Potential effects of the nursing work environment on the work-family conflict in operating room nurses

BACKGROUND The nursing working environment is an important subsystem in the hospital environment.A good working environment could have a positive impact on ***,the work-family conflict and unsatisfactory working environment could significantly reduce their working enthusiasm,efficacy as well as the overall quality of the nursing,increase their fatigue,and thereby compromise their career *** To explore the possible status quo and to analyze the correlation between work environment perception and the work-family conflict among nurses in the operating *** A total of 312 operating room nurses from two first-class hospitals at Grade 2 and two first-class hospitals at Grade 3 in China from May to September 2017 were included in this research using the cluster sampling *** data,including the general information questionnaire,the practice environment scale of the nursing work index(PES-NWI),and the work-family conflict scale,were systematically *** correlation analysis was applied to analyze the correlation between the two scores,with influencing factors analyzed by hierarchical regression *** A total of 312 questionnaires were issued,and the response rate and effective questionnaire rate were both 96.15%(300/312).The total scores of the PES-NWI scale and the work-family conflict scale were 3.07±0.43(vs maximum up to 4 points)and 52.32±8.79(vs maximum up to 90 points),*** scores of the PES-NWI scale were negatively correlated with that of work-family conflict scale(all P<0.05).The perception of the nursing work environment and the number of night shifts per month were the major factors contributing to the workfamily conflict(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION The nursing work environment and the work-family conflict among nurses in the operating room were both found at a medium level with a negative correlation between the two.

Preparation of novel chiral stationary phase based on click chemistry for ligand exchange chromatography

Click chemistry was applied to immobilize L-proline derivative onto azide-modified silica gel to give a novel chiral stationary phase （denoted as click-CSP） for ligand exchange chromatography. The developed protocol combines the benefits of operational simplicity, exceptionally mild conditions and high surface loadings. The enantioselectivity α of some DL-arnino acids on the click- CSP were found to be in the range from 1.13 to 3.46. The chromatographic resolutions of some DL-amino acids and the stability study firmly illustrate the potential of click chemistry for preparation chiral stationary phase for ligand exchange chromatography.

Development and validation of an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Ramipril and Amlodipine in tablets

AnRP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination ofRamipril （RP） andAmlodipine （AL） in tablets was developed and validated by Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010. The linearity of the proposed method was investigated in the range of 0.01-0.25 mg/mL （r^2=0.9998） for RP and 0.014-0.36 mg/mL （r^2=0.9997） for AL. The limits of detection （LOD） were 0.06 lag/mL and 0.02 μg/mL for RP and AL, and the limits of quantitation （LOQ） were 0.2 Dg/mL and 0.07 μg/mL, respectively. Some major impurities and degradation products did not disturb the detection of RP and AL and the assay can thus be considered stability-indicating.

The goal of this paper is to deal with a new dynamic system called a differential evolution hemivariational inequality(DEHVI)which couples an abstract parabolic evolution hemivariational inequality and a nonlinear differential equation in a Banach ***,by apply ing surjectivity result for pseudomonotone multivalued mappins and the properties of Clarke's subgradient,we show the nonempty of the solution set for the parabolic hemivariational ***,some topological properties of the solution set are established such as boundedness,closedness and ***,we explore the upper semicontinuity of the solution ***,we prove the solution set of the system(DEHVI)is nonempty and the set of all trajectories of(DEHVI)is weakly compact in C(I,X).

Significantly Enhanced Melt Memory Effect of Metallocene-made Isotactic Polypropylene Containing Talc

The melt memory effect is a widely observed phenomenon in semi-crystalline polymers. In practical applications, various additives are usually introduced into polymers, which may affect their melt memory behavior. In this work, the effect of talc on the melt memory effect of metallocene-made isotactic polypropylene(M-PP) was investigated in detail by using the differential scanning calorimetry. The results indicated that the introduction of talc significantly strengthened the melt memory effect of M-PP. Specifically, the upper limit temperature of Domain II increased from 161 ℃ to 174 ℃, resulting in a substantial widening of the temperature range of Domain IIa from 1 ℃ to 14 ℃. Analysis of the crystal orientation of the M-PP containing talc cooled from various Ts suggested that the remarkably enhanced melt memory effect could be ascribed to the stabilization of oriented nuclei facilitated by talc. This stabilizing effect was likely attributable to the prefreezing effect or the sorption interaction between talc and the M-PP chains.

