Manipulating Crystal Growth and Secondary Phase PbI_(2)to Enable Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells with Natural Additives

In perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the inherent defects of perovskite film and the random distribution of excess lead iodide(PbI_(2))prevent the improvement of efficiency and stability.Herein,natural cellulose is used as the raw material to design a series of cellulose derivatives for perovskite crystallization engineering.The cationic cellulose derivative C-Im-CN with cyano-imidazolium(Im-CN)cation and chloride anion prominently promotes the crystallization process,grain growth,and directional orientation of perovskite.Meanwhile,excess PbI_(2)is transferred to the surface of perovskite grains or formed plate-like crystallites in local domains.These effects result in suppressing defect formation,decreasing grain boundaries,enhancing carrier extraction,inhibiting non-radiative recombination,and dramatically prolonging carrier lifetimes.Thus,the PSCs exhibit a high power conversion efficiency of 24.71%.Moreover,C-Im-CN has multiple interaction sites and polymer skeleton,so the unencapsulated PSCs maintain above 91.3%of their initial efficiencies after 3000 h of continuous operation in a conventional air atmosphere and have good stability under high humidity conditions.The utilization of biopolymers with excellent structure-designability to manage the perovskite opens a state-of-the-art avenue for manufacturing and improving PSCs.

Sustainable, thermoplastic and hydrophobic coating from natural cellulose and cinnamon to fabricate eco-friendly catering packaging

Non-degradable polymers cause serious environmental pollution problem,such as the widely-used while unrecyclable coatings which signiﬁcantly affect the overall degradation performance of products.It is imperative and attractive to develop biodegradable functional coatings.Herein,we proposed a novel strategy to successfully prepare biodegradable,thermoplastic and hydrophobic coatings with high transparence and biosafety by weakening the interchain interactions between cellulose chain.The natural cellulose and cinnamic acid were as raw materials.Via reducing the degree of polymerization(DP)of cellulose and regulating the degree of substitution(DS)of cinnamate moiety,the obtained cellulose cinnamate(CC)exhibited not only the thermalﬂow behavior but also good biodegradability,which solves the conﬂict between the thermoplasticity and biodegradability in cellulose-based materials.The glass transition temperature(T_(g))and thermalﬂow temperature(T_(f))of the CC could be adjusted in a range of 150–200℃ and 180–210℃,respectively.The CC with DS<1.2 and DP≤100 degraded more than 60%after an enzyme treatment for 7 days,and degraded more than 80%after a composting treatment for 42 days.Furthermore,CC had no toxicity to human epidermal cells even at a high concentration(0.5 mg mL^(-1)).In addition,CC could be easily fabricated into multifunctional coating with high hydrophobicity,thermal adhesion and high transparence.Therefore,after combining with cellophane and paperboard,CC coating with low DP and DS could be used to prepare fully-biodegradable heat-sealing packaging,art paper,paper cups,paper straws and food packaging boxes.

Eco-friendly fractionation of natural straws:sustainable ultralong room-temperature phosphorescence and super anti-ultraviolet materials

We demonstrate a new green solvent consisting of ionic liquid and polyol to achieve a selective fractionation of lignin from biomass.The lignin from corn straw is rich in syringyl unit and phenolic hydroxyl group,resulting in excellent room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP)performance,antioxidation property and long-term photostability.Flexible film,fiber,aerogel and coatings with an ultralong RTP lifetime of 0.654 s are obtained.The lignin from corn straw completely blocks UV light of290–400 nm at an extremely low usage due to many p-coumarate units.When the content is as low as 1.54 mg/g,which is two orders of magnitude lower than the previous reports,the corresponding sunscreen cream has a super-high sun protection factor(SPF)of 183.9.More importantly,the lignin self-assembles into nanospheres of 250–350 nm,preventing penetration into the skin.Such easily-available,abundant,low-cost,safe and natural lignin provides an innovative avenue for sustainable optical function materials.

Stimuli-Responsive Organic Ultralong Phosphorescent Materials with Complete Biodegradability for Sustainable Information Encryption

Constructingeco-friendlystimuli-responsivephosphorescence materials remains challenging and fascinating.Herein,we use natural cellulose as the rawmaterial to prepare pH-responsive room-temperature phosphorescent(RTP)materials with excellent biodegradability by introducing anionic structures.The introduction of a phenylcarboxylate substituent not only promotes intersystem crossing but also brings about electrostatic-attractive and strong hydrogenbonding interactions,which enhance the intermolecular chain interactions.Therefore,the obtained anionic cellulose derivatives containing phenylcarboxylate groups exhibit ultra-long RTP.More intriguingly,these cellulose-based phosphorescent materials have a distinctive pH-responsive behavior.Under acidic conditions,the carboxylate is converted into the carboxylic acid,resulting in phosphorescence quenching.This process is reversible.Moreover,the obtained cellulosebased phosphorescent materials have excellent processability and can be easily processed into various material forms,such as film,coating,and pattern,by using eco-friendly aqueous solution processing strategies.Such proof-of-concept biomass-based phosphorescent materials with unique pH-responsive behavior and excellent processability have a huge potential in information encryption,advanced anti-counterfeiting,and food monitoring.

