Due to increasingly stringent fuel consumption and emission regulation,improving thermal efficiency and reducing particulate matter emissions are two main issues for next generation gasoline *** burn mode could greatly reduce pumping loss and decrease the fuel consumption of gasoline engines,although the burning rate is decreased by higher diluted intake *** this study,dual injection stratified combustion mode is used to accelerate the burning rate of lean burn by increasing the fuel concentration near the spark *** effects of engine control parameters such as the excess air coefficient(Lambda),direct injection(DI)ratio,spark interval with DI,and DI timing on combustion,fuel consumption,gaseous emissions,and particulate emissions of a dual injection gasoline engine are *** is shown that the lean burn limit can be extended to Lambda=1.8 with a low compression ratio of 10,while the fuel consumption can be obviously improved at Lambda=*** exists a spark window for dual injection stratified lean burn mode,in which the spark timing has a weak effect on *** optimization of the control parameters,the brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC)decreases 9.05%more than that of original stoichiometric combustion with DI as 2 bar brake mean effective pressure(BMEP)at a 2000 r/min engine *** NO_(x) emissions before threeway catalyst(TWC)are 71.31%lower than that of the original engine while the particle number(PN)is 81.45%lower than the original *** dual injection stratified lean burn has a wide range of applications which can effectively reduce fuel consumption and particulate *** BSFC reduction rate is higher than 5%and the PN reduction rate is more than 50%with the speed lower than 2400 r/min and the load lower than 5 bar.

Traditional energy-based sound source localization methods have the problems of the large solution space and time-consuming calculation. Accordingly, this paper proposes to use the data collected by each acoustic sensor and their corresponding weights to adaptively initialize the prior area of a target. In this way, the potential existence range of the target is reduced and the location estimate can be determined in a small area. Specifically, we first determine the initial search point based on the current sound data and the set rules. Then, the prior location of the target is iteratively searched according to different sound energy circles’ weights. Next, the prior area of the target is determined around the prior location. Finally, the precise location of the target is further traversed to minimize the objective function, which is constructed by the weighted nonlinear least squares location(WNLS) algorithm. A series of indoor experiments are *** results show that our method can effectively improve the positioning accuracy by approximately 13%and greatly reduce the calculation time.

Influence of La2O3 addition on nano indentation hardness and residual stress of Stellite 6 coating prepared by plasma cladding

One of the problems limiting the application of Stellite 6 coating is the residual stress resulting in cracks in the coating easily. In order to reduce the residual stress and increase the nano-indentation hardness,La2 O3 was added to Stellite 6 coating in this study, and the influence on the microstructure, nano indentation hardness and residual stress of the coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy（SEM） with energy dispersive spectrum（EDS）, X-ray diffraction（XRD） and nano-indentation tester. Results indicate that the addition of La2 O3 leads to the phenomenon that the dendrite is partly transformed into the equiaxed grain, which results in the grain refinement. The nano-indentation hardness of coatings is improved, which is attributed to the fine-grain strengthening and dispersion strengthening effect of La2 O3. With the addition of La2 O3, the residual stress in coatings is decreased significantly. Especially, when the content of La2 O3 is 0.8 wt%, the nano indentation hardness increases by 1.31 times and residual stress decreases to 20 percent, compared with coating without La2 O3.

Spinal cord injury often leads to severe motor and sensory deficits,and prognosis using the currently available therapies remains ***,we aimed to explore a novel therapeutic approach for improving the prognosis of spinal cord *** this study,we implanted oscillating field stimulation devices and transplanted neural stem cells into the thoracic region(T9–T10)of rats with a spinal cord ***-Beattie-Bresnahan scoring revealed that oscillating field stimulation combined with neural stem cells transplantation promoted motor function recovery following spinal cord *** addition,we investigated the regulation of oscillating field stimulation on the miR-124/Tal1 axis in neural stem *** of lentivirus was performed to investigate the role of Tal1 in neurogenesis of neural stem cells induced by oscillating field *** reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,immunofluorescence and western blotting showed that oscillating field stimulation promoted neurogenesis of neural stem cells in vitro and in *** and eosin staining showed that oscillating field stimulation combined with neural stem cells transplantation alleviated cavities formation after spinal cord *** the results together,we concluded that oscillating field stimulation decreased miR-124 expression and increased Tal1 content,thereby promoting the neurogenesis of neural stem *** combination of oscillating field stimulation and neural stem cells transplantation improved neurogenesis,and thereby promoted structural and functional recovery after spinal cord injury.

Virus-induced gene silencing （VIGS） is a useful technique for rapid plant gene function analysis. We recently reported a new VIGS vector modified from Tomato yellow leaf curl China virus （TYLCCNV） DNAβ （DNAm β）. In this study we compared in detail DNAmβ-induced gene silencing in four Nicotiana species including N. benthamiana, N. glutinosa, N. tabacum and N. paniculata. We found that DNAmβ-induced gene silencing in the four species was distinct in developing dynamics, tissue specificity, efficiency, and constancy in the plant life span. It was most efficient in N. benthamiana, where development of VIGS was most rapid, without tissue specificity and nearly 100% efficient. DNAmβ-induced gene silencing in N. glutinosa was also efficient despite being slightly less than in N. benthamiana. It initially occurred in veins, later was scattered to mesophyll, finally led to complete silencing in whole leaves. In both species, VIGS constantly expressed until the plants died. However, DNAmβ-mediated VIGS in the other two Nicotiana species, N. tabacum and N. paniculata, was significantly less efficient. It was strictly limited within the veins of the silenced leaves, and constantly occurred only over 3-4 weeks. The upper leaves that emerged later stopped showing the silencing phenotype. DNAmβ-induced gene silencing in N. benthamiana and N. glutinosa was not significantly influenced by the growth stage when the plants were agro-inoculated, and was not sensitive to high growth temperature up to 32℃. Our results indicate that this system has great potential as a versatile VIGS system for routine functional analysis of genes in some Nicotiana species.
