Magnetic Fields Affect Alcoholic Liver Disease by Liver Cell Oxidative Stress and Proliferation Regulation

It is well known that alcohol consumption leads to substantially increased free radical levels and health risks,which lacks effective treatment besides alcohol ***,we compared different static magnetic field(SMF)settings and found that a downward quasi-uniform SMF of~0.1 to 0.2 T could effectively alleviate alcohol-induced liver damage and lipid accumulation and improve hepatic *** of two different directions can reduce the inflammation,reactive oxygen species levels,and oxidative stress in the liver,while the downward SMF had more obvious ***,we found that the upward direction SMF of~0.1 to 0.2 T could inhibit DNA synthesis and regeneration in hepatocytes,which caused detrimental effects on the lifespan of"heavy drinking"*** contrast,the downward SMF prolongs survival of"heavy drinking"*** one hand,our study shows that~0.1 to 0.2 T moderate quasi-uniform SMFs with a downward direction have great promises to be developed into a physical method to reduce alcohol-induced liver damage;on the other hand,although the internationally recognized upper limit for SMF public exposure is 0.4 T,people should also pay extra attention to SMF strength,direction,and inhomogeneity that could generate harmful effects on specific severe pathological conditions.

Iron-sulfur clusters(ISC)are essential cofactors for proteins involved in various biological processes,such as electron transport,biosynthetic reactions,DNA repair,and gene expression *** assembly protein IscA1(or MagR)is found within the mitochondria of most ***(MagR)is a highly conserved A-type iron and iron-sulfur cluster-binding protein,characterized by two distinct types of iron-sulfur clusters,[2Fe-2S]and[3Fe-4S],each conferring unique magnetic *** forms a rod-like polymer structure in complex with photoreceptive cryptochrome(Cry)and serves as a putative magnetoreceptor for retrieving geomagnetic information in animal *** the N-terminal sequences of MagR vary among species,their specific function remains *** the present study,we found that the N-terminal sequences of pigeon MagR,previously thought to serve as a mitochondrial targeting signal(MTS),were not cleaved following mitochondrial entry but instead modulated the efficiency with which iron-sulfur clusters and irons are ***,the N-terminal region of MagR was required for the formation of a stable MagR/Cry ***,the N-terminal sequences in pigeon MagR fulfil more important functional roles than just mitochondrial *** results further extend our understanding of the function of MagR and provide new insights into the origin of magnetoreception from an evolutionary perspective.

多项研究表明,磁场会对机体血糖水平和糖尿病并发症产生一定影响。该文系统地比较并分析多种参数的磁场对多种生物系统的血糖、胰岛素水平以及糖尿病并发症的影响。研究结果显示,尽管磁场对血糖和胰岛素水平的影响会因为磁场参数和检测样品的多样化而导致其结果不同,但磁场对糖尿病伤口愈合以及骨关节病有着比较一致的正面效应,显示了良好的应用前景。虽然目前对磁场影响血糖的相关机制探索还不够系统深入,但已有证据表明,磁场可能通过影响细胞膜、膜蛋白以及Ca^2+浓度等来影响胰岛素分泌。这不仅有助于人们深入了解磁场对血糖调节和糖尿病的影响,而且为未来进行更系统深入的研究,开发磁场在糖尿病及其并发症临床治疗中的潜在应用奠定基础。

Fluidization thermal decomposition of sodium fluosilicate

To break through the thermodynamic limitation that sodium fluosilicate only can be completely decomposed at high temperature,the technology of pre-decomposition under SiF_(4) atmosphere and deep decomposition under air condition at lower temperature was *** hydrolysis reaction of sodium fluosilicate can be effectively restrained when drying under vacuum or low *** decomposition results of sodium fluosilicate indicate that temperature has a very significant effect on its *** decomposition ratio can reach 79.4%at 600℃ for 1 h,and 99.6% at 700℃ for 1 h under air condition,*** velocity and the type of inert gas have no significant effect on its *** particles affect its decomposition performance due to agglomeration,while coarse particles have good thermal decomposition performance without significant *** decomposition reaction process in fluidized bed satisfies the classical Avrami Erofe'EV model,with the reaction order of 1.5 and the activation energy of 61.35 kJ·mol^(-1).

