Better use of experience from other reservoirs for accurate production forecasting by learn-to-learn method

To assess whether a development strategy will be profitable enough,production forecasting is a crucial and difficult step in the *** development history of other reservoirs in the same class tends to be studied to make predictions ***,the permeability field,well patterns,and development regime must all be similar for two reservoirs to be considered in the same *** results in very few available experiences from other reservoirs even though there is a lot of historical information on numerous reservoirs because it is difficult to find such similar *** paper proposes a learn-to-learn method,which can better utilize a vast amount of historical data from various ***,the proposed method first learns how to learn samples before directly learning rules in ***,by utilizing gradients from networks with independent parameters and copied structure in each class of reservoirs,the proposed network obtains the optimal shared initial parameters which are regarded as transferable information across different *** on that,the network is able to predict future production indices for the target reservoir by only training with very limited samples collected from reservoirs in the same *** cases further demonstrate its superiority in accuracy to other widely-used network methods.

Mechanical properties of tungsten heavy alloy and damage behaviors after hypervelocity impact

93W-4.5Ni-l.5Fe-lCo （W） was prepared by powder metallurgic method, and then dynamic mechanical properties of this material were tested at high temperature by means of high-temperature split Hopkinson pressure bar （SHPB）. The results show that the material possesses high- dynamic mechanical properties, significant temperature effects, and strain hardening behaviors. Used two-stage light gas gun, the penetration test of 93W projectile was finished. After the completion of the test, through the microstructure observation of the residual 93W projectiles with the aid of scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, it can be found that there are obvious signs of hot melt existing on the surface of the projectile, a lot of adiabatic shear bands inside the projectile, and microcracks exist at the end of adiabatic shear bands. The test results show that adiabatic shear is the main form to cause the projectile failure and it is the emergence of the adiabatic shearing phenomenon that makes 93W display good self-sharpening property in the process of hypervelocity penetration. At the same time, the results of TEM observation show that there are high- density dislocations at the interface between W and Ni-Fe- Co-based alloy inside the 93W.

Damage behavior of tungsten fiber-reinforced copper matrix composite after high-speed impact

Wf/Cu82Al10Fe4Ni4composite was fabricated by means of infiltration casting. By the microstructure observation of the composite with the aid of scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, it can be found that there are（Fe, Ni）,AlFe, Al3 Ni, and Cu3 Al precipitated phases existing in the matrix alloy. By two-stage light gas gun, Wf/Cu82Al10-Fe4Ni4composite hypervelocity projectile into concrete target test with the speed of 2.2 kmás-1is finished. By microstructure observation, it can be found that the failure mode of Wf/Cu82Al10Fe4Ni4composite projectile during penetration is the rapid peeling of tungsten fibers from the projectile, which makes the projectile display good selfsharpening property. Meanwhile, it can be found that microstructure morphology change of Wf/Cu82Al10Fe4Ni4composite occurs after hypervelocity impact. The density of dislocations around the large-dimensional（Fe, Ni）,AlFe, Al3 Ni, and Cu3 Al precipitated phases in the matrix alloy rises sharply. At the same time, there are largedimensional deformed twins existing in local regions and stacking faults existing inside the twins.

Electrophoretic deposition of Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrO_(2) layer with controllable thickness in ethanol medium

ZrO_(2) toughened Al_(2)O_(3)(Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrO_(2))ceramic layers with required thickness were prepared by electrophoretic deposition(EPD)method using ethanol suspensions with stabilizing agent of polyethyleneimine(PEI)under constant-voltage mode in this *** deposition of Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrO_(2) ceramic powders occurred on the titanium alloy cathode.A stable suspension with 1wt% PEI in ethanol at pH 5 was prepared in terms of the zeta potential and sedimentation of the *** effects of the suspension concentration,applied voltage,deposition time and processing method of titanium alloy cathode on the coating thickness and morphology were *** deposition layers on titanium alloys with smooth surfaces and thickness of 0.35–1.2 mm could be obtained by adjusting the aforementioned *** addition,after being sintered at 1500℃ for 3 h in air atmosphere,ZrO_(2) toughened Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic layers became smooth and dense.

