Background: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of life(QoL) of hospitalized patients in China suffering from digestive system malignancies and to identify potential risk factors for a decrease in ***: The European Organization for Research and Treatment Core Quality of Life questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30) was applied to evaluate the QoL of 23,519 patients with six digestive malignancies(esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, biliary tract cancer, and pancreatic cancer). A t test or analysis of variance was employed to analyze the total EORTC QLQ-C30 scale scores and domain scores of the EORTC QLQ-C30 scale among patients in different ***: The average QoL score was 50.4 ± 10.8. The tumor type, age, sex, and TNM stage al had an impact on QoL ratings. Colorectal cancer patients had a better total QoL score(49.3 ± 10.3) and scores in the domains of functioning, with milder symptoms, except for diarrhea. Patients with biliary tract cancer(54.2 ± 12.3) and pancreatic cancer(54.2 ± 12.3) reported a poorer QoL, significant functional impairment, and more pronounced symptoms. Patients with esophageal cancer experienced the most severe financial difficulties(35.2 ± 27.5). Patients aged ≥65 years, women, and those with TNM stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ reported lower QoL. In addition, the disparities in total QoL scores and scores in specific domains were significant among patients with some types of tumors, and based on ethnicity, educational level, occupation, treatment(s) received, and place of ***: There is a need to focus on elderly individuals, those with low educational levels, and patients with progressive malignant tumors and to improve routine disease monitoring and symptom management to enhance the quality of life for patients with malignancies of the digestive system.

目的:探讨雷公藤甲素(TP)对HepG2细胞的过氧化损伤及对自噬的调控作用。方法:将质量浓度为0.003 2,0.016,0.08,0.4,2 g·L^(-1)的TP作用于体外培养的HepG2细胞48 h,另设空白组做对比,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞生长活性,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性,采用蛋白质免疫印迹(Western blot)法检测自噬相关蛋白微管相关蛋白轻链3(LC3Ⅱ)与Beclin1蛋白的表达情况,用免疫荧光法检测自噬相关蛋白LC3的表达情况。结果:与空白组比较,随着TP质量浓度的增加,HepG2活性下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);检测细胞上清中SOD,GSH-Px的活性,均较空白组降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);Western blot表明TP可上调LC3Ⅱ与Beclin1蛋白水平的表达(P<0.05,P<0.01),免疫荧光法同样表明TP能够引起自噬相关蛋白LC3表达的增多(P<0.05,P<0.01),均具有一定的浓度依赖性。结论:一定质量浓度的TP可造成肝细胞损伤,其损伤机制可能与过氧化损伤以及过氧化损伤导致的自噬过度激活有关。

Introducing saturated carbon-carbon bonds into organic molecules significantly increases the three-dimensional configuration,thus altering the physical and chemical properties as well as the functions of molecules. Transition-metal-catalyzed carboncarbon cross-couplings represent one of the most straightforward, efficient and modular alternatives to build saturation in a single step. However, the efficient construction of alkyl-alkyl bonds remains a formidable challenge due to the precise manipulation of multiple alkyl metallic intermediates as well as associated competitive side reactions and selectivity control. Over the past years, Ni-catalyzed cross-coupling under reductive conditions has gained more and more attention for alkyl-alkyl crosscoupling partially attributing to the low-valent state of metal centers under reducing conditions, which suppresses the competitive β-hydride elimination process, thus facilitating the formation of alkyl-alkyl bonds. In this review, the initiative and progress of Ni-catalyzed cross-electrophile alkyl-alkyl cross-coupling, including the efforts in racemic and enantioselective formation of alkyl-alkyl bonds, have been summarized and discussed. Moreover, the challenges and further opportunities in this area have also been discussed.

目的:观察在常规西医治疗的基础上联合运用黄芪、红花注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:将76例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组。对照组36例,采用西医常规治疗;治疗组40例,在西医常规治疗的基础上给予黄芪注射液、红花注射液治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组显效13例,有效24例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%(95%C I=79.3%～98.4%);对照组显效3例,有效23例,无效10例,总有效率为72.2%(95%C I=54.8%～85.8%);两组心绞痛综合疗效比较(u=2.718 7,P=0.008 2),差异有统计学意义;心电图变化综合疗效比较(u=2.111 0,P=0.035 1),差异亦有统计学意义。结论:黄芪、红花注射液联合西医常规治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效优于单纯西医治疗,其心绞痛疗效收益为OR=0.21(95%C I=0.05～0.84),NNT=5(95%C I=2.69～30.12);其心电图疗效收益为OR=0.43(95%C I=0.17～1.09),NNT=5(95%C I=2.35～56.21)。

Phytoplankton assemblages in the subtrophical oligotrophic Lake Fuxian, the second deepest lake in China, were investigated monthly from September 2002 to August 2003. A total of 113 species belonging to seven phyla were identified, among them, a filamentous green alga, Mougeotia sp., dominated almost throughout the study period and comprised most of the total phytoplankton biomass. Mougeotia sp. has made a substantial development during the past decades: it was absent in 1957, only occasionally present in 1983, increased substantially in 1993, and became predominant in 2002—2003. It is likely that natural invasion of the Taihu Lake noodlefish(Neosalanx taihuensis) has led to a change of dominant herbivorous zooplankton from small to large calanoid, which has increased grazing pressure on small edible algae, and thus has indirectly favored the development of the inedible filamentous Mougeotia sp.

Background Malnutrition is common among cancer patients,but few studies have evaluated the nutritional status among gynecological cancer patients in *** study aimed to assess the nutritional status of women with gynecological cancer using the patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA).Methods Data for gynecological cancer patients treated at 44 tertiary hospitals were retrieved from a multicenter study on tumor *** R Software was used for statistical *** analyses of PG-SGA scores were performed using the Chi-squared test for categorical variables and the Wilcoxon-rank sum test or Kruskal-Wallis test for continuous variables,as *** significance level was *** Data for 1962 women with three types of gynecological cancer(cervical,uterine and ovarian cancer)were used for the data *** median PG-SGA score was 4(interquartile range,IQR:1,8),the median participants’age was 51(IQR:46,59)years old,and the patients had a median BMI of 22.9(IQR:20.7,25.4).The percentages of women who had a medical co-morbidity,or had undergone any radical resection,chemotherapy,or radiotherapy were approximately 27.7%,55.4%,52.5%,and 30.2%,*** levels of serum albumin and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were 40.1g/L(IQR:36.8,43.1)and 1.2mmol/L(IQR:1.0,1.5),*** identified risk factors for malnutrition based on the PG-SGA score were age(0.05±0.01,p=0.002),BMI(-0.34±0.04,p<0.001),having a medical co-morbidity(0.95±0.33,p=0.004),receiving radiotherapy(1.52±0.31,p<0.001),the serum albumin level(-0.18±0.03,p<0.001),and the HDL-C(-1.12±0.35,p=0.001)as indicated by a linear regression *** A higher PG-SGA score is positively associated with the age of the patient,having a medical co-morbidity,and receiving radiotherapy,and is negatively related to the patients’BMI and serum albumin and HDL-C levels.
