It is highly desirable to develop simple organocatalysts for the controlled ring-opening alternating copolymerization(ROAC)of epoxides and cyclic anhydrides,leading to high molecular weight ***,a phosphazenium salt,namely tri[tris(dimethylamino)phosphoranylidenamino]phosphonium chloride(P_(4)^(+)Cl^(-)),is developed as a catalyst for the ROAC of epoxides and cyclic ***,the combination of P_(4)^(+)Cl^(-)with a protonic initiator,such as 1,4-benzenedimethanol(BDM)exhibited high efficiency in the copolymerization of propylene oxide(PO)and phthalic anhydride(PA).This led to the production of polyester with an exceptional high molecular weight(M_n)of up to 126 k Da,which represented a rare example of poly(PO-alt-PA)with Mnsurpassing 100 k *** that the core P atom is trivalent status and the tris[tris(dimethylamino)]phosphoranyl group will share one proton in the P_(4)^(+)Cl^(-)*** combined with protonic species,the P_(4)^(+)Cl^(-)will not only serve as a proton acceptor but also as a hydrogen bonding donor for the cyclic ***,it was assumed that the P_(4)^(+)plus proton served dual role in mimic of base/urea pair to effectively catalyze ROAC,which was supported by density functional theory(DFT)calculations.

2013—2022年某医院真菌血流感染患者临床特点及死亡危险因素分析

目的探讨真菌血流感染患者病原菌分布及其预后,并对其相关危险因素进行分析,为临床诊治真菌血流感染患者提供经验和依据。方法选取2013年12月—2022年12月江苏省苏北人民医院真菌血流感染患者为研究对象,回顾性分析这些患者的真菌分布类型﹑药物敏感性﹑相关危险因素及其预后。结果195例真菌血流感染病例中,男性133例,平均年龄66岁;女性62例,平均年龄65岁;以白念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌为主,分别占45.4%、16.9%、15.3%;死亡101例,死亡率为51.8%;死亡患者中检出最高的为白念珠菌(50.5%,51/101);单因素分析显示住院时长、肾功能不全、肝功能不全、基础疾病≥2种、ICU入住、机械通气、气管插管、留置导管、碳青烯类药物使用与死亡率有关(P<0.05),多因素logistic二元回归分析结果提示住院时长、基础疾病≥2种和气管插管是与真菌血流感染患者死亡率相关的独立危险因素。结论患者的住院时长、基础疾病≥2种和气管插管可能作为真菌血流感染死亡独立危险因素存在,本研究真菌血流感染中最常见的是白念珠菌感染,热带念珠菌和光滑念珠菌对唑类药物的敏感性较低。

目的:通过收集链球菌血流感染患者的临床资料,分析总结其临床特征及其药物敏感性,为链球菌血流感染的诊疗提供理论依据。方法:回顾性收集扬州大学附属苏北人民医院2020年1月-2022年12月血培养分离链球菌,并诊断为链球菌血流感染的患者,分析其临床资料和药敏试验结果。结果:146例链球菌血流感染患者中,中位年龄为61(50,73)岁,合并1种及以上基础疾病患者133例(91.1%),其中慢性病患者80例(54.8%),恶性肿瘤患者33例(22.6%);链球菌血流感染合并肺部感染59例(40.4%),感染性心内膜炎20例(13.7%)。主要分离得到的菌株为缓症链球菌39例(26.7%)﹑停乳链球菌20例(13.7%)和咽峡炎链球菌18例(12.3%)。缓症链球菌对青霉素、头孢噻肟和左氧氟沙星的耐药率分别是9.1%、2.6%和6.1%,对氯霉素、奎奴普丁/达福普汀均敏感。咽峡炎链球菌对青霉素、头孢噻肟和氯霉素的耐药率分别是5.9%、5.5%和5.5%,对左氧氟沙星和奎奴普丁/达福普汀均敏感。两者对克林霉素和红霉素的耐药率均接近40%,均未发现对万古霉素和利奈唑胺耐药菌株。停乳链球菌对青霉素、利奈唑胺、万古霉素、头孢噻肟、氯霉素、左氧氟沙星均敏感,对红霉素、克林霉素和四环素的耐药率较高。结论:慢性基础疾病及恶性肿瘤患者是链球菌的易感人群,链球菌血流感染易伴发肺部感染和感染性心内膜炎。链球菌对红霉素、克林霉素和四环素耐药率较高,草绿色链球菌对青霉素存在一定耐药率,临床治疗时青霉素虽然是常规用药,但也应该重视药敏结果,避免不合理用药,提高疾病治愈率。

