Objective Hydroquinone(HQ),one of the phenolic metabolites of benzene,is widely recognized as an important participant in benzene-induced ***,there are few relevant proteomics in HQ-induced hematotoxicity and the mechanism hasn’t been fully understood *** In this study,we treated K562.cells with 40μmol/L HQ for 72.h,examined and validated protein expression changes by Label-free proteomic analysis and Parallel reaction monitoring(PRM),and performed bioinformatics analysis to identify interaction *** One hundred and eighty-seven upregulated differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)and 2.9 downregulated DEPs were identified in HQ-exposed K562.cells,which were involved in neutrophilmediated immunity,blood microparticle,and other GO terms,as well as the lysosome,metabolic,cell cycle,and cellular senescence-related *** on the 2. DEGs and 5 DEPs in erythroid differentiation-related pathways,we constructed the network of protein interactions and determined 6 DEPs(STAT1,STAT3,CASP3,KIT,STAT5B,and VEGFA)as main hub proteins with the most interactions,among which STATs made a central impact and may be potential biomarkers of HQ-induced *** Our work reinforced the use of proteomics and bioinformatic approaches to advance knowledge on molecular mechanisms of HQ-induced hematotoxicity at the protein level and provide a valuable basis for further clarification.

Perforation is a pivotal technique employed to establish main flow channels within the reservoir formation at the outset of hydraulic fracturing *** perforation designs is critical for augmenting the efficacy of hydraulic fracturing and boosting oil or gas *** this study,we employ a hybrid finite-discrete element method,known as the continuous–discontinuous element method(CDEM),to simulate the initiation of post-perforation hydraulic fractures and to derive enhanced design *** model incorporates the four most prevalent perforation geometries,as delineated in an engineering technical ***-world perforations deviate from the ideal cylindrical shape,exhibiting variable cross-sectional profiles that typically manifest as an initial constriction followed by an expansion,a feature consistent across all four perforation *** simulations take into account variations in perforation hole geometries,cross-sectional diameters,and perforation *** findings show that perforations generated by the 39g DP3 HMX perforating bullet yield the lowest breakdown pressure,which inversely correlates with increases in sectional diameter and perforation ***,this study reveals the relationship between breakdown pressure and fracture degree,providing valuable insights for engineers and designers to refine perforation strategies.

Combination immunotherapy has shown promising potential for enhancing the objective response rate compared to immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)***,combination therapy with multi-drugs is limited by the different properties of the agents and inconsistent synergistic targeted ***,based on a universal triterpene template and the anticancer active agent ursolic acid(UA),a cytomembrane-coated biomimetic delivery nanoplatform(UR@M)prepared by the selfassembly of a PD-L1 targeted CRISPR/Cas9 system and UA was designed for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)***@M showed enhanced tumor accumulation in vivo with homologous tumor targeting,and CRISPR in the nanosystem exhibited potent gene-editing efficiency of 76.53% in vitro and 62.42. in vivo with no off-target *** activated the natural immune system through the TLR-2.MyD88-TRAF6 pathway,which synergistically enhanced the proliferation of natural killer cells and dendritic cells and realized excellent immune cytotoxic T cell infiltration by combining with the ICB of *** strategy of work along both lines based on innate immune and adaptive immunity displayed a significant effect in tumor ***,the UA-templated strategy“killed three birds with one stone”by establishing a self-assembly nanosystem,inducing tumor cell death,and promoting synergistic immunostimulation for HCC treatment.

Lattice metamaterials based on three-period minimum surface(TPMS)are an effective means to achieve lightweight and high-strength materials which are widely used in various fields such as aerospace and ***,its vibration and noise reduction,and damping properties have not been fully ***,in this study,the TPMS structures with parameterization were designed by the method of surface migration,and the TPMS structures with high forming quality was manufactured by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristics of the beam and TPMS structures were studied and compared by quasi-static *** modal shapes of the beam lattice structures and TPMS structures were obtained by the free modal analysis,and the damping properties of two structures were obtained by modal *** the two structures after heat treatment with the same porosity of 70%,the yield strength of the beam lattice structure reaches 40.76 MPa,elastic modulus is 2..38 GPa,the energy absorption value is 32.2. MJ·m^(-3),the damping ratio is 0.52..The yield strength,elastic modulus,energy absorption value,and damping ratio of the TPMS structure are 50.74 MPa,2..37 GPa,47.34 MJ·m^(-3),and 0.99%,*** results show that TPMS structures exhibit more excellent mechanical properties and energy absorption,better damping performance,and obvious advantages in structural load and vibration and noise reduction compared with the beam lattice structures under the same porosity.