Three-dimensional(3D)phononic topological insulators(TIs)featuring two-dimensional(2D)surface states and one-dimensional(1D)hinge states have opened up a new route for multi-dimensional robust wave transport,providing unprecedented methods for integrated acoustic sensors and energy harvesting ***,aiming at the elastic 3D phononic TI with gapless surface states and hinge states,the realization of elastic 3D phononic TIs with gapless surface states and hinge states is a significant challenge due to the complicated multi-mode polarization of elastic waves in 3D *** this study,we demonstrate an elastic 3D phononic TI with a Dirac hierarchy by elaborately operating the corresponding spatial symmetries of the chiral honeycomb ***,a 3D double Dirac cone of elastic wave can be achieved by doubling the lattice along the outof-plane direction to fold two iso-frequency Weyl *** topological phase transitions and 2D gapless two-fold Dirac surface states of elastic wave are realized by breaking the half-lattice spatial translation ***,based on the Brillouin zone folding along the in-plane direction,the 2D gapless two-fold surface Dirac cones are folded into four-fold surface Dirac ***,by inducing the relative radius of adjacent holes to break the in-plane spatial inversion symmetry,the fourfold surface Dirac cones are gapped and associated with a surface state inversion,in which the gapless 1D hinge Dirac dispersion is *** research offers a route for engineering the hierarchies of TIs in 3D elastic wave systems and provides new possibilities for designing 3D ultrasonic devices with unconventional functions.

To assess whether a development strategy will be profitable enough,production forecasting is a crucial and difficult step in the *** development history of other reservoirs in the same class tends to be studied to make predictions ***,the permeability field,well patterns,and development regime must all be similar for two reservoirs to be considered in the same *** results in very few available experiences from other reservoirs even though there is a lot of historical information on numerous reservoirs because it is difficult to find such similar *** paper proposes a learn-to-learn method,which can better utilize a vast amount of historical data from various ***,the proposed method first learns how to learn samples before directly learning rules in ***,by utilizing gradients from networks with independent parameters and copied structure in each class of reservoirs,the proposed network obtains the optimal shared initial parameters which are regarded as transferable information across different *** on that,the network is able to predict future production indices for the target reservoir by only training with very limited samples collected from reservoirs in the same *** cases further demonstrate its superiority in accuracy to other widely-used network methods.

SFNet:Stellar Feature Network with CWT for Stellar Spectra Recognition

Stellar spectral classification is crucial in astronomical data ***,existing studies are often limited by the uneven distribution of stellar samples,posing challenges in practical *** when balancing stellar categories and their numbers,there is room for improvement in classification *** study introduces a Continuous Wavelet Transform using the Super Morlet wavelet to convert stellar spectra into wavelet images.A novel neural network,the Stellar Feature Network,is proposed for classifying these *** spectra from Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope DR9,encompassing five equal categories(B,A,F,G,K),were *** experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed methods and network,achieving significant improvements in classification accuracy.

Analysis of the one-decoy-state SARG04 quantum cryptography protocol in the presence of afterpulse effects

The SARG04 quantum key distribution protocol can offer greater robustness against photon number splitting attacks than the BB84 protocol that is implemented with weak *** this paper,we propose a tight key analysis for the SARG04 protocol,by considering the one-decoy method and investigating its performance under the influence of a detector *** results demonstrate that an increase in block size leads to a slight increase in both the secure key rate and the maximum transmission ***,the detector afterpulse plays a crucial role in practical applications and has a more pronounced effect on the SARG04 protocol compared to the BB84 protocol.
