NiCrAlY coatings were deposited on Ni-based superalloy by high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying(HVOF).Surface modification by means of grit-blasted,shot-peened and ground methods was used in order to study the effect of surface conditions on the isothermal oxidation behavior of HVOF-sprayed NiCrAlY coatings at 1 050℃.The results showed that surface modification had an obvious effect on the isothermal oxidation behavior of the *** was a large decrease in growth rate compared with the as-sprayed *** scale formed on the grit-blasted and shot-peened coatings was a mixture of Al2O3and NiCr2O4,while the oxide formed on the ground coating was composed mainly of *** surface modification,the content of NiCr2O4spinels decreased compared with the as-sprayed coating.

BACKGROUND Extranodal natural killer(NK) T-cell lymphoma(ENKTL), nasal type is a rare subtype of extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma characterized by vascular damage and necrosis. The lesions usually present in the nasal cavity and adjacent tissues, however, the disease originates from the gastrointestinal or genitourinary tract in 25% of cases. Since rectal involvement in ENKTL is rare, rectal symptoms in the course of ENKTL are often misdiagnosed and considered to be related to benign diseases such as rectal fistula or perianal *** SUMMARY We report the case of a 24-year-old Han Chinese female who initially presented with a perianal abscess that was subsequently diagnosed as nasal type *** to typical perianal pain, perianal abscess was diagnosed and surgical incision and drainage were performed. After recurrent, severe anal hemorrhages leading to hypovolemic shock and multiple surgeries, a diagnosis of ENKTL was made. The patient's condition gradually deteriorated, and she died shortly after initiation of *** Systemic and neoplastic diseases should be included in the differential diagnosis of any potentially benign perianal abscess complicated with recurrent hemorrhages.

BACKGROUND Primary neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) in the presacral region are extremely rare, some of which are caused by other primary tumors or metastatic rectal carcinoids. Nevertheless, cases of NETs have been increasing in recent years. This report describes the first primary neuroendocrine tumor in the presacral region that was found at our hospital within the last five years. CASE SUMMARY The patient was identified as a 36-year-old woman with a presacral mass and pelvic floor pain. A digital rectal examination revealed a presacral mass with unclear margins and obvious tenderness. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated a 57 mm × 29 mm presacral lump. An ultrasound-guided needle biopsy confirmed a well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor. No other primary or metastatic tumors were found. CONCLUSION Comprehensive consideration of our case report and literature reported by others suggests that a conclusive diagnosis of NETs should be based on computed tomography/MRI and pathological examinations. The treatment of primary NETs in the presacral region mainly relies on surgical procedures with follow-up.

Objective:The objective of the study is to explore the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome distribution in colorectal cancer (CRC) and its correlation with treatment methods and clinical laboratory *** and Methods: Using the CRC cases report form of TCM,760 CRC patients with TCM four diagnosis information,western medicine treatment information and clinical laboratory indicators were collected,and TCM syndromes distribution in CRC were *** correlation between TCM syndrome type and western medicine treatments,clinical laboratory indicators such as liver and kidney function,immune function,and tumor biomarkers was analyzed. Results:In 760 cases of CRC, Spleen deficiency syndrome (SDS, 25%),liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome (LKYDS, 13%), LKYDS-SDS,12%,spleen deficient Qi stagnation syndrome (SDQSS, 10%),and damp heat syndrome (DHS, 9%) were more common TCM syndrome ***, SDS,LKYDS-SDS,and SDQSS were significantly distributed under different treatment methods (P 0.05),but there was statistically significant difference in the distribution of blood routine,liver and kidney function, and tumor biomarkers (P < 0.05). Conclusion: LKYDS,SDS,LKYDS-SDS, SDQSS,and DHS were the first five TCM syndromes in *** were the significant correlations between the distribution of TCM syndrome and the clinical laboratory indicators,and the distribution of TCM syndromes was affected by surgery, radiotherapy,and chemotherapy.

Abstract Constructing an effective common latent embedding by aligning the latent spaces of cross-modal variational autoencoders （VAEs） is a popular strategy for generalized zero-shot learning （GZSL）.However,due to the lack of fine-grained instance-wise annotations,existing VAE methods can easily suffer from the posterior collapse *** this paper,we propose an innovative asymmetric VAE network by aligning enhanced feature representation （AEFR） for *** from general VAE structures,we designed two asymmetric encoders for visual and semantic observations and one decoder for visual ***,we propose a simple yet effective gated attention mechanism （GAM） in the visual encoder for enhancing the information interaction between observations and latent variables,alleviating the possible posterior collapse problem *** addition,we propose a novel distributional decoupling-based contrastive learning （D2-CL） to guide learning classification-relevant information while aligning the representations at the taxonomy level in the latent representation *** experiments on publicly available datasets demonstrate the state-of-the-art performance of our *** source code is available at https://***/seeyourmind/AEFR.

Interferon regulatory factor 7 plays a crucial role in the innate immune ***,whether interferon regulatory factor 7-mediated signaling contributes to Parkinson's disease remains *** we report that interferon regulatory factor 7 is markedly up-regulated in a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced mouse model of Parkinson's disease and co-localizes with microglial *** the selective cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase inhibitor RU.521 and the stimulator of interferon genes inhibitor H151 effectively suppressed interferon regulatory factor 7 activation in BV2 microglia exposed to 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and inhibited transformation of mouse BV2 microglia into the neurotoxic M1 *** addition,si RNA-mediated knockdown of interferon regulatory factor 7 expression in BV2 microglia reduced the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase,tumor necrosis factorα,CD16,CD32,and CD86 and increased the expression of the anti-inflammatory markers ARG1 and *** together,our findings indicate that the cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase-stimulator of interferon genes-interferon regulatory factor 7 pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.

An ever-increasing market demand has stimulated the soaring enthusiasm of researchers to develop wide-temperature supercapacitors(SCs). The active electrode is one of the most important parts of SC, which is directly related to the energy density,power transmission and long-term cyclability of the device in the wide-temperature environment. Compared with the SC electrodes aimed for room-temperature application, the SC electrodes for operating at wide-temperature scene often face greater challenges. In this review, the main challenges of SC electrodes under various temperature conditions, including low, high and cross-fade temperatures, are summarized. The relevant performance decay and failure mechanisms of wide-temperature SC electrodes are analyzed. In addition, this review deals with the recent studies and developments in robust wide-temperature SC electrodes with respect to the rational design of electrode structures and the exploitation of advanced active materials. Finally, the future directions for exploring reliable wide-temperature SCs are also proposed.
