Paclitaxel(PTX),methotrexate(MTX),and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)are commonly-used small molecule anti-tumor drugs for breast ***,drug resistance occurs with long-term treatment or excessive use,and the high concentrations of PTX,MTX,and 5-FU in patients may lead to side effects with dose-limiting toxicities,such as myelosuppression,hepatotoxicity,and peripheral ***,concentration monitoring of PTX,MTX,and 5-FU in clinical treatment is very *** prepared highly sensitive and specific monoclonal antibodies using several haptens,and established a multiple paper-based sensor utilizing optical signals of gold nanoparticles,which simultaneously detected PTX,MTX,and 5-FU in human plasma or urine with 10 min.A portable scanner for quantitative detection in plasma and urine samples was used,and the calculated limit of detection(cLOD)values were 0.002 and 0.142μg/mL for PTX,0.187 and 0.976 ng/mL for MTX,and 0.057 and 0.128μg/mL for 5-FU,*** the recovery test,the recovery rates and the coefficient of variation were 85.84%–108.81%and 1.23%–8.80%,respectively,indicating the reliability and accuracy of the multiple gold immunochromatographic strip(GIS).In addition,for the determination of collected clinical plasma samples,the correlation between the test data of the multiple GIS and liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS)was ***,the developed multiple GIS could be applied to the rapid detection of PTX,MTX,and 5-FU in different clinical samples.

An automatic procedure for building a protein polyalanine backbone from guiding alpha-carbon positions is presented here,which is different from a previously developed'spare parts'approach(Jones and Thirup,1986;Claessens et al.,1989). Although Zn metal has been regarded as the most promising anode for aqueous batteries,its practical application is still restricted by side reactions and dendrite ***,an in-situ solid electrolyte interphase （SEI） film formed on the interface of electrode/electrolyte during the plating/stripping of zinc anodes by introducing trace amounts of multidentate ligand sodium diethyldithiocarbamate （DDTC） additive into 1 *** synergistic effect of in-situ solid electrolyte interphase forming and chelate effect endows Zn2+with uniform and rapid interface-diffusion kinetics against dendrite growth and surface side *** a result,the Zn anode in 1 M ZnSO4+DDTC electrolytes displays an ultra-high coulombic efficiency of99.5%and cycling stability （more than 2000 h）,especially at high current density (more than 600 cycles at 40 mA cm-2).Moreover,the Zn//MnO2full cells in the ZnSO4+DDTC electrolyte exhibit outstanding cyclic stability（with 98.6%capacity retention after 2000 cycles at 10 C）.This electrode/electrolyte interfacial chemistry modulated strategy provides new insight into enhancing zinc anode stability for high-performance aqueous zinc batteries.

BACKGROUND Lymph node ratio(LNR)was demonstrated to play a crucial role in the prognosis of many ***,research concerning the prognostic value of LNR in postoperative gastric neuroendocrine neoplasm(NEN)patients was *** To explore the prognostic value of LNR in postoperative gastric NEN patients and to combine LNR to develop prognostic *** A total of 286 patients from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database were divided into the training set and validation set at a ratio of 8:2.92 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University in China were designated as a test *** regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between LNR and disease-specific survival(DSS)of gastric NEN *** survival forest(RSF)algorithm and Cox proportional hazards(CoxPH)analysis were applied to develop models to predict DSS respectively,and compared with the 8th edition American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)tumornode-metastasis(TNM)*** Multivariate analyses indicated that LNR was an independent prognostic factor for postoperative gastric NEN patients and a higher LNR was accompanied by a higher risk of *** RSF model exhibited the best performance in predicting DSS,with the C-index in the test set being 0.769[95%confidence interval(CI):0.691-0.846]outperforming the CoxPH model(0.744,95%CI:0.665-0.822)and the 8th edition AJCC TNM staging(0.723,95%CI:0.613-0.833).The calibration curves and decision curve analysis(DCA)demonstrated the RSF model had good calibration and clinical ***,the RSF model could perform risk stratification and individual prognosis prediction *** A higher LNR indicated a lower DSS in postoperative gastric NEN *** RSF model outperformed the CoxPH model and the 8th edition AJCC TNM staging in the test set,showing potential in clinical practice.
