The autonomous Mutator(Mu)transposon in maize(Zea mays L.)lines 115F,330I,and 715D were crossed with inbred lines B73,Mo17,97108,and H9-21,M1were self-pollinated to establish the Mu insertion-mutagenized M2seeds pool and The M2plants encompassed a large amount of biological variation relevant to improving agronomy traits by observed in the *** we statistically analyzed these candidate *** drought stress,we screened seedlings at 3-leaf stage by using the infrared thermography,and successfully got 108 droughtinsensitive and 121 drought-sensitive candidate mutants from more than 38,000 lines,which temperature were significant different with *** candidate mutants were primarily analyzed by infrared thermography,chlorophyll fluorescence,leaf water losing,photosynthetic characteristics,content of soluble sugars,soluble protein,and proline *** selected mutants were cloned by MuTAIL–PCR *** we provide the better genetic materials for research on maize breeding for drought tolerance.

研究了微波场中硫酸浸溶黄铜矿的动力学，结果表明微波加热提高了铜浸溶速率和浸出率。其浸出率和浸溶速率受氧化剂ＭｎＯ２的含量和黄铜矿粉末的粒度影响，并可分别用数学式和来表达，ａ是与ＭｎＯ２的含量有关的参数，ＭｎＯ２的含量越高，ａ越小，浸出率和浸出速率越大；ｂ是与黄铜矿的粉末粒度有关的参数，粉末粒度越细，ｂ越小，同样，浸出率和浸出速率也就越大。

Implantable brain–computer interface(BCI)devices are an effective tool to decipher fundamental brain mechanisms and treat neural ***,traditional neural implants with rigid or bulky cross-sections cause trauma and decrease the quality of the neuronal ***,we propose a MEMS-fabricated flexible interface device for BCI *** microdevice with a thin film substrate can be readily reduced to submicron scale for low-invasive *** elaborate silicon shuttle with an improved structure is designed to reliably implant the flexible device into brain *** flexible substrate is temporarily bonded to the silicon shuttle by polyethylene *** the flexible substrate,eight electrodes with different diameters are distributed evenly for local field potential and neural spike recording,both of which are modified by Pt-black to enhance the charge storage capacity and reduce the *** mechanical and electrochemical characteristics of this interface were investigated in *** vivo,the small cross-section of the device promises reduced trauma,and the neuronal signals can still be recorded one month after implantation,demonstrating the promise of this kind of flexible BCI device as a low-invasive tool for brain–computer communication.

In response to variable environmental conditions, guard cells located in the leaf epidermis can integrate and cope with a multitude of complicated stimuli, thereby making stomata in an appro- priate state. However, many signaling components in guard cell signaling remain elusive. In our laboratory, a tool for non-invasive remote infrared thermal images was used to screen an ethyl methane sulfonate-mutagenized population for Arabidopsis stomatal response mutants under multiple stresses (ABA, H2O2, CO2, etc.). More than forty "hot" or "cold" mutants were isolated (above or below 0.5℃ in con- trast to normal plantlets). Identification and primary genetic analysis of these mutants show that they are monogenic recessive mutations and there exist distinct difference in stomata apertures compared to wild type. These mutants in response to various environmental stresses and hormones were comprehen- sively investigated, which enables us to further un- derstand the cross-talk in different signal transduction pathways.

目的:探讨高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(high-risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)多重感染在宫颈鳞状细胞病变中的分布特点及临床意义,为宫颈病变的诊断、治疗以及预防性接种疫苗提供新的理论依据。方法:收集2011至2015年39331例女性患者的宫颈HPV分型检测、液基细胞学(liquid based cytology,LCT)检查及部分宫颈活检诊断结果,分析HR-HPV多重感染与宫颈鳞状细胞病变患者的临床病理特征的关系。结果:在39331例患者中,HR-HPV多重感染者768例,年龄为(38.10±10.28)岁,2重感染及3重感染主要集中在21~50岁,4重以上感染主要集中在21~40岁。应用卡方检验进一步分析可以发现,2重感染、3重感染和4重以上感染在各年龄组的分布存在差异(χ^2=23.80,P=0.008);卡方检验风险分析显示,人群中HR-HPV多重感染增加宫颈鳞状细胞学异常发病的风险(OR=1.32,P=0.01);Spearman等级相关分析显示HR-HPV多重感染与宫颈鳞状细胞病变级别呈正相关(P=0.01)。结论:HR-HPV多重感染增加了宫颈癌前病变的发生及癌变风险,在诊断、治疗和预防宫颈病变时,应重点参考HR-HPV的多重感染情况。

Gene expression of glutathione peroxidase 3 (ATGPX3) in response to osmotic stress was analyzed in Arabidopsis using ATGPX3 promoter-glucuronidase (GUS) transgenic plants. High levels of GUS ex- pression were detected under osmotic stress in ATGPX3 promoter-GUS transgenic plants. Compared with the wild type, the growth and development of ATGPX3 mutants (atgpx3-1) were more sensitive to mannitol. In addition, the expression of RD29A, ABI1, ABI2 and RbohD in atgpx3-1 was induced by ABA stress. These results suggest that ATGPX3 might be involved in the signal transduction of osmotic stress.

Dear editor,To maintain the confidentiality of the sensitive data, users tend to encrypt their data under an associated access policy(or attributes) before outsourcing them to the *** the traditional access control model via cryptographic approaches, e.g., ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(or CP-ABE), users are allowed to formulate access policies and let the encrypted data associated with access policies. Only authenticated users, whose own attributes matching their formulated access policies, have the privilege to recover the ciphertext. However, once the access policies are formulated, the authorized user cannot update it unless the user downloads and re-encrypts the file under the new access policy. Hence, to achieve dynamic access control, the model of ciphertext-policy attribute-based proxy re-encryption(or CP-AB-PRE) is adopted by integrating the proxy re-encryption(or PRE).

The delicate serpentine structures are widely used in high-performance stretchable electronics over the past *** metal interconnects encapsulated in biocompatible polymer Parylene-C film is a superior choice for long-term implantation in vivo,especially as neural interface to acquire electrophysiological signals or apply electrical *** avoid the physical contact damages from the neural tissues such as the brain or peripheral nerves,serpentine interconnects are utilized as stretchable electrodes and usually bonded to the soft elastomer *** adhesion strength between the serpentine interconnects and the elastomer substrate becomes a considerable issue to ensure reliability and structural *** this paper,the stretchable Parylene-C electrodes can be transfer printed onto arbitrary elastomer substrates by a thin layer of silicone rubber adhesive with low modulus for electrocorticogram(ECoG)*** simulation of serpentine structures consisting of same periodic arcs and different straight segments is investigated by uniaxial ***,the elastic stretchability of serpentine electrodes is further studied by simulation and *** 5000 repetitive stretching cycles,the electrochemical impedance of microelectrodes remains in steady *** results prove that the silicone rubber adhesive facilitates the interfacial bonding in the structure of stretchable electrodes as the compliant and reliable neural interface.

研究了2种功能轻集料(保温细集料和储热粗集料)在C55和C30大体积混凝土中的应用技术及其对水泥水化过程的影响,并测试了功能轻集料掺量对混凝土新拌性能、力学性能和峰值温度、升降温速率等的影响规律;提出了功能轻集料使用时宜采用半饱和状态、通过适当降低用水量来控制工作性能相近的应用技术.结果表明:保温细集料和储热粗集料均具有一定的早强作用和控温功能,且储热粗集料的效果更优;保温细集料对于混凝土凝结硬化速率影响不大,但储热粗集料因其相变储能作用,在早期可以起到原位自热养护的作用,明显加快凝结硬化速率.
