Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by the deposition of amyloid-β(Aβ),neurofibrillary tangles,neuroinflammation,and neurodegeneration in the *** recent years,considering the unsatisfied benefits of pharmacological therapies,non-pharmacological therapy has become a research hotspot for AD ***(THz)waves with a range between microwave and infrared regions in the electromagnetic spectrum and high permeability to a wide range of materials have great potential in the bioengineering ***,its biological impacts on the central nervous system,under either physiological or pathological conditions,are poorly *** this study,we first measured the 0.14 THz waves penetration across the skull of a C57BL/6 mouse and found the percentage of THz penetration to be~70%,guaranteeing that THz waves can reach the relevant brain *** then exposed the APPSWE/PS1DE9 mouse model of AD to repeated low-frequency THz waves on the *** demonstrated that THz waves treatment significantly improved the cognitive impairment and alleviated AD neuropathology including Aβdeposition and tau hyperphosphorylation in the AD ***,THz waves treatment effectively attenuated mitochondrial impairment,neuroinflammation,and neuronal loss in the AD mouse *** findings reveal previously unappreciated beneficial effects of THz waves treatment in AD and suggest that THz waves may have the potential to be used as a novel therapeutic intervention for this devastating disease.

Reproduction is of great importance for the continuation of the *** insects,the fat body is the major tissue for nutrient storage and involved in vitellogenesis,which is essential for female ***,2 proteins,hexamerin and allergen,were separated from the fat bodies of adult female American cockroaches(Periplaneta americana)and identified as storage proteins,encoding for 733 amino acids with molecular weight of 87.88 kDa and 686 amino acids with molecular weight of 82.18 kDa,*** encoding genes of these 2 storage proteins are mainly expressed in the fat *** interference-mediated knockdown of Hexamerin and Allergen in the early stage of the first reproductive cycle in females suppressed vitellogenesis and ovarian maturation,indicating that these storage proteins are involved in controlling ***,the expression of Hexamerin and Allergen was repressed by knockdown of the juvenile hormone(JH)receptor gene Met and the primary response gene Kr-h1,and was induced by methoprene,a JH analog,in both in vivo and in vitro ***,we have determined that hexamerin and allergen are identified as storage proteins and play an important role in promoting female reproduction in the American *** expression of their encoding genes is induced by JH *** data reveal a novel mechanism by which hexamerin and allergen are necessary for JH-stimulated female reproduction.

Fulminant Myocarditis Complicated by Stiff-person Syrndrom A Case Report

为分析叶片角度下立式轴流泵在马鞍区工况的振动特性,采用流体计算软件CFX的数值模拟与泵装置试验结合的方法,在验证计算结果准确性的情况下,数值计算了3个叶片角度、4个流量下的泵段形变、振动特性、压力脉动、非周期性力;并通过试验测试了泵段马鞍区振动性能。研究结果表明,泵段在0.30 QBEP至0.60 QBEP之间存在马鞍区,在马鞍区工况内造成泵段振动的主要因素为叶轮-导叶之间动静交界面的干扰作用;为保证泵装置运行过程中的稳定性,最小运行流量应超过本文所定义的强化马鞍区工况流量;泵装置在马鞍区内运行时,叶片安放角越小越稳定。

基于数值延拓的日月综合借力DRO入轨策略

远距离逆行轨道(DRO)是地月空间中的一类周期轨道,这类轨道具有长期稳定、入轨能量低的特点,可作为未来载人月球和载人火星任务的中转站。对于地球至DRO的两脉冲入轨任务,采用日月综合借力(即同时使用弱稳定边界(WSB)和月球借力(LGA))可以最大化入轨质量,但是这类轨道对初值非常敏感。使用日月综合借力拓展DRO入轨脉冲包络,改进构造方法和提供解析梯度大幅提高多步打靶收敛率,提出2层伪弧长延拓方法进一步降低任务总脉冲。数值仿真采用共振比为2∶1的DRO,脉冲最低解采用“LGA+WSB+2LGA”的飞行模式,飞行时间为123天,近地轨道发射脉冲为3.125 km/s,DRO入轨脉冲仅为19.7 m/s。

Intelligent chemical sensors have been extensively used in food safety and environmental assessment,while limited sensitivity and homogeneity bring about huge obstacles to their practical ***,novel ionically conductive sensitive materials were elaborately designed based on metal ion decorated graphene oxide(GO)via a facile and general in-situ spin-coating strategy,where the abundant functional groups(-OH and-COOH)of GO layer could provide natural binding sites for various bivalent metal cations(such as Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Zn^(2+),Co^(2+),and Mg^(2+))through coordination and electrostatic *** intercalated metal cations on the layered GO nanosheets can be regarded as charge carriers and complexation with targeted gas(cadaverine,Cad),which is a typical metabolites production and food *** contrast,the designed GO@Cu(Ⅱ)sensor exhibited the optimal sensing performance toward Cad molecules at room temperature,including ultra-low detection limit(ca.3 nL),excellent sensitivity,and rapid low concentration detection rate(only 16 s).Interestingly,the sensor exhibited an irreversible and specific response toward Cad,while it showed a transient and reversible response to other interfering gases,implying its outstanding *** addition,the GO@Cu(Ⅱ)sensor enabled real-time monitoring of the decay progression of cheese,and it exhibited great potential for large-scale production via its excellent *** provides an efficient approach to tailoring intelligent chemical sensors for real-time food safety monitoring and human health warning.

