Preparation of submicrocrystal Al-Ti-B master alloy and its influence on microstructure and properties of AZ91D

To improve the mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy,the submicrocrystal Al-Ti-B master alloy was prepared with copper mold inject casting method,and the influence of submicrocrystal Al-Ti-B master alloy on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91D was *** show that,the distribution of Ti B_2 phase in submicrocrystal Al-Ti-B alloy is even and disperse,and the average size of Ti Al_3 phase is reduced from 10-30μm to～1μ*** properties of AZ91D refined with submicrocrystal Al-Ti-B master alloy are better than that with coarse-grained Al-Ti-B master alloy without copper mold inject *** tensile strength,elongation and Brinell hardness of AZ91D are increased by 10.6%,25%and 18.1%,***,refinement of AZ91D with submicrocrystal Al-Ti-B that is obtained by copper mold inject casting is an effective method to improve its mechanical properties.

According to the established prediction model of internal solitary wave loads on FPSO in the previous work, the lumped mass model and the movement equations of finite displacement in time domain, the dynamic response model of interaction between internal solitary waves and FPSO with mooring lines were established. Through calculations and analysis, time histories of dynamic loads of FPSO exerted by internal solitary waves, FPSO's motion and dynamic tension of mooring line were obtained. The effects of the horizontal pretension of mooring line, the amplitude of internal solitary wave and layer fluid depth on dynamic response behavior of FPSO were mastered. It was shown that the internal solitary waves had significant influence on FPSO, such as the large magnitude horizontal drift and a sudden tension increment. With internal solitary wave of-170 m amplitude in the ocean with upper and lower layer fluid depth ratio being 60:550, the dynamic loads reached 991.132 kN(horizontal force), 18067.3 kN(vertical force)and-5042.92 kN·m(pitching moment). Maximum of FPSO's horizontal drift was 117.56 m. Tension increment of upstream mooring line approached 401.48 kN and that of backflow mooring line was-140 kN. Moreover, the loads remained nearly constant with different pretension but increased obviously with the changing amplitude and layer fluid depth ratio. Tension increments of mooring lines also changed little with the pretension but increased rapidly when amplitude and layer fluid depth ratio increased. However, FPSO's motion increased quickly with not only the horizontal pretension but also the amplitude of internal solitary wave and layer fluid depth ratio.

The selective 2e^(−)ORR reaction on polymeric carbon nitride framework is one of the most promising approaches for solar-driven hydrogen peroxide ***(heptazine imide)(PHI)as a class of K+-incorporated crystalline carbon nitride framework,is highly active for photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)*** upgrade on the H_(2)O_(2)photoproduction performance of PHI is realized and the mechanistic insights are revealed in this *** photochemical reaction,the electron withdrawing groups of hydroxyl group and cyano group are grafted on the surface of PHI *** dual polarization sites on the sur-face contribute significantly to the enhancement of the exciton *** optimized PHI with dual polarization sites exhibits a remarkable photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)production performance,which is 2times of the active pristine *** importantly,the photochemical reaction method is generally applicable to improve the exciton dissociation of a wide range of polymeric carbon nitride frameworks with vari-ous structure and compositions;and the thiourea-derived polymeric carbon nitride framework with dual surface polarization sites exhibits a remarkable photocatalytic performance with a high H_(2)O_(2)production rate of 40.5 mmol h^(−1)g^(−1).

Nonprecious-metal-group single-metal-atom catalysts with bifunctional catalytic capabilities toward the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)are highly sought after in energy-conversion and storage ***,producing renewable and sustainable energy sources remains ***,single-transition metal atoms anchored onπ-πconjugated two-dimensional(2D)graphitic carbon nitride substrates formπ-d conjugated conductive channels that enhance the overall electrocatalytic ***,firstprinciples calculations were carried out to design and demonstrate a novel macropore graphitic carbon nitride(gC_(10)N_(3))as a promising 2D electrocatalyst substrate to support single-transition metal(TM,from Sc to Au).The"donation-acceptance"charge interaction in the TM-N_(2)moiety effectively balances the adsorption strength of oxygenated intermediates in Ni@g-C_(10)N_(3)and Rh@gC_(10)N_3,making them effective bifunctional OER/ORR electrocatalysts with IrO_(2)/Pt-beyond overpotentials being as low as 0.39/0.38 V and 0.54/0.44 V,***,they possess high stability and conductivity and are less susceptible to oxidation and corrosion under working *** guarantees high activity under ambient ***,the origin of the OER/ORR activity of TM@g-C_(10)N_(3) is explained using multilevel descriptors:intrinsic(p,Bader charge,integral crystal orbital Hamilton population(ICOHP),bond length,and d-band center(εd).In particular,for optimal Ni@g-C_(10)N_(3),the clear hybridization between the Ni-d orbital and surface O-p orbital causes the paired electrons to occupy the bonding *** enables OH~*to be adsorbed on the Ni@g-C_(10)N_(3),thereby achieving the highest catalytic performance.
