Photodetection has attracted significant attention for information *** the implementation relies primarily on the photonic detectors,they are predominantly constrained by the intrinsic bandgap of active *** the other hand,photothermoelectric(PTE)detectors have garnered substantial research interest for their promising capabilities in broadband detection,owing to the self-driven photovoltages induced by the temperature *** get higher performances,it is crucial to localize light and heat energies for efficient ***,there is limited research on the energy conversion in PTE detectors at micro/nano *** this study,we have achieved a twoorder-of-magnitude enhancement in photovoltage responsivity in the self-rolled tubular tellurium(Te)photodetector with PTE *** illumination,the tubular device demonstrates a maximum photovoltage responsivity of 252.13 VW^(-1)and a large detectivity of 1.48×10^(11)*** disclose the mechanism of the PTE conversion in the tubular structure with the assistance of theoretical *** addition,the device exhibits excellent performances in wide-angle and polarization-dependent *** work presents an approach to remarkably improve the performance of photodetector by concentrating light and corresponding heat generated,and the proposed self-rolled devices thus hold remarkable promises for next-generation on-chip photodetection.

Post-disaster reconstruction is a topic of global concern,and traditional villages have special heritage attributes and need to face more requirements and obstacles in post-disaster *** paper summarizes four concepts based on the research on post-disaster reconstruction both domestically and internationally,as well as the recovery and reconstruction of cultural *** a field survey of traditional villages in the Ms 6.8 Luding earthquake-stricken area,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient awareness of heritage value,misalignment of scientific reconstruction technology,and insufficient protection of reconstruction elements during the reconstruction *** villages face the risk of declining or even loss of heritage *** order to effectively protect traditional villages and inherit the carrier of regional culture,four targeted reconstruction response strategies are proposed,i.e.,to"establish special planning for traditional village preservation","emphasize recovery of the authenticity of village heritage","ensure elements for village heritage recovery"and"promote the activation and utilization of village heritage",based on the problems discovered during the survey and the four concepts summarized in the research on post-disaster reconstruction of traditional *** research results hope to provide useful reference for ancient cultural areas affected by earthquakes on how to protect cultural heritage during the post-disaster reconstruction process.

Restenosis is a common complication following coronary *** traditional use of seaweeds for health benefits has increasingly been explored,however few studies exist reporting its protective effects on the development of restenosis and gut *** aim of this study was to investigate the potential of seaweed extracts(SE) of Ascophyllum nodosum and Fucus vesiculosus in inhibiting intimal hyperplasia in a rat model of restenosis and its underlying mechanisms in macrophages and vascular smooth muscle cells(vSMCs).16S rRNA sequencing was done to investigate the regulatory effect of SE on the gut microbiome of injured *** indicated by the results,SE significantly inhibited the progression of intimal hyperplasia in vivo,attenuated inflammation in macrophages and could inhibit the proliferation,dedifferentiation and migration of *** was observed through immunoblotting assays that treatment with SE significantly upregulated PTEN expression in macrophages and inhibited the upregulation of PI3K and AKT expression in ***,according to the 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis,supplementation with SE modulated gut microbiota composition in injured *** conclusion,SE could ameliorate intimal hyperplasia by inhibiting inflammation and vSMCs proliferation through the regulation of the PTEN/PI3K/AKT pathway and modulating the gut microbiome.

Molecular mechanism for the unusual enhancement of the second-step chemiluminescence production from the carcinogenic tetrabromohydroquinone and H2O_(2)

We have found recently that two-step intrinsic hydroxyl radical(·OH)-dependent chemiluminescence(CL)could be produced by carcinogenic tetrahaloquinone and H_(2)O_(2).However,the first-step CL was too fast to clearly detect the stepwise generation of·OH and CL,and to distinguish the exact dividing point between the first-step and second-step *** we found that,extremely clear two-step intrinsic CL could be produced by the relative slow reaction of tetrabromohydroquinone(TBHQ)with H_(2)O_(2),which was directly dependent on the two-step·OH ***,the second-step,but not the first-step CL production of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)(CRET donor)was markedly enhanced by fluorescein(a typical xanthene dye,CRET acceptor)through a unique chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET)*** novel CRET system of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)/fluorescein was successfully applied for the sensitive detection of TBHQ with the detection limit as low as 2.5μmol/*** findings will help to develop more sensitive and highly efficient CL or CRET systems and specific CL sensor to detect the carcinogenic haloquinones,which may have broad environmental applications.