Cellulose-Based Ultralong Room-Temperature Phosphorescence Nanomaterials with Tunable Color and High Quantum Yield via Nano-Surface Confining Effect

How to achieve multicolor organic room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP)is still challenging and striking.Herein,we discovered a new principle to construct eco-friendly color-tunable RTP nanomaterials based on the nano-surface confining effect.Cellulose nanocrystal(CNC)immobilized cellulose derivatives(CX)containing aromatic substituents via hydrogen-bonding interactions,which effectively inhibit the motion of cellulose chains and luminescent groups to suppress the nonradiative transitions.Meanwhile,CNC with a strong hydrogen-bonding network can isolate oxygen.CX with different aromatic substituents regulate the phosphorescent emission.After mixing CNC and CX directly,a series of polychromatic ultralong RTP nanomaterials were obtained.The RTP emission of the resultant CX@CNC can be finely adjusted through the introduction of various CX and the regulation of the CX/CNC ratio.Such a universal,facile,and effective strategy can be used to fabricate various colorful RTP materials with wide color gamut.Because of the complete biodegradability of cellulose,the multicolor phosphorescent CX@CNC nanomaterials can be used as eco-friendly security inks to fabricate disposable anticounterfeiting labels and information-storage patterns via conventional printing and writing processes.

Intraductal papillomas(IDPs),including central papilloma and peripheral papilloma,are common in the female population.Due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations of IDPs,it is easy to misdiagnose or miss diagnose.The difficulty of dif-ferential diagnosis using imaging techniques also contributes to these conditions.Histopathology is the gold standard for the diagnosis of IDPs while the possibility of under sample exists in the percutaneous biopsy.There have been some debates about how to treat asymptomatic IDPs without atypia diagnosed on core needle biopsy(CNB),especially when the upgrade rate to carcinoma is considered.This article concludes that further surgery is recommended for IDPs without atypia diagnosed on CNB who have high-risk factors,while appropriate imaging follow-up may be suitable for those without risk factors.

为妥善处理生活垃圾焚烧产物(焚烧飞灰和焚烧底渣),从固体废弃物协同利用的角度出发,探究焚烧飞灰与焚烧底渣替代部分水泥应用于矿山充填领域的可行性。将生活垃圾的焚烧飞灰与焚烧底渣混合制备充填体,对养护龄期为3,7,28 d的充填体开展单轴抗压强度测试,基于混料试验设计建立抗压强度回归模型,结合响应面法分析不同掺量的焚烧飞灰和焚烧底渣对充填体力学性能的影响规律,并得出掺量最优配比。研究结果表明:当焚烧飞灰为35.3%、焚烧底渣为40.4%、水泥为24.3%,质量浓度为70%时,充填体的力学性能指标达到最优。掺入适量的焚烧飞灰和焚烧底渣可以延长水化反应过程,显著提高胶凝体系的水化反应程度,根据XRD测试和SEM观测得出,主要水化产物为水化硅酸钙和钙矾石,使充填体内部形成致密网状结构,进而提高充填体力学性能。

A low-firing melilite ceramic Ba2CuGe207 and compositional modulation on microwave dielectric properties through Mg substitution

A melilite Ba2CuGe2O7 ceramic was characterized by low sintering temperature and moderate microwave dielectric properties.Sintered at 960℃,the Ba2CuGe2O7 ceramic had a high relative density 97%,a low relative permittivity(εr)9.43,a quality factor(Q×f)of 20,000 GHz,and a temperature coefficient of resonance frequency(τf)-76 ppm/℃.To get a deep understanding of the relationship between composition,structure,and dielectric performances,magnesium substitution for copper in Ba2CuGe2O7 was conducted.Influences of magnesium doping on the sintering behavior,crystal structure,and microwave dielectric properties were studied.Mg doping in Ba2CuGe2O7 caused negligible changes in the macroscopic crystal structure,grain morphology,and size distribution,while induced visible variation in the local structure as revealed by Raman analysis.Microwave dielectric properties exhibit a remarkable dependence on composition.On increasing the magnesium content,the relative permittivity featured a continuous decrease,while both the quality factor and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency increased monotonously.Such variations in dielectric performances were clarified in terms of the polarizability,packing fraction,and band valence theory.

慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统常见疾病,随着中国人口老龄化进程的不断推进,老年患者的患病人数也在逐年上升,针对CAG的治疗,中医药具有独特的优势。查安生提出,老年患者阴常不足,再因肝郁、湿热、血瘀等,致使胃阴耗伤。胃阴者,胃之津液也,乃胃腑之根本,胃之受纳腐熟必依赖于胃阴的濡养,胃阴日久不复,胃体失养,通降不能,发为萎缩。在治疗上查师提出以甘凉濡润之药,补胃阴之不足,使胃络得养,再配以疏肝泄热、化湿清热、活血和络等法,荡涤胃腑邪气,阴复则胃得养,邪去则胃体安,最终使通降恢复,萎缩复原。
