A variety of electromagnetic wave absorption materials(EMWAs)have been reported,but the integration of powder materials and multifunctional devices should be investigated in-depth to adapt to practical ***,carbon-coated cobalt composites were prepared by adsorbing magnetic metal cations into an anionic crystalline framework through an electrostatic encapsulate *** reflection loss(RL_(min))of-40.49 d B and effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 5.36 GHz(RL<-10 d B,10.4-15.76 GHz)was achieved with an optimal radar cross section(RCS)reduction of 34.9 dB·m^(2) for the sample *** commercial applications,Co@CN-4 was integrated into sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)aerogel to create an ultra-lightweight composite aerogel that is compressive resistant and heat-holding while also having photothermal conversion *** hydrophobic modification makes it more widely *** study provides a new strategy for EWAMs to integrate versatility and improve their application prospects.

Deep shale gas reserves that have been fractured typically have many relatively close perforation holes. Due to theproximity of each fracture during the formation of the fracture network, there is significant stress interference,which results in uneven fracture propagation. It is common practice to use “balls” to temporarily plug fractureopenings in order to lessen liquid intake and achieve uniform propagation in each cluster. In this study, a diameteroptimization model is introduced for these plugging balls based on a multi-cluster fracture propagationmodel and a perforation dynamic abrasion model. This approach relies on proper consideration of the multiphasenature of the considered problem and the interaction force between the involved fluid and solid phases. Accordingly,it can take into account the behavior of the gradually changing hole diameter due to proppant continuousperforation erosion. Moreover, it can provide useful information about the fluid-dynamic behavior of the consideredsystem before and after plugging. It is shown that when the diameter of the temporary plugging ball is1.2 times that of the perforation hole, the perforation holes of each cluster can be effectively blocked.

Nitrogen(N)-doped carbon materials as metal catalyst supports have attracted signifi cant attention,but the eff ect of N dopants on catalytic performance remains unclear,especially for complex reaction processes such as Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS).Herein,we engineered ruthenium(Ru)FTS catalysts supported on N-doped carbon overlayers on TiO_(2)*** regulating the carbonization temperatures,we successfully controlled the types and contents of N dopants to identify their impacts on metal-support interactions(MSI).Our fi ndings revealed that N dopants establish a favorable surface environment for electron transfer from the support to the Ru ***,pyridinic N demonstrates the highest electron-donating ability,followed by pyrrolic N and graphitic *** addition to realizing excellent catalytic stability,strengthening the interaction between Ru sites and N dopants increases the Ru^(0)/Ru^(δ+)ratios to enlarge the active site numbers and surface electron density of Ru species to enhance the strength of adsorbed ***,it improves the catalyst’s overall performance,encompassing intrinsic and apparent activities,as well as its ability for carbon chain ***,the as-synthesized Ru/TiO_(2)@CN-700 catalyst with abundant pyridine N dopants exhibits a superhigh C_(5+)time yield of 219.4 mol CO/(mol Ru·h)and C_(5+)selectivity of 85.5%.

In this work,dielectric ultracapacitors were designed and fabricated using a combination of phase boundary and nanograin *** ultracapacitors are based on submicron-thick Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_(3) ferroelectric films sputterdeposited on Si at 500℃.With a composition near a polymorphic phase boundary(PPB),a compressive strain,and a high nucleation rate due to the lowered deposition temperature,these films exhibit a columnar nanograined microstructure with gradient phases along the growth *** a microstructure presents three-dimensional polarization inhomogeneities on the nanoscale,thereby significantly delaying the saturation of the overall electric ***,a pseudolinear,ultraslim polarization(P)-electric field(E)hysteresis loop was obtained,featuring a high maximum applicable electric field(~5.7 MV/cm),low remnant polarization(~5.2μC/cm^(2))and high maximum polarization(~92.1μC/cm^(2)).This P-E loop corresponds to a high recyclable energy density(W_(rec)~208 J/cm^(3))and charge‒discharge efficiency(~88%).An indepth electron microscopy study revealed that the gradient ferroelectric phases consisted of tetragonal(T)and rhombohedral(R)polymorphs along the growth direction of the *** T-rich phase is abundant near the bottom of the film and gradually transforms into the R-rich phase near the *** films also exhibited a high Curie temperature of~460℃and stable capacitive energy storage up to 200℃.These results suggest a feasible pathway for the design and fabrication of high-performance dielectric film capacitors.

The oxidation behavior of the Al CoCrFeNiYTa_(x)high entropy alloy(HEA)doped with different Ta contents at 1100℃is *** this study,different reasons for the spallation of the oxide scales of HEAs without/with excessive Ta addition after 1000 h of oxidation are discussed,and the most suitable Ta doping content for this HEA is explored,in which the HEA exhibits both an exceptionally low oxidation rate,and the formation of oxide scales composed of intact a-Al_(2)O_(3).Meanwhile,it is found that the addition of Ta can effectively inhibit the phase transition ofβphase,which makes the surface of the oxide scale *** combining our experimental results with Wagner–Hauffe theory,the influence of Ta drag effect on oxide scale growth is explained,which provides some theoretical guidance for the subsequent design of AlCoCrFeNi HEAs,and can lead to the development of thermal barrier coatings at higher service temperature.

BACKGROUND Bariatric surgery is one of the most effective ways to treat morbid obesity,and postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)is one of the common complications after bariatric *** present,the mechanism of the high incidence of PONV after weight-loss surgery has not been clearly explained,and this study aims to investigate the effect of surgical position on PONV in patients undergoing bariatric *** To explore the effect of the operative position during bariatric surgery on *** Data from obese patients,who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)in the authors’hospital between June 2020 and February 2022 were divided into 2 groups and retrospectively *** logistic regression analysis and the t-test were used to study the influence of operative position on *** There were 15 cases of PONV in the supine split-leg group(incidence rate,50%)and 11 in the supine group(incidence rate,36.7%)(P=0.297).The mean operative duration in the supine split-leg group was 168.23±46.24 minutes and 140.60±32.256 minutes in the supine group(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis revealed that operative position was not an independent risk factor for PONV(odds ratio=1.192,95%confidence interval:0.376-3.778,P=0.766).CONCLUSION Operative position during LSG may affect PONV;however,the difference in the incidence of PONV was not statistically *** position should be carefully considered for obese patients before surgery.

Permafrost is degrading globally,particularly those with low thermal stability on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,owing to climate ***,the inadequacy of direct research on permafrost degradation based on in-situ monitoring limits the prediction of permafrost degradation and engineering *** study explored the processes and modes of permafrost degradation into talik by analyzing ground temperature data from five points in the hinterland of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from 2006 to *** results showed that the degradation of the warm permafrost layer with a geothermal gradient of zero occurred simultaneously in the top and bottom *** rate of permafrost degradation from the top down and bottom up increase during the degradation process,but the increase of the former is more drastic after the formation of thawed ***,the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway changed the degradation modes of the permafrost in adjacent natural sites through horizontal heat transfer,particularly after through talik formation under the *** findings suggest that taking countermeasures before or immediately after forming thawed interlayer is more *** evaluating the thermal impact of projects in warm permafrost regions,special attention should be given to the horizontal heat transfer process that may result from the formation of a through talik.
