Objective This study aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shengxue tablet for treating renal *** A total of 200 patients with renal anemia from December 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into two *** in the control group were treated with polysaccharide-iron complex,and those in the experimental group were administered Jianpi Shengxue *** 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the therapeutic outcomes regarding anemia were compared between the two *** After treatment,the red blood cell(RBC)count,hematocrit(HCT),reticulocyte percentage(RET),ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI),transferrin saturation(TSAT),and serum albumin(ALB)all increased(P<0.01),and the clinical symptom score and total iron binding capacity decreased(P<0.01)in the experimental ***,the improvements in RBC,HCT,RET,SF,SI,TAST,ALB,and clinical symptoms(fatigue,anorexia,dull skin complexion,numbness of hands and feet)in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate for treating renal anemia was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Jianpi Shengxue tablet demonstrates efficacy in treating renal anemia,leading to significant improvements in the laboratory examination results and clinical symptoms of patients with renal anemia.

Astrometric Observations of NEA 1998 HH49 Using the Daocheng 50 cm Telescope

This study details an astrometric observation campaign of the Near-Earth Asteroid 1998 HH49, conducted with the aim of refining our understanding of its physical characteristics. Utilizing the 50 cm telescope located at the Wumingshan Mountain in Daocheng, Sichuan, images were obtained over four nights, from 2023 October 19 to October 22. These observations were processed using Astrometrica software, facilitating the precise determination of the asteroid's position. The observational results were compared with the ephemerides from three distinct sources to verify accuracy: the Jet Propulsion Laboratory(JPL) Horizons System, the Institut de Mécanique Céleste et de Calcul des éphémérides(IMCCE) Miriade, and the Near-Earth Objects Dynamic Site(NEODyS-2).When compared with the JPL ephemeris, a mean observed-minus-calculated(O-C) result of 0.''07 in the *** and-0.''35 in the decl. direction was yielded. Furthermore, the comparison with the IMCCE ephemeris yielded mean O-C results of 0.''08 in the R.A. direction and-0.''06 in the decl. direction. The comparison with the NEODyS-2 ephemeris yielded the mean O-C results of 0.''06 in R.A. and-0.''49 in decl. direction. The study's findings demonstrate a general consistency between the observed data and the ephemeris predictions, with minor discrepancies observed across the data sets. Notably, both the JPL and NEODyS-2 ephemerides show that the residuals in the decl. direction exceed those in the R.A. direction. The disparities may result from atmospheric differential color refraction, ephemeris discrepancies, observational errors, and other factors. Additionally, it is worth noting that further investigation is required due to the potential influence of additional factors. Overall, the Daocheng 50 cm Telescope exhibits the ability to conduct high-precision positional measurements.

Multi-omics analysis reveals the molecular regulatory network underlying the prevention of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum against LPS-induced salpingitis in laying hens

Background Salpingitis is one of the common diseases in laying hen production, which greatly decreases the economic outcome of laying hen farming. Lactiplantibacillus plantarum was effective in preventing local or systemic inflammation, however rare studies were reported on its prevention against salpingitis. This study aimed to investigate the preventive molecular regulatory network of microencapsulated Lactiplantibacillus plantarum(MLP) against salpingitis through multi-omics analysis, including microbiome, transcriptome and metabolome *** The results revealed that supplementation of MLP in diet significantly alleviated the inflammation and atrophy of uterus caused by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in hens(P < 0.05). The concentrations of plasma IL-2 and IL-10 in hens of MLP-LPS group were higher than those in hens of LPS-stimulation group(CN-LPS group)(P < 0.05). The expression levels of TLR2, MYD88, NF-κB, COX2, and TNF-α were significantly decreased in the hens fed diet supplemented with MLP and suffered with LPS stimulation(MLP-LPS group) compared with those in the hens of CN-LPS group(P < 0.05). Differentially expressed genes(DEGs) induced by MLP were involved in inflammation, reproduction, and calcium ion transport. At the genus level, the MLP supplementation significantly increased the abundance of Phascolarctobacterium, whereas decreased the abundance of Candidatus_Saccharimonas in LPS challenged hens(P < 0.05). The metabolites altered by dietary supplementation with MLP were mainly involved in galactose, uronic acid, histidine, pyruvate and primary bile acid metabolism. Dietary supplementation with MLP inversely regulates LPSinduced differential metabolites such as Lyso PA(24:0/0:0)(P < 0.05).Conclusions In summary, dietary supplementation with microencapsulated Lactiplantibacillus plantarum prevented salpingitis by modulating the abundances of Candidatus_Saccharimonas, Phascolarctobacterium, Ruminococcus_torques_group and Eubacterium_hallii_group w

