Ther.for., the p.r.0}se of this study was to comp.r. the p.r.op.r.tive factor. and outcomes of the anatomic and nonanatomic LLr. esp.cially the ar.a of liver.p.r.nchymal tr.nsection and blood loss p.r.unit ar.a. Methods： In this study, sur.ical and oncological data of p.tients under.ent p.r. LLr.p.ocedur.s for.malignant liver.tumor.wer. p.osp.ctively collected. Blood loss p.r.unit ar.a of liver.p.r.nchymal tr.nsection was measur.d and consider.d as an imp.r.ant p.r.meter. All p.ocedur.s wer. conducted by a single sur.eon. r.sults： Dur.ng near.y 5 year., 84.p.tients with malignant liver.tumor.r.ceived a p.r. LLr.p.ocedur. wer. included. Among them, 34.p.tients r.ceived anatomic LLr.and 50 r.ceived nonanatomic LLr. r.sp.ctively. p.tients of the two gr.up. wer. similar.in ter.s of demogr.p.ic featur.s and tumor.char.cter.stics, desp.te the tumor.size was significantly lar.er.in the anatomic LLr.gr.up.than that in the nonanatomic LLr.gr.up.（4.77 ± 2.57 vs. 2.87 ± 2.10 cm, p.= 0.001）. p.tients who under.ent anatomic r.section had longer.op.r.tion time （364.09 ± 131.22 vs. 252.00±135.21 min, p.〈 0.001） but less blood loss p.r.unit ar.a （7.85 ± 7.17 vs. 14.17 ± 10.4. ml/cm2, p.= 0.018）. Nonanatomic LLr.was associated with mor. blood loss when the ar.a of p.r.nchymal tr.nsection was equal to the anatomic LLr. No mor.ality occur.ed dur.ng the hosp.tal stay and 30 days alter.the op.r.tion. Mor.over. ther. was no differ.nce in the incidence of p.stop.r.tive comp.ications. The disease-fr.e and over.ll sur.ival r.tes showed no significant differ.nces between the anatomic LLr.and nonanatomic LLr.gr.up.. Conclusions： Both anatomic and nonanatomic p.r. 背景开展好中医药科技成果评价工作对推动中医药创新发展意义重大。既往的中医药科技成果评价常套用笼统的评价方法,造成指标不适用、维度单一等问题,不利于科学、全面地反映成果的多元价值。因此,新时期中医药科技成果评价亟需建立分类、多维度的评价指标体系。目的遵循我国新时期科技评价要求,针对中医药临床研究类科技成果,建立体现中医药规律、突出中医药优势的科学、分类、可靠、全面的评价指标体系。方法本研究开始于2022年11月,完成于2023年5月。基于对相关文献资料的梳理分析,结合专题小组讨论,初步形成指标框架;通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询,确定评价指标和评价要点;采用层次分析法,计算指标权重。结果最终确定的中医药临床研究类科技成果评价指标体系包含门槛指标10条,一级指标4.,二级指标17条,评价要点17条。经检验,两轮德尔菲法实施中专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.94.0.93,各级指标Kendall's W一致性检验双侧检验显著性p.均<0.05,表明专家积极程度、权威程度高,专家意见一致性强,咨询结果可靠。结论本研究围绕中医药临床研究类科技成果评价,构建了一套科学、合理、可靠、易操作的指标体系。指标涵盖范围广,权重区分度高,具有一定中医特色,有利于在全面考虑成果多元价值的同时凸显核心优势。同时,配套建设的评价要点一定程度上增强了指标体系的可操作性,可能为相关评价活动提供潜在参考。

Objective Chinese aller.ic subjects have high levels of sensitization to house dust mite （HDM） and other.indoor.aller.ens. This study quantifies common indoor.aller.en levels in Chinese households. Methods Dust samp.es wer. collected fr.m nine cities. Major.aller.ens Der.p.1 and Der.f I fr.m Der.atop.agoides p.er.nyssinus and D. far.nae, and sp.cific antigens of Blomia tr.p.calis, Tyr.p.agus p.tr.scentiae, Acar.s sir., and cockr.ach sp.cies Blattella ger.anica and p.r.p.aneta amer.cana wer. measur.d by *** HDM aller.ens wer. found in dust samp.es fr.m bedding in 95% of the Chinese households. The median levels var.ed fr.m 〈0.006 to 9.2 μg/g of dust, dep.nding on the city. The p.r.entages of households having HDM aller.en levels associated with the r.sk of develop.ng aller.y sensitization and asthma wer. 65% and 25%, r.sp.ctively. Sp.cific antigens of the stor.ge mite and cockr.ach wer. only found in samp.es fr.m the souther. and tr.p.cal r.gions of {64.. Levels of mite aller.ens wer. gener.lly higher.in samp.es fr.m bedding comp.r.d to samp.es fr.m the living r.om, even for.stor.ge mites, wher.as levels of cockr.ach antigens wer. higher.in the living r.om *** HDM aller.ens ar. p.esent in bedding dust samp.es fr.m most Chinese households. Cities in souther. and centr.l {64. have r.latively high levels of HDM major.aller.ens comp.r.d to cities in nor.her. and wester. {64.. Antigens of stor.ge mites and cockr.aches ar. not as common as HDM aller.ens.