目的使用临床菌株和标准菌株验证微滴式数字聚合酶链式反应(ddPCR)试剂检测性能,并评估ddPCR技术临床应用的有效性和实用性。方法使用临床菌株和标准菌株验证ddPCR试剂盒符合率、特异度、精密度、最低检出限等。收集74例疑似血流感染患者的血液样本,同时采用ddPCR和血培养2种方法测定患者血液标本的病原体。结果ddPCR血流感染病原体检测的平均检测时间为3.5 h,能够同时检测十几种常见病原体,ddPCR血流感染病原体检测试剂盒的符合率、特异度、精密度、最低检测限均满足临床要求。疑似血流感染的74例患者中,采用ddPCR方法检测的阳性率为64.86%,采用血培养检测的阳性率为40.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ddPCR可快速﹑批量﹑高效地检测血流感染常见病原体,检测性能可以满足临床需要,血培养联合ddPCR技术检测血流感染有利于临床血流感染患者的早期快速诊断。

Interferon-γis a kind of protein with a wide range of biological activities,which can regulate the immune function of the body,and can be used as an important marker to detect and treat bovine tuberculosis ***,a picogram-level bovine interferon-γ(BoIFN-γ)electrochemical impedance immunosensor was constructed for the first time using mesoporous silica nanospheres(MS Ns)to immobilize specific monoclonal BoIFN-y *** MS Ns and BoIFN-γimmuno sensors were characterized using scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscope,nitrogen adsorption experiment,X-ray photoelectron spectra,and contact angle *** possess a substantial specific surface area and significant hydrophilicity,and can immobilize many antibody molecules,thereby improving detection *** immunosensor has a linear detection range from 0.001 to 10.0 ng/mL with an exceptionally low detection limit of 0.62 pg/*** to the traditional BoIFN-γanalysis method,BoIFN-γimmunosensor presents superiorities in sensitivity,wide linear range as well as short processing *** importantly,the BoIFN-γsensor exhibits high selectivity,reliable repeatability as well as stability,providing a promising application prospect for the early diagnosis of Mycobacterium bovis infection.

Bird nest-like zinc oxide nanostructures for sensitive electrochemical glucose biosensor

In this research,a novel bird nest-like zinc oxide(BN-ZnO)nanostructures were prepared by a simple solvothermal method.A sensitive electrochemical glucose biosensor was for the first time developed based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase(GOx)on nanostructured BN-ZnO modified *** BN-ZnO nanostructure and the resultant biosensor were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and electrochemical impedance ***-ZnO nanostructures have large specific surface area and can load large amounts of GOx ***,BN-ZnO provides an excellent microenvironment to retain the native bioactivity of enzymes and to promote direct electron transfer between GOx and electrode *** proposed biosensor shows a wide linear range of 0.005–1.6 mmol/L,high sensitivity of15.6 mA L mol^(-1)cm^(-2)with a low detection limit of 0.004 mmol/*** resulting biosensor also shows excellent selectivity,acceptable stability and reproducibility,and can be successfully applied in the detection of glucose in human serum samples at-0.37 V.

A germline variant N375S in MET and gastric cancer susceptibility in a Chinese population

MET tyrosine kinase and its ligand,hepatocyte growth factor（HGF）,play a pivotal role in the activties of tumor cells.A germline missense variant in exon 2 of the MET gene,N375S（rs33917957 A〉G）,may alter the binding affinity of MET for HGF and thus modify the risk of *** this study,we performed a case-control study to assess the association between N375S and gastric cancer risk in 1,681 gastric cancer cases and 1,858 cancer-free *** regression analysis was applied to estimate crude and adjusted odds ratios（ORs） and 95% confidence intervals（CIs） for the associations between genotypes and gastric cancer *** found that MET N375S variant genotypes（NS/SS） were associated with a significantly decreased risk of gastric cancer（OR = 0.78,95% CI = 0.63-0.96,P = 0.021） compared with the wildtype homozygote（NN）.The finding indicates that this germline variant in MET may decrease gastric cancer susceptibility in Han Chinese.

通过环己基异氰酸酯和4-三氟甲基苯异氰酸酯分别与氨基化聚苯乙烯反应,构筑了聚苯乙烯(PS)负载的环己基脲(PS-U_(1))和聚苯乙烯负载的4-三氟甲基苯基脲催化剂(PS-U_(2)).利用PS-U/KOMe二元催化体系协同催化环内酯的开环聚合.结果表明,PS-U/KOMe二元体系可高效催化ε-己内酯(ε-CL)、δ-戊内酯(δ-VL)和L-丙交酯(L-LA)的开环聚合,制备了低催化剂残留且环境友好的聚酯材料;同时实现了PS-U的回收及循环利用.