Nature provides a wealth of bio-inspiration for advanced material *** various nanomaterials into biomimetic microtextures with bioinspired functionalities has spurred increasing research interests and facilitated technological advances in various *** recent years,two-dimensional materials(2.Ms)have emerged as important building block units in the biomimicry field due to their distinct chemical,physical,electrical,electrochemical,and catalytic *** this review article,various mechanically driven assembly approaches are summarized to fabricate various genealogies of biomimetic 2.M microtextures with bio-inspired ***,sequential deformation strategies are discussed to programmably construct higher dimensional 2.M microtextures,ranging from wrinkles/crumples(one-time deformation)to multiscale hierarchies(multiple deformations).Next,the current progress using higher dimensional 2.M microtextures to imitate different biological structures and/or induce bio-inspired multifunctionality is systematically *** showcases of bio-inspiration and biomimicry using different 2.M nanosheets are highlighted:(1)wrinkle patterns of an earthworm that spur the design of strain sensors with programmable working ranges and sensitivities,(2.wrinkle appearance of a Shar-Pei dog that motivates the fabrication of stretchable energy storage devices,(3)hierarchical scale textures of a desert lizard that inspire cation-induced gelation platforms for 2.M aerogels,and(4)wrinkle skin of an elephant that influences the development of 2.M protective skin for soft ***,challenges and future opportunities of adopting 2.M nanosheets to assemble biomimetic microstructures with synergistic functionalities are discussed.

Potassium-ion hybrid capacitors(PIHCs)are widely regarded as highly promising energy storage devices,due to their exceptional energy density,impressive power density,and abundant potassium ***,restricted by the inherent capacitive storage mechanism,the carbon cathodes possess a much lower specific capacity than battery-type ***,designing high-performance carbon cathodes is extremely urgent for the development of ***,N,O codoped porous carbon(NOPC)was fabricated through the NaCl hard template method and combined KOH/melamine chemical activation technique,displaying the characteristics of abundant N/O content(4.7 at%/16.9 at%),ultrahigh specific surface area(3092.m^(2.g^(-1))and hierarchical pore *** designed NOPC cathode delivers a high specific capacity(164.4 mAh.g^(-1)at 0.05 A.g^(-1))and superior cyclability(95.1%retention ratio at 2.A·g^(-1)over 2.00 cycles).Notably,the adjustable ratio of micropores to mesopores facilitates the achievement of the optimal bal-ance between capacity and rate ***,the pseudocapacitance can be further augmented through the incorporation of N/O functional *** expected,the graphite//NOPC based PIHC possesses a high energy density of 113 Wh·kg-at 747 W·kg^(-1)and excellent capacity retention of 84.4% fter 400 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(-1).This work introduces a novel strategy for designing carbon cathodes that enhances the electrochemical performance of PIHCs.

The hot deformation behaviors of sulfur-containing gear steel 2.MnCr5 containing three different contents of Nb and B(0,0.02.%Nb,and 0.02.%Nb-0.002.%B)were *** compression and tenssion tests were carried out by Gleeble3800 at the austenite region from 850 to 1150℃and the adverse effects of Nb and B were analyzed by the fracture,microstructure and precipitate *** compression tests showed that the proportions of instable area in hot processing maps of 0.02.%Nb and Nb-B steels were higher and the deformability of Nb free steel was *** tensile deformation experiments showed that the reduction areas of Nb free,0.02.%Nb and Nb-B steels were 92.-99%,84%-98%and 67%-97%,*** addition of Nb or Nb and B inhibited the dynamic recrystallization during hot deformation,and consequently,more deformed grains were then formed in 0.02.%Nb and Nb-B steels thus to obtain the microstructure with worse uniformity and then deteriorate the *** addition,the interaction between inclusions and microalloyed elements was also *** particles of 0.02.%Nb and Nb-B steels dynamically precipitated during deformation and precipitated together with MnS thus to worsen the deformability,resulting in the decrease of reduction area.

The cytochrome P450 proteins(CYP450s)have been implicated in catalyzing numerous important biological reactions and contribute to a variety of ***2.A1,a member of the CYP450 family,carries out the oxidative metabolism of retinoic acid(RA),the active metabolite of vitamin *** we report that CYP2.A1 was dramatically upregulated in the spinal cord after spinal nerve ligation(SNL).CYP2.A1 was mainly expressed in spinal neurons and *** analysis displayed that the content of all-trans-RA(at-RA),the substrate of CYP2.A1,was reduced in the spinal cord on day 7 after *** of CYP2.A1 by siRNA or inhibition of CYP2.A1-mediated at-RA catabolism by talarozole relieved the SNL-induced mechanical allodynia during the maintenance phase of neuropathic *** also reduced SNL-induced glial activation and proinflammatory cytokine production but increased anti-inflammatory cytokine(IL-10)*** RA receptors RARα,RXRβ,and RXRγwere expressed in spinal neurons and glial *** promoter of Il-10 has several binding sites for RA receptors,and at-RA directly increased Il-10 mRNA expression in ***,intrathecal IL-10 attenuated SNL-induced neuropathic pain and reduced the activation of astrocytes and ***,the inhibition of CYP2.A1-mediated at-RA catabolism alleviates SNL-induced neuropathic pain by promoting the expression of IL-10 and suppressing glial ***2.A1 may be a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