Changes in arterial blood pressure induced by passive leg raising predict hypotension during the induction of sedation in critically ill patients without severe cardiac dysfunction

Background Hypotension due to the induction of sedation with dexmedetomidine infusion may be harmful in critically ill patients. Changes in pulse pressure induced by the passive leg raising test （PLR-APP） as marker of fluid responsiveness, assessed prior to sedation, may predict hemodynamic changes. The present study was to investigate the power of the PLR test in critically ill patients in predicting hypotension induced by the induction of dexmedetomidine sedation. Methods Fluid responsiveness was estimated by a passive leg raising （PLR） test before dexmedetomidine sedation. Patients were assigned to either the ＂Nonresponders＂ or ＂Responders＂ group according to their hemodynamic responses to the PLR test （＂Nonresponders＂, PLR-APP 〈10.3%; ＂Responders＂, PLR-APP 〉10.3%）. Sedation was performed with a dexmedetomidine infusion （0.5 pg/kg over a 10-minute loading period, then 0.2-0.7 ***-l.h1） and titrated to maintain the target Richmond agitation sedation scale （RASS） score in the range of -2 to -1 and the bispectral index value in the range of 60 to 75. Radial artery pulse pressure, heart rate （HR）, and central venous pressure （CVP） were measured at each phase of the study procedure. Hemodynamic fluctuations during the use of dexmedetomidine sedation were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results Fifty patients had a median （25%-75% interquartile range） of 71 （61-78） years old were studied. At baseline, 39 of the 50 patients were ＂Nonresponders＂ and 11 were ＂Responders＂. Following dexmedetomidine sedation, patients classified as ＂Responders＂ had a significantly greater systolic blood pressure decrease during the induction of dexmedetomidine sedation than the ＂Nonresponders＂（（-26.3 ＋ 6.8）% vs. （-11.8 ＋ 8.5）%, P 〈0.001）. In addition, the ＂Responders＂ group required significantly more fluid boluses （8 vs. 3; P 〈0.001） and vasopressors （2 vs. 0; P 〈0.05） than the ＂Nonresponders＂ group to restore blood pressure. Correlation between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase gene C677T polymorphism and preeclampsia in pregnant women

Objective: To study the correlation between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene C677T polymorphism and preeclampsia in pregnant women. Methods: Pregnant women who were diagnosed with preeclampsia in Jianshi People's Hospital between July 2014 and March 2017 were selected as the PE group of the research, and healthy pregnant women who received antenatal care and gave birth in Jianshi People's Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group of the research. The MTHFR gene C677T polymorphism in peripheral blood, the contents of homocysteine (Hcy) metabolism indexes and the expression of apoptosis genes and invasion genes were determined. Results: The proportion of MTHFR gene C677T locus TT genotype in peripheral blood of PE group was significantly higher than that of control group while the proportion of CT and CC genotypes were significantly lower than those of control group;Hcy levels in serum and placenta as well as FasL, Caspase-8, Bax, Caspase-9 and Caspase-3 mRNA expression in placenta of PE women with TT genotype were significantly higher than those of PE women with CT genotype and CC genotype while folic acid levels in serum and placenta as well as Notch-1, N-cadherin, Vimentin, CatL and CatB mRNA expression in placenta were significantly lower than those of PE women with CT genotype and CC genotype. Conclusion: MTHFR gene C677T locus mutation can participate in the occurrence of preeclampsia by affecting the Hcy metabolism as well as the expression of apoptosis genes and invasion genes.

The SARG04 quantum key distribution protocol can offer greater robustness against photon number splitting attacks than the BB84 protocol that is implemented with weak *** this paper,we propose a tight key analysis for the SARG04 protocol,by considering the one-decoy method and investigating its performance under the influence of a detector *** results demonstrate that an increase in block size leads to a slight increase in both the secure key rate and the maximum transmission ***,the detector afterpulse plays a crucial role in practical applications and has a more pronounced effect on the SARG04 protocol compared to the BB84 protocol.
