家族史是指某一种疾病在家族成员中的发病情况[1]。乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)相关肝硬化/肝细胞癌家族史(以下简称家族史)是家族慢性HBV感染者肝硬化/肝细胞癌发生的风险因素[2,3,4,5,6,7]。为进一步降低肝硬化/肝细胞癌的发生风险,中华医学会肝病学分会组织有关专家,根据国内外慢性HBV感染者诊治发展趋势与发表的相关临床研究证据,发布了《扩大慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗的专家意见》[8](以下简称《专家意见》),其中推荐4是:对于血清HBV DNA阳性者,无论丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平高低,只要有HBV相关肝硬化或肝细胞癌家族史者建议抗病毒治疗。但经仔细研读并结合有关文献,觉得家族史单独作为HBV DNA阳性HBV感染者启动抗病毒治疗的条件可操作性有限,且临床引用/应用时尚需注意一些问题。

目的研究长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)心肌梗死转录本(MIAT)在胃癌患者外周血白细胞分化抗原(CD)4+T细胞中的表达变化及临床应用价值。方法收集江苏省泰州市人民医院2019年1月至2021年4月就诊的124例胃癌患者,90例胃良性疾病患者和80名健康对照者的外周血CD4+T细胞。分别应用实时荧光定量PCR和染色质免疫共沉淀联合定量聚合酶链反应检测MIAT表达量和RNA 6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)与MIAT基因启动子结合活性。用Spearman检验分析MIAT与临床病理特征、调节性T细胞(Treg)水平之间的相关性,用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价CD4+T细胞中MIAT对胃癌的诊断效能。结果胃癌患者、胃良性疾病患者和健康对照者外周血CD4+T细胞中MIAT的相对表达量分别为2.849(2.131,4.062)、1.511(0.916,1.855)和0.963(0.729,1.432),3组间差异有统计学意义(H=158.25,P0.05),在不同TNM分期(χ^(2)=23.571,P=0.002)、不同肿瘤大小(χ^(2)=9.443,P<0.01)、有无淋巴结转移(χ^(2)=45.248,P<0.01)中差异有统计学意义。胃癌患者CD4+T细胞中MIAT相对表达量与Treg细胞比例之间呈正相关(r2=0.76,P<0.001)。用ROC曲线分析CD4+T细胞MIAT、血清CEA及CA199对胃癌患者的诊断效能,胃癌患者和胃良性疾病患者比较时,其曲线下面积分别为0.879、0.635和0.611;胃癌患者和健康者比较时,其曲线下面积分别为0.953、0.784和0.598。结论胃癌患者外周血CD4+T细胞中MIAT的表达水平显著高于胃良性疾病以及健康人群,与m6A与其启动子结合活性下降有关,并有望作为胃癌的重要的分子诊断标志物。

N-doped graphene quantum dot-decorated N-TiO2/P-doped porous hollow g-C_(3)N_(4) nanotube composite photocatalysts for antibiotic photodegradation and H2 production

Exclusive responsiveness to ultraviolet light (~3.2 eV) and high photogenerated charge recombination rate are the two primary drawbacks of pure TiO_(2). We combined N-doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs), morphology regulation, and heterojunction construction strategies to synthesize N-GQD/N-doped TiO_(2)/P-doped porous hollow g-C_(3)N_(4) nanotube (PCN) composite photocatalysts (denoted as G-TPCN). The optimal sample (G-TPCN doped with 0.1wt% N-GQD, denoted as 0.1% G-TPCN) exhibits significantly enhanced photoabsorption, which is attributed to the change in bandgap caused by elemental doping (P and N), the improved light-harvesting resulting from the tube structure, and the upconversion effect of N-GQDs. In addition, the internal charge separation and transfer capability of0.1% G-TPCN are dramatically boosted, and its carrier concentration is 3.7, 2.3, and 1.9 times that of N-TiO_(2), PCN, and N-TiO_(2)/PCN(TPCN-1), respectively. This phenomenon is attributed to the formation of Z-scheme heterojunction between N-TiO_(2) and PCNs, the excellent electron conduction ability of N-GQDs, and the short transfer distance caused by the porous nanotube structure. Compared with those of N-TiO_(2), PCNs, and TPCN-1, the H2 production activity of 0.1%G-TPCN under visible light is enhanced by 12.4, 2.3, and 1.4times, respectively, and its ciprofloxacin (CIP) degradation rate is increased by 7.9, 5.7, and 2.9 times, respectively. The optimized performance benefits from excellent photoresponsiveness and improved carrier separation and migration efficiencies. Finally, the photocatalytic mechanism of 0.1% G-TPCN and five possible degradation pathways of CIP are proposed. This study clarifies the mechanism of multiple modification strategies to synergistically improve the photocatalytic performance of 0.1% G-TPCN and provides a potential strategy for rationally designing novel photocatalysts for environmental remediation and solar energy conversion.

Denoising(DN) and demosaicing(DM) are the first crucial stages in the image signal processing pipeline. Recently, researches pay more attention to solve DN and DM in a joint manner, which is an extremely undetermined inverse problem. Existing deep learning methods learn the desired prior on synthetic dataset, which limits the generalization of learned network to the real world data. Moreover, existing methods mainly focus on the raw data property of high green information sampling rate for DM, but occasionally exploit the high intensity and signalto-noise(SNR) of green channel. In this work, a deep guided attention network(DGAN) is presented for real image joint DN and DM(JDD), which considers both high SNR and high sampling rate of green information for DN and DM, respectively. To ease the training and fully exploit the data property of green channel, we first train DN and DM sub-networks sequentially and then learn them jointly, which can alleviate the error accumulation. Besides, in order to support the real image JDD, we collect paired raw clean RGB and noisy mosaic images to conduct a realistic dataset. The experimental results on real JDD dataset show the presented approach performs better than the state-of-the-art methods, in terms of both quantitative metrics and qualitative visualization.

As an essential concept to understand the world,whether the real values(or physical realities)of observables are suitable to physical systems beyond the classic has been debated for many *** standard nogo results based on Bell inequalities have ruled out the joint reality of incompatible quantum observables,the possibility of giving simple yet strong arguments to rule out joint reality in any physical system(not necessarily quantum)with weaker assumptions and less observables has been explored and proposed ***,we perform a device-independent experiment on a two-qubit superconducting system to show that the joint reality of two observables is incompatible with locality under the weaker assumption of the reality of observables in a single space-time region(or single qubit).Our results clearly show the violation of certain inequalities derived from both linear and nonlinear *** addition,we study the robustness of the linear and nonlinear criterion against the effect of systematic *** demonstration opens up the possibility of delineating classical and non-classical boundaries with simpler nontrivial quantum system.
