The gasification characteristics and gasification kinetics of coke in complex CO2/CO/H2/H2O/N2 systems similar to the gas system of industrial blast furnace (BF) were studied by the method of isothermal thermogravimetric analysis. The experimental gas compositions and the corresponding temperature were chosen according to data reported for industrial BFs. The gasification behavior of coke was described by the Random Pore Model (RPM), Volumetric Model (VM), and Grain Model (GM). Results showed that the gas composition of the coke gasification zone in BF changes slightly and that the temperature is the most important factor affecting coke gasification. The lower activation energy of coke samples (Coke Reaction Index (CRI)>50) is due to the high Fe2O3 in the ash, lower degree of graphitization, and larger pore structure. In addition, the choice of kinetic model does not differ substantially in describing the gasification mechanism of coke in a BF.

According to the decline of recognition rate of speech recognition system in the noise environments, an improved perceptually non-uniform spectral compression feature extraction algorithm is put forward in this paper. This method can realize an effective compression of the speech signals and make the training and recognition environments more matching, so the recognition rate can be improved in the noise environments. By experimenting on the intelligent wheelchair platform, the result shows that the algorithm can effectively enhance the robustness of speech recognition, and ensure the recognition rate in the noise environments.

The combustion characteristics of blast furnace bag dust(BD) and three kinds of coal—Shenhua(SH) bituminous coal, Pingluo(PL) anthracite, and Yangquan(YQ) anthracite—were obtained via non-isothermal thermogravimetry. The combustion characteristics with different mixing ratios were also investigated. The physical and chemical properties of the four samples were investigated in depth using particle size analysis, Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence analysis, and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the conversion rate of the three kinds of pulverized coals is far greater than that of the BD. The comprehensive combustion characteristics of the three types of pulverized coals rank in the order SH > PL > YQ. With the addition of BD, the characteristic parameters of the combustion reaction of the blend showed an increasing trend. The Coats–Redfern model used in this study fit well with the experimental results. As the BD addition increased from 5 wt% to 10 wt%, the activation energy of combustion reactions decreased from 68.50 to 66.74 k J/mol for SH, 118.34 to 110.75 kJ/mol for PL, and 146.80 to 122.80 kJ/mol for YQ. These results also provide theoretical support for the practical application of blast furnace dust for blast furnace injection.

Understanding the dynamic responses of hard rocks is crucial during deep mining and tunneling activities and when constructing nuclear waste repositories. However, the response of deep massive rocks with openings of different shapes and orientations to dynamic loading is not well understood. Therefore, this study investigates the dynamic responses of hard rocks of deep underground excavation activities. Split Hopkins Pressure Bar (SHPB) tests on granite with holes of different shapes (rectangle, circle, vertical ellipse (elliptical short (ES) axis parallel to the impact load direction), and horizontal ellipse (elliptical long (EL) axis parallel to the impact load direction)) were carried out. The influence of hole shape and location on the dynamic responses was analyzed to reveal the rocks' dynamic strengths and cracking characteristics. We used the ResNet18 (convolutional neural network-based) network to recognize crack types using high-speed photographs. Moreover, a prediction model for the stress-strain response of rocks with different openings was established using Deep Neural Network (DNN). The results show that the dynamic strengths of the granite with EL and ES holes are the highest and lowest, respectively. The strength-weakening coefficient decreases first and then increases with an increase of thickness-span ratio (h/L). The weakening of the granite with ES holes is the most obvious. The ResNet18 network can improve the analyzing efficiency of the cracking mechanism, and the trained model's recognition accuracy reaches 99%. Finally, the dynamic stress-strain prediction model can predict the complete stress-strain curve well, with an accuracy above 85%.

AIM： To investigate the morphological characterization of tumor infiltrating dendritic cells （TIDCs） and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes （TILs） in human rectal cancer. METHODS： Light and electron microscopy as well as immunohistochemistry were used to observe the distributive and morphological changes of TIDCs and TILs. RESULTS： TIDCs were mainly located in tumor-surrounding tissue. The number of TIDCs in the earlier stage was higher than that in the later stage （P〈 0.01）. TILs were mainly seen in adjacent tissue of cancers and tumor-surrounding tissue. There were more TILs in the earlier stage than that in the later stage （P〈0.01）. Under electron microscope, TIDCs were irregular in shape and exhibited many dendritic protrusions. It isn＇t obvious that cancer cells perforated the basement membrane and TILs were arranged along the basement membrane in the earlier stage. In the later stage, it is explicit that cancer cells perforated the basement membrane and surrounded by TILs. There were contacts among TIDCs, TILs and tumor cell. One IIDCs contacted one or several TILs which clustered around TIDCs. Glycogen granules were seen between TIDCs and Tits. CONCLUSION： The number of TIDCs and TILs is related with tumor progression There exist close relationships among TIDCs, TILs and tumor cell.

The underlying physics of QCD phase transition in the early Universe remains largely unknown due to its strong-coupling nature during the quark-gluon plasma/hadron gas transition,yet a holographic model has been proposed to quantitatively fit the lattice QCD data while with its duration of the first-order phase transition(FoPT)left *** specific baryon chemical poten-tial,the first-order QCD phase transition agrees with the observational constraint of baryon ***,therefore,provides a scenario for phase transition gravitational waves(GWs)within the standard model of particle *** these background GWs could contribute dominantly to the recently claimed common-spectrum red noise from pulsar timing array(PTA)observations,the duration of this FoPT can be well constrained,and the associated primordial black holes are still allowed by current observations.

Sodium-ion batteries have emerged as competitive substitutes for low-temperature applications due to severe capacity loss and safety concerns of lithium-ion batteries at−20°C or ***,the key capability of ultrafast charging at ultralow temperature for SIBs is rarely ***,a hybrid of Bi nanoparticles embedded in carbon nanorods is demonstrated as an ideal material to address this issue,which is synthesized via a high temperature shock *** a hybrid shows an unprecedented rate performance(237.9 mAh g^(−1) at 2 A g^(−1))at−60℃,outperforming all reported SIB anode *** with a Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)cathode,the energy density of the full cell can reach to 181.9 Wh kg^(−1) at−40°*** on this work,a novel strategy of high-rate activation is proposed to enhance performances of Bi-based materials in cryogenic conditions by creating new active sites for interfacial reaction under large current.

The synthesis ofα-amino acid from imines with different carbonyl sources is attractive for both synthetic organic and medicinal chemistry ***,which were easily available from the corresponding ketones and amines,were employed as one of the most ideal ***,cyanation and subsequent hydrolysis were required to install the carboxyl group^([1]).In these cases,the toxicity of the cyanation reagents limited its further synthetic applications in organic ***,metal activation of imine substrates to make the organometallic intermediate and trap CO_(2) to give the desiredα-amino acid were also developed by many groups(Scheme 1A).The utilization of stoiochiometric amounts of metal reagents was required to realize the ***,Yu reported a novel photocatalytic reductive carboxylation protocol for synthesis ofα-amino acid from imines with CO_(2)as the carbonyl source^([2]).
