早应用特效解毒剂外,早期、短程给予大剂量糖皮质激素联合治疗,可提高救治成功率。

Clay mineral proxies have been widely used to reconstruct changes in provenance and the paleoclimate.However,high-altitude clay mineral indications and long-term and orbital variations have not been fully explored.Herein,we present an800-ka clay-mineral record from a lacustrine sediment core(ZB13-C2)from the Zoige Basin on the eastern Tibetan Plateau(TP).X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to identify the clay mineral assemblages and their micromorphological characteristics of core ZB13-C2.The results revealed that the clay minerals in core ZB13-C2 are mainly illite,with small amounts of chlorite,kaolinite,and smectite(including irregular mixed-layers of illite-smectite(I/S)and chloritesmectite(C/S)).The clay mineral assemblages and proxies exhibit three stages of change,which are mainly controlled by the Zoige watershed range under different climate conditions.The watershed was limited to the southeastern region with altitudes ranging from~3500 to~4200 meters above sea level(m a.s.l.),and glacial-interglacial hydraulic erosion controlled the input of bedrock debris during 800-621 ka BP.It expanded to higher altitudes(~4200 to~4700 m a.s.l.)due to stronger seasonal freezethaw weathering without significant glacial-interglacial variations under a cooling and drying climate during 621-100 ka BP.Finally,it expanded to its highest altitudes of~4700 to~5200 m a.***.l.northwest of the watershed after 100 ka BP,and hydraulic erosion increased obviously under a warm climate of the interstadial MIS 3 on the TP.The watershed underwent two major expansions under different climatic conditions at~621 ka and 100 ka BP,with the wet/dry alternation became strong at~621 ka BP.These results reveal that long-term temperature changes and the wet/dry alternation at high altitudes controlled the watershed range and degree of the physical erosion,and that the indications of clay minerals should be carefully clarified before they are used as climate indicators,especially on the TP.

The pore structure of spherical alumina supports is closely related to the dispersion of catalytically active components and the diffusion of reactants.Maintaining excellent pore structure under strict reaction conditions is of utmost importance.In this work,sphericalγ-Al_(2)O_(3)support with a bimodal pore structure,composed of macropores and mesopores,was successfully synthesized using dodecane as the pore-forming agent through the oil–ammonia column-shaping method.The morphology and internal pore structure of the alumina were found to be influenced by the amount of surfactant added and ultrasound treatment conditions.Notably,when concentration of surfactant was 4‰and ultrasound voltage of 20 V was applied,the resultingγ-Al_(2)O_(3)-4‰-20 displayed a highly concentrated distribution of macropores with an average pore size of 100 nm,resulting in an impressive porosity of 69.21%.In contrast,the untreated sample ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3)-0-0 only exhibited a mesoporous distribution with a porosity of 54.03%.Moreover,after being subjected to a hydrothermal treatment in a high temperature(600°C)and high humidity(water vapor)environment for 120 h,theγ-Al_(2)O_(3)-4‰-20 sample maintained a high BET specific surface area of 170.9 m^(2)g^(−1)and mercury intrusion porosimetry specific surface area of 263.3 m^(2)g^(−1).

Background:While type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is considered a putative causal risk factor for coronary artery disease(CAD),the intrinsic link underlying T2DM and CAD is not fully understood.We aimed to highlight the importance of integrated care targeting both diseases by investigating the phenotypic and genetic relationships between T2DM and CAD.Methods:We evaluated phenotypic associations using data from the United Kingdom Biobank(N=472,050).We investigated genetic relationships by leveraging genomic data conducted in European ancestry for T2DM,with and without adjustment for body mass index(BMI)(T2DM:N_(case)/N_(control)=74,124/824,006;T2DM adjusted for BMI[T2DM_(adj)BMI]:N_(case)/N_(control)=50,409/523,897)and for CAD(N_(case)/N_(control)=181,522/984,168).We performed additional analyses using genomic data conducted in multiancestry individuals for T2DM(N_(case)/N_(control)=180,834/1,159,055).Results:Observational analysis suggested a bidirectional relationship between T2DM and CAD(T2DM→CAD:hazard ratio[HR]=2.12,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.01–2.24;CAD→T2DM:HR=1.72,95%CI:1.63–1.81).A positive overall genetic correlation between T2DM and CAD was observed(r_(g)=0.39,P=1.43×10^(-75)),which was largely independent of BMI(T2DM_(adj)BMI–CAD:r_(g)=0.31,P=1.20×10^(–36)).This was corroborated by six local signals,among which 9p21.3 showed the strongest genetic correlation.Cross-trait meta-analysis replicated 101 previously reported loci and discovered six novel pleiotropic loci.Mendelian randomization analysis supported a bidirectional causal relationship(T2DM→CAD:odds ratio[OR]=1.13,95%CI:1.11-1.16;CAD→T2DM:OR=1.12,95%CI:1.07-1.18),which was confirmed in multiancestry individuals(T2DM→CAD:OR=1.13,95%CI:1.10-1.16;CAD→T2DM:OR=1.08,95%CI:1.04-1.13).This bidirectional relationship was significantly mediated by systolic blood pressure and intake of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors,with mediation proportions of 54.1%(95%CI:24.9-83.4%)and 90.4%(95%CI:29.3-151.5%),respectively.Conclusion:Our observ