高分辨率罗兰圆光学系统的色差校正方法研究

罗兰圆光学系统优点众多,但系统中因平凸透镜的使用,导致各特征波长色散后的成像点在罗兰圆附近产生了一定量的偏移量,使得各波长成像点依次排列在一条曲面上。由于目前新型采集器件线阵CMOS或CCD的使用,而这类传感器的感光面是一个平面,因此导致结果产生较严重的色差。提出了一种使用加权最小二乘法拟合像面的色差校正方法,并计算出系统像面的中心偏移距和偏移倾斜角这两个校正参数,将其引入原本罗兰圆光学系统进行色差校正,从而确定线阵光电传感器像面的最佳位置,实现高分辨率。此外在真空紫外光谱中C、P和S等元素非常重要,可使用本文提出的基于加权最小二乘法的色差校正方法,通过增加这类元素权值占比,实现最优分辨率。最后通过Zemax软件进行光学仿真,完成了罗兰圆光学系统的仿真以及优化。并给出170~410 nm波段点列图的成像宽度仿真以及各元素特征波长在CMOS传感器上所采集到的光谱图,推算出其实际应用中的分辨率,其照度光谱图显示其分辨率均可保持在0.02 nm,接近系统理论最佳分辨率。研究结果表明基于加权最小二乘法拟合像面的方法,可实现罗兰圆光学系统的色差校正,实现高分辨率。

Prognosis and outcome of intrauterine treatment of fetuses with critical congenital heart disease

Background:Intrauterine valvuloplasty is an innovative therapy,which promotes ventricular growth and function in some congenital heart diseases(CHDs).The technique remains challenging and can only be performed in a few *** study aimed to assess the feasibility and mid-term outcomes of fetal cardiac intervention(FCI)in fetuses with critical CHD in an experienced tertiary ***:Five fetal aortic valvuloplasty(FAV)or fetal pulmonary valvuloplasty(FPV)procedures were performed in our fetal heart center between August 2018 and May *** success was defined as crossing the aortic or pulmonary valve and balloon inflation,followed by evidence of increased blood flow across the valve and/or new ***-up clinical records and echocardiography were obtained during the prenatal and postnatal ***:Five fetuses received FAV or FPV,including critical aortic stenosis(n=2)and pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum(n=3).The mean maternal age was 33.0±2.6 *** median gestational age(GA)at diagnosis was 24 weeks(range,22-26 weeks).The median GA at intervention was 29 weeks(range,28-32 weeks).All five cases underwent successful or partially successful *** patient had pulmonary valve perforation without balloon *** procedure-related deaths or significant complications ***,one neonatal death occurred due to heart and renal *** median follow-up period was 29.5 months(range,8.0-48.0 months).The four surviving patients had achieved biventricular circulation,exhibited improved valve,and ventricular development at the last follow-up ***:Intrauterine FCI could be performed safely with good prognosis in critical CHD.

Immune status and combined immunotherapy progression in Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)-mutant tumors

Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS) is the most frequently mutated oncogene, occurring in various tumor types. Despite extensive efforts over the past 40 years to develop inhibitors targeting KRAS mutations,resistance to these inhibitors has eventually emerged. A more precise understanding of KRAS mutations and the mechanism of resistance development is essential for creating novel inhibitors that target specifically KRAS mutations and can delay or overcome resistance. Immunotherapy has developed rapidly in recent years, and indepth dissection of the tumor immune microenvironment has led researchers to shift their focus to patients with KRAS mutations, finding that immune factors play an essential role in KRAS-mutant(KRAS-Mut) tumor therapy and targeted drug resistance. Breakthroughs and transitions from targeted therapy to immunotherapy have provided new hope for treating refractory patients. Here, we reviewed KRAS mutation-targeted treatment strategies and resistance issues, focusing on our in-depth exploration of the specific immune status of patients with KRAS mutations and the impact of body immunity following KRAS inhibition. We aimed to guide innovative approaches combining RAS inhibition with immunotherapy, review advances in preclinical and clinical stages, and discuss challenges and future directions.
