This study is focused on the effect of boron addition, in the range of 0.0007wt% to 0.03wt%, on the microstructure and stress-rupture properties of a directionally solidified superalloy. With increasing boron content in the as-cast alloys, there is an increase in the fraction of the γ′/γ eutectic and block borides precipitate around the γ′/γ eutectic. At a high boron content of 0.03wt%, there is precipitation of lamellar borides. Upon heat treatment, fine block borides tend to precipitate at grain boundaries with increasing boron content. Overall, the rupture life of the directionally solidified superalloy is significantly improved with the addition of nominal content of boron. However, the rupture life decreases when the boron content exceeds 0.03wt%.

Metal-insulator-semiconductor back contact has been employed for a perovskite organic lead iodide heterojunction solar cell,in which an ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3) film as an insulating layer was deposited onto the CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3) by atomic layer deposition *** light-to-electricity conversion efficiency of the devices is significantly enhanced from 3.30%to 5.07%.Further the impedance spectrum reveals that this insulating layer sustains part of the positive bias applied in the absorber region close to the back contact and decreases the carrier transport barrier,thus promoting transportation of carriers.

The purposes of this research were to study the stable expression of exogenous gene encoding therapeutic protein in attenuated Salmonella typhimurium, observe the metabolism of oral gene vaccine carried by attenuated Salmonella typhimurium in BALB/c mouse, and investigate the feasibility of prevention and treatment of tumors by the recombinant bacteria. Recombinant plasmid pcDNA3.1+ VEGFR2(n1-7) was transformed into competent attenuated Salmonella typhimurium SL3261 to develop oral DNA vaccine SL3261-pcDNA3.1+VEGFR2(n1-7). To observe whether the exogenous gene can be expressed in the recombinant bacteria, PCR was performed to amplify the CMV promoter of the eukaryotic expression vector as the proof of stable expression of exogenous protein; transmission elec- tron microscopy (TEM) was applied to observe the morphology of the recombinant bacteria to confirm that the exogenous gene has no impact on the growth of the bacteria, and then BALB/c mice were immunized with the gene vaccine. After inoculation of the gene vaccine, the recombinant bacteria SL3261 could be detected in the tissues such as small intestine, colon, liver and spleen. And then, mice in each group were challenged with tumor cells. The results of animal experiment showed that tumor growth of the mice in experimental group was inhibited and survival time of immunized mice was prolonged compared with control groups. A higher lymphocyte infiltration in tumors from animals treated with DNA vaccine was observed. Immunohistochemical analysis of tumor samples revealed an en- hanced accumulation of CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes, as well as an increase in CD4+ cells in the tumors of animals treated with the oral gene vaccine compared to tumors from control group mice. Ultrastructure of the tumor tissue showed that tumor cells in the samples of the immunized mice were well-differentiated. Shell structure can help us understand the transport properties of the network clearly, and also identify the influential spreaders in complex networks. The robustness of networks suffering shell attacks is a topic of great interest since it is an important issue affecting many real-world networks. We study the robustness of two coupled network systems under shell attack,where multiple support-dependence relations are randomly built between nodes of networks. By using the general function of the degree distribution and taking Erdos-Renyi（ER） networks as an example, we numerically and analytically study the system robustness under shell attack to find the percolation threshold RA c. AS we remain the mean degree of networks k（ k = k A = k B）unchanged, let thek（ a supplort degree of a node in one network,k =k A =k B） decrease, RA cdecreases too and the robustness of networks is reinforced. By exchanging the positions of k andk, we can get the similar conclusion. The results suggest that the robustness of the networks with multiple support-dependence links under shell attack relies not only on connectivity links of networks but also on support links.

Effect of Tooth Profile Modification on Vibration of Power Split Gear Transmission System

A modular approach of the estimation-based design in the adaptive linear control systems has been extended to the adaptive robust control of strict-feedback stochastic nonlinear systems with additive standard Wiener noises and constant unknown parameters. Using Ito?c differentiation rule, nonlinear damping and adaptive Backstepping procedure, the disturbance-to-state stable controller of global stabilization in probability is developed which guarantees system states are bounded and has a robust stabilization. According to Swapping technique, we develop two filters and convert dynamic parametric models into static ones to which the gradient update law is designed. Transient performance of the system is estimated by bounds for the error. Results of simulation show the effectiveness of the control algorithms. The hierarchy of modular design technique is concise, and the modular design is more flexible and versatile than a Lyapunov-based algorithm.

Based on Newton ' s second law,the bend-torsion-shaft coupling nonlinear dynamic model and equations of power split gear transmission system are *** to the principle of tooth profile modification,the tooth profile modification is considered as time-varying gear backlash function acting along the line of *** the dynamic functions are solved by using Runge-Kutta numerical *** analyzing the effect of tooth profile modification quantity( TPMQ) and relative tooth profile modification length( TPML) to the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of power split gear transmission,the following conclusions are drawn:1 The TPMQ of a certain stage transmission affects the vibration of its own stage more significantly than the other stage,and the coupling effect between two stages can be ignored usually in the modification design;2 If the first stage TPMLs are less than 0.3,the influence of the first stage TPMLs to the first stage transmission vibration is much more greatly than the influence of the second stage TPMLs to the first stage transmission vibration,or else both the first and second stage TPMLs affect the first stage transmission vibration *** same is true for the second stage TPMLs,and the cutoff value is 0.2;3 The TPMQ affects the vibration of power split gear transmission system more principally than the TPML,and should be top-priority in the modification design.
