Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) ranks as the leading cause of cancer-related death in the world. Brain metastasis(BM) is a common complication of NSCLC, with 25%–40% of patients developing BM during the course of the disease. A significant strategy of local disease control in the central nervous system is radiation therapy. With the development of precision medicine,the concept of treating lung cancer BM has gradually changed. In this case, we performed a surgical procedure to obtain enough tumor tissue for the detection of the target gene and other related experiments after the patient was informed. Finally, we found that the patient had both hepatocyte growth factor receptor(MET) gene amplification and kinesin light chain 1-anaplastic lymphoma kinase fusion(KLC1-ALK) through next-generation sequencing and showed sensitivity to the targeted therapy of crizotinib. The patient exhibited good response. Our case was successful and underwent targeted therapy with the guidance of precise diagnosis.

Microsurgical Treatment of Meningiomas Invading the Sagittal or Transverse Sinuses

OBJECTIVE To analyze our management strategy and results of treating patients affected by meningiomas invading the sagittal or transverse sinuses.METHOOS Review of data from 35 patients with pathologically confirmed meningiomas（29 of the sagittal sinus and 6 of the transverse sinus） surgically treated between from July 1999 and June 2003, including clinical manifestations, mode of diagnosis and curative effect of microsurgery etc. For our surgical decision-making, meningiomas were classified into six types based on the degree of sinus involvement.RESULTS A Simpson＇s Grade Ⅰ resection was achieved in 27 cases （77.1%）, Grade Ⅱ in 6 （17.1%） and Grade Ⅲ in 2 （5.7%）. No patients died after the operations. The recurrence rate in the study overall was 2.9%, with a follow-up period from 3 to 6 years.CONCLUSION Application of microsurgical techniques, protection of the sinus, avoidance of damages to the cerebral cortex, veins of the central sulcus, as well as other veins from the tumor, are the major factors for increasing the rate of total resection, reducing complications and improving the quality of life for the patients with meningiomas invading the sagittal or transverse sinuses.

目的:鞍结节脑膜瘤常会因为压迫视神经导致视力丧失,手术治疗最重要目的是为了改善视力,视力恢复的程度也是衡量手术治疗效果的重要指标。本文重点分析显微外科手术治疗鞍结节脑膜瘤影响视力功能改善的相关因素。方法:回顾近10年来手术治疗的51例鞍结节脑膜瘤病例,这些患者均接受经翼点入路或经额下入路手术治疗。其中41例(80.4%)患者就诊时有视力障碍症状,男17例,女24例,平均42.4岁。症状中位持续时间为11个月。单眼视力障碍25例,双眼视力障碍16例,2例只有视野的缩小。通过MRI测量肿瘤的直径为0.6～5.4cm,无和轻度瘤周水肿26例,严重瘤周水肿15例。结果:手术全切率为80.4%。术前有视力障碍的术后30例(73.2%)改善,2例(4.9%)加重,9例(22%)无变化。术后其他并发症包括:尿崩症8例(均为术后一过性,术后1周内缓解),垂体功能低下2例,癫痫2例,下丘脑功能障碍1例,颅内感染1例。随访6～60个月。结论:标准的显微外科开颅术治疗鞍结节脑膜瘤,暴露充分,肿瘤全切率高且并发症少。分析发现以下因素不利于术后视力功能的改善:患者年龄大于60岁;视神经功能障碍超过1年;视神经功能障碍严重;瘤周水肿明显;肿瘤与脑组织间缺少明确的蛛网膜层面;肿瘤未能全切。

传统方法无法获得高精度的光纤入侵行为识别结果,为了提高光纤入侵行为识别精度,提出了基于信号处理技术的光纤入侵行为识别方法。首先采集光纤入侵行为的信号,并引入信号处理技术提取光纤入侵行为的特征向量,然后引入数据挖掘技术建立光纤入侵行为识别模型,最后与其他方法进行了光纤入侵行为识别仿真对比测试。结果表明,本方法的光纤入侵行为特征识别正确率,被维持在88%上下,产生的偏差最低保持在5.06%,提高了光纤入侵行为识别效率,具有较强的抗干扰能力。

为解决光网络由于传输速率快导致稳定性差、容易受到攻击的缺陷,提出基于随机优化策略的光网络攻击感知通信方法。通过弱光工作在均匀加宽工作物质时的稳态增益、强光情况时弱光增益、次强光在强光状态时增益三种状态分析光网络攻击感知通信情况,通过静默池策略有效优化光网络,光网络中各节点感知存在攻击者时,利用控制节点转发状态阻止攻击者获取通信数据,该策略可有效保证源节点与攻击者距离足够大,提升光网络安全性能。实验结果表明,采用该方法可有效抵抗光网络受到的耐心型与好奇型攻击时,阻塞率低,传输时延短,具有较高的通信性能。

针对当前实验在线教学仿真平台存在实时性差,工作效率低的缺陷,为了获得理想的实验在线教学仿真平台,设计了基于虚拟技术的实验在线教学仿真平台。首先对当前实验在线教学仿真平台研究现状进行分析,找到引起不同缺陷的原因;然后采用物联网搭建实验在线教学仿真平台硬件模块,并引入虚拟技术对实验在线教学仿真平台的软件模块进行详细设计;最后与其他实验在线教学仿真平台进行对比测试。测试结果表明,设计的实验在线教学仿真平台对用户响应时间短,具有更好的实时性,同时提升了实验在线教学效率,具有更高的实际应用价值。

为了改善光通信网络攻击检测结果,设计了大数据驱动的光通信网络攻击模式识别方法。首先分析光通信网络攻击原理,采集能描述光通信网络攻击行为类型的数据,然后采用数据驱动算法设计光通信网络攻击模式识别的分类器,通过分类器划分光通信网络攻击行为,最后与经典方法进行了光通信网络攻击模式识别对照实验,实验结果显示,大数据驱动方法能够有效克服光通信网络攻击模式识别过程的一些不足,光通信网络攻击模式识别正确率超过94%,光通信网络攻击模式识别的实时性好,能够在线有效拦截各种光通信网络攻击,具有十分广泛的应用前景。

A Deep Residual PLS for Data-Driven Quality Prediction Modeling in Industrial Process

Partial least squares(PLS)model is the most typical data-driven method for quality-related industrial tasks like soft ***,only linear relations are captured between the input and output data in the *** is difficult to obtain the remaining nonlinear information in the residual subspaces,which may deteriorate the prediction performance in complex industrial *** fully utilize data information in PLS residual subspaces,a deep residual PLS(DRPLS)framework is proposed for quality prediction in this *** by deep learning,DRPLS is designed by stacking a number of PLSs successively,in which the input residuals of the previous PLS are used as the layer *** enhance representation,nonlinear function is applied to the input residuals before using them for stacking highlevel *** each PLS,the output parts are just the output residuals from its previous ***,the output prediction is obtained by adding the results of each *** effectiveness of the proposed DRPLS is validated on an industrial hydrocracking process.