Effect of Acupuncture on Endometrial Blood Flow in Women Undergoing in vitro Fertilization Embryo Transfer: A Single Blind, Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective: To evaluate the effect of manual acupuncture on endometrial blood flow parameters by three-dimensional(3D) power Doppler ultrasound in women undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods: Seventy patients undergoing IVF-ET were equally randomized into traditional or sham acupuncture treatment group for totally 4 days(from the day of oocyte aspiration to the day of embryo transfer) of treatment by random envelope method at the Reproductive Medicine Center and Outpatient Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medicine College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2013 to December 2015. Patients in the traditional acupuncture group accepted traditional acupuncture methods with manual acupuncture, and Zhongji(CV3), Qihai(CV 6), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Taichong(LR 3), Tianshu(ST 25), Guilai(ST 29) and Zusanli(ST 36) were chosen. Patients at the sham acupuncture group accepted shallow acupuncture methods at 4 non-meridian points at each shoulder and upper arm. Outcome measures included endometrial ultrasonic indices such as vascularization index(VI), flow index(FI) and vascularization flow index(VFI), endometrial thickness and volume, subendometrial VI(sVI), subendometrial FI(sFI), subendometrial VFI(sVFI), implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate, live birth rate and number of live births. Results: Finally, 34 patients in the traditional acupuncture group and 35 in the sham acupuncture group completed this trial. VI, FI and VFI of the traditional acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the sham acupuncture group(P0.05). Passive daytime radiative cooling(PDRC)is an innovative and sustainable cooling technology that holds immense potential for addressing the energy *** the numerous reports on radiative coolers,the design of a straightforward,efficient,and readily producible system remains a ***,we present the development of a hierarchical aligned porous poly(vinylidene fluoride)(HAP-PVDF)film through a freeze-thaw-promoted nonsolvent-induced phase separation *** film features oriented microporous arrays in conjunction with random nanopores,enabling efficient radiative cooling performance under direct sunlight *** incorporation of both micro-and nano-pores in the HAP-PVDF film results in a remarkable solar reflectance of 97%and a sufficiently high infrared thermal emissivity of 96%,facilitating sub-environmental cooling at 18.3℃ on sunny days and 13.1℃ on cloudy ***,the HAP-PVDF film also exhibits exceptional flexibility and *** calculations further confirm a radiative cooling power of 94.8 W·m^(-2)under a solar intensity of 1000W·m^(-2),demonstrating a performance comparable to the majority of reported radiative coolers.

Recovering rare earths,lithium and fluorine from rare earth molten salt electrolytic slag using sub-molten salt method

Viewing the problem of high ene rgy consumption in the process of recovering rare earths from rare earth molten salt electrolysis slag,an environmentally friendly and low carbon process by sub-molten salt decomposition was *** thermodynamic analysis of sub-molten salt reaction indicates that the recovery of rare earths from the slag using sub-molten salt medium is thermodynamically *** this process,the rare earth fluoride and lithium in the slag are almost transformed into rare earth hydroxide,sodium fluoride and lithium hydroxide,fluorine and lithium are transferred into the washing solution,and the rare earths in the residues can be leached into solution by acid *** the optimum reaction conditions of reaction temperature 200℃,reaction time 3 h,NaOH initial concentration 80%,NaOH-Slag mass ratio 3:1,the leaching efficiency of rare earths,fluorine and lithium can reach to 99.05%,98.23% and 99.22%.After evaporation,the fluorine and lithium in the washing solution can be obtained in the forms of sodium fluoride and lithium fluoride,the recovery efficiency reach 95.5%and 92.8%,*** RE oxides(99.53%) can be obtained from the leaching solution after precipitation and roasting.

Radical involved reactive wetting and retarding mechanism of alumina refractory ceramic by molten slags under weak static magnetic field

In 2022,Yellow Sea green tide caused by Ulva prolifera reached a historic minimum and the coastal areas of Shandong Peninsula were less ***,the largest amount of seaweed biomass has been washed ashore on Lianyungang and Rizhao coasts since *** studied the development pattern of Yellow Sea green tide in 2022,and analyzed the key environmental factors on the growth and drifting,then discussed the possible reasons that resulted in the massive stranding of green tide biomass in Lianyungang and *** show under the combined influence of the east to southeast winds and currents with shoreward anomalies,green tide drifted to the coastal waters between Shandong and Jiangsu provinces and the distribution areas located westward compared with previous years(2008–2021).Floating *** rafts from the coastal waters of Binhai and Sheyang drifted continuously into the coastal waters of Lianyungang and Rizhao,providing important supplements for Yellow Sea green *** green tide in 2022 distributed close to the coastal waters,the abundant nutrients might support their continuous high growth *** addition,the amount of rainfall around Shandong Peninsula from late June to early July were significantly higher than in previous years,which might promote the development of green tide to some extent.
