Mitochondriopathy inspired adenosine triphosphate(ATP) depletions have been recognized as a powerful way for controlling tumor growth. Nevertheless, selective sequestration or exhaustion of ATP under complex biological environments remains a prodigious challenge. Harnessing the advantages of in vivo self-assembled nanomaterials, we designed an Intracellular ATP Sequestration(IAS) system to specifically construct nanofibrous nanostructures on the surface of tumor nuclei with exposed ATP binding sites,leading to highly efficient suppression of bladder cancer by induction of mitochondriopathy-like ***, the reported transformable nucleopeptide(NLS-FF-T) self-assembled into nuclear-targeted nanoparticles with ATP binding sites encapsulated inside under aqueous conditions. By interaction with KPNA2, the NLS-FF-T transformed into a nanofibrous-based ATP trapper on the surface of tumor nuclei,which prevented the production of intracellular energy. As a result, multiple bladder tumor cell lines(T24,EJ and RT-112) revealed that the half-maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) of NLS-FF-T was reduced by approximately 4-fold when compared to NLS-T. Following intravenous administration, NLS-FF-T was found to be dose-dependently accumulated at the tumor site of T24 xenograft mice. More significantly, this IAS system exhibited an extremely antitumor efficacy according to the deterioration of T24 tumors and simultaneously prolonged the overall survival of T24 orthotopic xenograft mice. Together, our findings clearly demonstrated the therapeutic advantages of intracellular ATP sequestration-induced mitochondriopathy-like damages, which provides a potential treatment strategy for malignancies.

Micro-milling technology is widely applied in micro manufacturing,particularly for the fabrication of miniature and micro ***,the chatters and machining dynamics related issues in micro-milling are often the main challenges restricting its machining quality and *** research works have rendered that the machining dynamics and chatters in micro-milling are more complex compared with the conventional macro-milling process,likely because of the size effect and rigidity of the micro-milling system including the tooling,workpiece,process variables,materials involved,and the high-speed milling machines,and further their collective dynamic ***,in this paper,the state of the art focusing on micro-milling chatters and dynamics related issues over the past years are comprehensively and critically reviewed to provide some insights for potential researchers and ***,typical applications and the problems caused by the machining dynamics and chatters in micro-milling have been put forward in this ***,the research on the underlying micro-cutting mechanics and dynamics,stability analysis,chatters detection,and chatter suppression are summarized ***,the underlying scientific and technological challenges are discussed particularly against typical precision engineering ***,the possible future directions and trends in research and development of micro-milling have been discussed.

Amoxicillin,a widely used antibiotic in human and veterinary pharmaceuticals,is now considered as an“emerging contaminant”because it exists widespreadly in the environment and brings a series of adverse ***,systematic studies about the developmental toxicity of amoxicillin are still *** explored the potential effects of amoxicillin exposure on pregnancy outcomes,maternal/fetal serum phenotypes,and fetal multiple organ development in mice,at different doses(75,150,300 mg/(kg·day))during late-pregnancy,or at a dose of 300 mg/(kg·day)during different stages(mid-/latepregnancy)and courses(single-/multi-course).Results showed that prenatal amoxicillin exposure(PAmE)had no significant infuence on the body weights of dams,but it could inhibit the physical development and reduce the survival rate of fetuses,especially during the ***,PAmE altered multiple maternal/fetal serum phenotypes,especially in *** multi-organ function results showed that PAmE inhibited testicular/adrenal steroid synthesis,long bone/cartilage and hippocampal development,and enhanced ovarian steroid synthesis and hepatic glycogenesis/lipogenesis,and the order of severity might be gonad(testis,ovary)>liver>*** analysis found that PAmE-induced multiorgan developmental and functional alterations had differences in stages,courses and fetal gender,and the most obvious changes might be in high-dose,late-pregnancy and multicourse,but there was no typical rule of a dose-response *** conclusion,this study confirmed that PAmE could cause abnormal development and multi-organ function alterations,which deepens our understanding of the risk of PAmE and provides an experimental basis for further exploration of the long-term harm.

An anti-disturbance energy-aware control method is proposed for performing coverage task of RSVs. AZ31B magnesium alloys are commonly used in lightweight structures of automobile and aerospace *** this work,the ultrasonic-induced transient liquid phase bonding technique is deployed to joint AZ31B magnesium alloys at 490℃ with Ag interlayer in the *** effect of ultrasonic vibration on microstructure and mechanical properties of welding seam is *** vibration duration increases,the width of the welding seam increases firstly and then *** the ultrasound vibration sustained for one second,the eutectic reaction occurred in the contacting interface between Ag interlayer and the base metal AZ31B,resulting in formation of liquid phase and metallurgical *** the ultrasound vibration sustained for seven second,the width of the welding seam increased to a maximum of about 303.1μm and the average shear bond strength of the welding joint attained the peak value of about 66.87 *** the ultrasound vibration sustained over seven seconds,the liquid phase is gradually squeezed out and the width of the welding seam decreases.α-Mg and AgMg_(3) can be observed in the welding *** analysis shows thatα-Mg has a certain strengthening *** whole process of appearance,growth and integration ofα-Mg is analyzed.