Objective This study aimed to compare the current Essen rabies post-exposure immunization schedule(0-3-7-14-28)in China and the simple 4-dose schedule(0-3-7-14)newly recommended by the World Health Organization in terms of their safety,efficacy,and *** Mice were vaccinated according to different immunization schedules,and blood was collected for detection of rabies virus neutralizing antibodies(RVNAs)on days 14,21,28,35,and 120after the first ***,different groups of mice were injected with lethal doses of the CVS-11 virus on day 0,subjected to different rabies immunization schedules,and assessed for morbidity and death *** a clinical trial,185 rabies-exposed individuals were selected for post-exposure vaccination according to the Essen schedule,and blood was collected for RVNAs detection on days 28and 42 after the first *** A statistically significant difference in RVNAs between mice in the Essen and 0-3-7-14 schedule groups was observed on the 35th day(P0.05)in RVNAs levels at any time *** post-exposure immune protective test showed that the survival rate of mice in the control group was 20%,whereas that in the immunization groups was 40%.In the clinical trial,the RVNAs positive conversion rates on days 28(14 days after 4 doses)and 42(14 days after 5 doses)were both 100%,and no significant difference in RVNAs levels was observed(P>0.05).Conclusion The simple 4-dose schedule can produce sufficient RVNAs levels,with no significant effect of a delayed fourth vaccine dose(14–28 d)on the immunization potential.

Tuina alleviates neuropathic pain through regulate the activation of microglia and the secretion of inflammatory cytokine in spinal cord

OBJECTIVE: To observe the analgesic effects of Tuina on neuropathic pain(NPP) and the underlying mechanisms. METHODS: Forty-eight Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were assigned by random into three treatment groups: sham, chronic constriction injury(CCI), and Tuina. Each group contained sixteen rats. CCI model was generated by ligating the right sciatic nerve. Behavioral changes of CCI were assessed by the paw withdrawal threshold(PWT) and paw withdrawal latency(PWL). In addition, biochemical techniques such as immunofluorescence staining, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and Western blotting were used to profile levels of microglia activation and inflammatory factors in the spinal dorsal horn(SDH) of rats. Tuina(clockwise pressing and rubbing) was performed at chengshan(BL57) to observe the analgesic effects on CCI rats and the underlying mechanisms. RESULTS: Rats with CCI experienced significant reduction in the PWT and PWL of the right hind paw relative to CCI group at day 3. Tuina treatment rescued this situation significantly on days 10 and 14. Besides, Iba-1, microglia M1 receptor CD68, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) were higher in the right SDH for CCI group compared to the sham group on day 14. As expected, Tuina partially downregulated the CCI-induced overexpressed Iba-1, CD68, TNF-α, and IL-1β in the SDH of CCI model. CONCLUSION: Tuina induces a time-dependent cumulative analgesic effect in CCI rats by inhibiting the activation of microglia and the secretion of IL-1β and TNF-α in SDH.