青春期学生性心理健康及家庭影响因素分析

目的了解泰州市青春期学生性心理健康现状及家庭影响因素,为学校、家庭性心理健康教育提出针对性意见。方法采用分层整群抽样法抽取泰州市小学高年级、初中和高中1215名青春期学生进行问卷调查,对数据进行统计分析。结果青春期学生性心理总分中等(3.82±0.52),其中性知识得分低(3.31±1.00),性适应良好(4.29±0.68);女生性态度、性控制力方面优于男生(t值分别为4.53,6.96,P值均<0.01);生理知识、性知识、性观念及自身适应4个维度随着学历的提高均有明显进步(F值分别为157.18,85.18,85.96,65.54,P值均<0.01);家庭中亲子关系、父母是否对子女进行性教育、是否为独生子女、父母的学历、儿童早期与父母长期分离经历和家庭经济状况等对青春期学生性心理发展有预测作用(P值均<0.05)。结论泰州市青春期学生性心理健康现状良好,应着重加强其性知识教育;要促进青春期学生性心理健康,家庭因素的影响应受到更多重视。

Continuously increasing global temperatures present great challenges to food *** size,one of the critical components determining grain yield in rice(Oryza sativa L.),is a prime target for genetic ***,there is an immediate need for genetic improvement in rice to maintain grain yield under heat ***,quantitative trait loci(QTLs)endowing heat stress tolerance and grain size in rice are extremely ***,we identified a novel negative regulator with pleiotropic effects,Thermo‐Tolerance and grain Length 1(TTL1),from the super pan‐genomic and transcriptomic ***‐of‐function mutations in TTL1 enhanced heat tolerance,and caused an increase in grain size by coordinating cell expansion and ***1 was shown to function as a transcriptional regulator and localized to the nucleus and cell ***,haplotype analysis showed that hapL and hapS of TTL1 were obviously correlated with variations of thermotolerance and grain size in a core collection of *** evolution analysis of available rice germplasms suggested that TTL1 was selected during domestication of the indica and japonica rice subspecies,but still had much breeding potential for increasing grain length and *** findings provide insights into TTL1 as a novel potential target for the development of high‐yield and thermotolerant rice varieties.

为解决孤岛式光储充电站的经济调度问题,实现电动汽车有序充电和充电站收益最优,建立了一个基于Stackelberg博弈的双层优化调度模型,并从理论上证明了该Stackelberg均衡点存在且唯一。上层充电站作为本次博弈的领导者,通过制定电动汽车充电价格来管理站内能量并增加其收益。下层电动汽车作为跟随者,以充电站和电动汽车各自的充电功率为约束,根据车主对电价的敏感程度不同确定各自充电量。随后采用分层分布式算法,计算各车主的支付函数收敛到最优值时对应电充汽车的充电量。跟随者彼此间博弈后,与领导者博弈,最终在充电量和支付金额之间取得平衡。仿真结果表明,所提博弈方法在实现电动汽车有序充电的同时,使得充电站收益达到最优化。

考察金融促进我国体育产业发展的方式、困境和政策选择等问题。研究表明:国家政策虽然促使大量资金注入了体育产业,但由于法律制度缺失、优惠政策不连续、财政投入不足、既有政策缺乏耦合性、体育类需求被挤压等不利因素的制约,体育企业融资难和体育保险发展落后,金融助推体育产业发展的效果欠佳;须借鉴发达国家的经验,结合国情来创新体育金融产品、建设体育融资平台、创新担保机制、完善相关法律,并确保金融政策具有耦合性,增加财税政策的支持力度,进而促进金融业与体育产业协同发展。