城市更新是当前国土空间规划的热点和难点问题，合理的城市更新有利于提升城市品质，城市更新可引导优化城市职住空间、为交通系统提质增容创造条件，从需求源头和交通供给双重视角促进交通治理。从城市更新与交通系统协同发展视角出发，基于数据驱动能力分析传统城市更新带来的职住距离拉长、交通出行压力增大的现实问题，并解析了路网密度、公交可达性、职住平衡水平对城市更新开发规模的作用机理，提出密度分区主动管控和交通承载力评估反馈双向协同策略。以广州市为例，探索了人口适配性下的区域差别化城市更新治理、低效站点用地导入下的交通可达性提升、存量交通设施品质与效率提升等城市更新背景下的交通治理模式，为大城市的城市交通治理提供参考。

Optimizing the Diameter of Plugging Balls in Deep Shale Gas Wells

Deep shale gas reserves that have been fractured typically have many relatively close perforation holes. Due to theproximity of each fracture during the formation of the fracture network, there is significant stress interference,which results in uneven fracture propagation. It is common practice to use “balls” to temporarily plug fractureopenings in order to lessen liquid intake and achieve uniform propagation in each cluster. In this study, a diameteroptimization model is introduced for these plugging balls based on a multi-cluster fracture propagationmodel and a perforation dynamic abrasion model. This approach relies on proper consideration of the multiphasenature of the considered problem and the interaction force between the involved fluid and solid phases. Accordingly,it can take into account the behavior of the gradually changing hole diameter due to proppant continuousperforation erosion. Moreover, it can provide useful information about the fluid-dynamic behavior of the consideredsystem before and after plugging. It is shown that when the diameter of the temporary plugging ball is1.2 times that of the perforation hole, the perforation holes of each cluster can be effectively blocked.

Nitrogen(N)-doped carbon materials as metal catalyst supports have attracted signifi cant attention,but the eff ect of N dopants on catalytic performance remains unclear,especially for complex reaction processes such as Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS).Herein,we engineered ruthenium(Ru)FTS catalysts supported on N-doped carbon overlayers on TiO_(2)*** regulating the carbonization temperatures,we successfully controlled the types and contents of N dopants to identify their impacts on metal-support interactions(MSI).Our fi ndings revealed that N dopants establish a favorable surface environment for electron transfer from the support to the Ru ***,pyridinic N demonstrates the highest electron-donating ability,followed by pyrrolic N and graphitic *** addition to realizing excellent catalytic stability,strengthening the interaction between Ru sites and N dopants increases the Ru^(0)/Ru^(δ+)ratios to enlarge the active site numbers and surface electron density of Ru species to enhance the strength of adsorbed ***,it improves the catalyst’s overall performance,encompassing intrinsic and apparent activities,as well as its ability for carbon chain ***,the as-synthesized Ru/TiO_(2)@CN-700 catalyst with abundant pyridine N dopants exhibits a superhigh C_(5+)time yield of 219.4 mol CO/(mol Ru·h)and C_(5+)selectivity of 85.5%.

In this work,dielectric ultracapacitors were designed and fabricated using a combination of phase boundary and nanograin *** ultracapacitors are based on submicron-thick Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_(3) ferroelectric films sputterdeposited on Si at 500℃.With a composition near a polymorphic phase boundary(PPB),a compressive strain,and a high nucleation rate due to the lowered deposition temperature,these films exhibit a columnar nanograined microstructure with gradient phases along the growth *** a microstructure presents three-dimensional polarization inhomogeneities on the nanoscale,thereby significantly delaying the saturation of the overall electric ***,a pseudolinear,ultraslim polarization(P)-electric field(E)hysteresis loop was obtained,featuring a high maximum applicable electric field(~5.7 MV/cm),low remnant polarization(~5.2μC/cm^(2))and high maximum polarization(~92.1μC/cm^(2)).This P-E loop corresponds to a high recyclable energy density(Wrec~208 J/cm^(3))and charge‒discharge efficiency(~88%).An indepth electron microscopy study revealed that the gradient ferroelectric phases consisted of tetragonal(T)and rhombohedral(R)polymorphs along the growth direction of the *** T-rich phase is abundant near the bottom of the film and gradually transforms into the R-rich phase near the *** films also exhibited a high Curie temperature of~460℃and stable capacitive energy storage up to 200℃.These results suggest a feasible pathway for the design and fabrication of high-performance dielectric film capacitors.
