在同步辐射X射线成像中,时常会出现对比度不高或对比度不均匀的问题,这将导致图像中样品的一些细节信息难以被观察和分析。针对这一问题,提出一种X射线图像对比度增强的算法。该算法以同态滤波为核心,结合图像降噪预处理及灰度调整,以现图像的对比度增强,并提高图像质量。编写程序实现该算法,并通过对分辨率靶图像和海洋鱼类样品的X射线图像进行测试。结果表明,该算法可以很好地增强灰度分布不均匀的低对比度X射线图像,使样品信息显示更清晰,灰度分布更均匀。同时,对X射线图像的降噪效果明显。

氢、氘在铌膜中的渗透性研究

难熔金属铌具有机械强度好、选择渗氢速率高、成本低等优点,被认为是可以取代金属钯的渗氢分离材料。有效去除铌表面氧化层是获得快速渗氢性能的关键。采用机械磨抛和高温氢还原方法去除铌膜表面氧化物,并对处理后的铌膜进行了渗氢、渗氘实验。结果表明:机械磨抛和高温氢还原相结合能有效去除铌膜表面氧化物;600~800℃范围内氢、氘在铌膜中的渗透率(Φ)分别为ΦH=4.98×10-6exp(-6 406.9/T)mol·m-1·s-1·Pa-0.5和ΦD=3.51×10-6exp(-6 418.8/T)mol·m-1·s-1·Pa-0.5,相同温度下,铌中氢同位素渗透率高于CLAM钢,而低于Pd8.5Y0.19Ru合金,这归因于表面残余氧化物对氢同位素的渗透有一定阻滞作用。

Optical imaging and phototherapy in the second near-infrared window(NIR-Ⅱ, 900–1700 nm) can reduce tissue auto-fluorescence and photon scattering, which facilitates higher spatial resolution and deeper tissue penetration depth for solid tumor theranostics. Herein, a polycyclic naphthalenediimide(NDI) based chromophore 13-amino-4,5-dibromo-2,7-di(dodecan-6-yl)-1 H-isoquinolino[4,5,6-fgh]naphtho[1,8-bc][1,9]phenanthroline-1,3,6,8(2H,7H,9H)-tetraone(NDI-NA) was designed and synthesized. With large polycyclic π-systems, NDI-NA molecule possesses broad near-infrared(NIR) absorption(maximum at777 nm) and emission(maximum at 921 nm). By nanoprecipitation, NDI-NA nanoparticles(NPs) were formed in aqueous solution with J-aggregative state, which showed huge red-shift in both absorption spectrum(maximum at 904 nm) and emission spectrum(maximum at 1,020 nm), endowing NDI-NA NPs efficient NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging capability. Besides, the NPs present effective tumor-targeting capability in vivo based on the enhanced permeation and retention(EPR) effect. More importantly, NDI-NA NPs simultaneously have high photothermal conversion efficiency(30.8%) and efficient reactive oxygen species generation ability, making them remarkably phototoxic to cancer cells. The polycyclic chromophore based multifunctional NDI-NA NPs as NIR-Ⅱ phototheranostic agents possess bright future for clinical NIR-Ⅱ imaging-guided cancer phototherapy.

An in-depth study of the energy related carbon emissions has important practical significance for carbon emissions reduction and structural adjustment in Shandong Province and throughout *** on the perspective of industrial structure,the expanded KAYA equation to measure the energy related carbon emissions of the primary industries(Resources and Agriculture)and secondary industries(Manufacturing and Construction)and tertiary industries(Retail and Service)was utilized in Shandong Province from 2011 to *** carbon emissions among industries in Shandong Province were empirically analyzed using the Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index decomposition *** results were follows:(1)Under the three industrial dimensions,the energy structure effect and the energy intensity effect have a restraining influence on the carbon emissions of the three industries.(2)The development level effect and the employment scale effect play a pulling role in carbon emissions.(3)From the perspective of the employment structure effect of the primary industry,there is a restraining effect on carbon emissions,while the employment structure effects of the secondary and tertiary industries play a pulling role in carbon emissions,and the employment structure effect of the tertiary industry has a greater pulling effect on carbon emissions than the secondary industry.

The Inorganic-organic Hybrid Junction with n-ZnO Nanorods/p-polyfluorene Structure Grown with Low-temperature Aqueous Chemical Growth Method

The inorganic-organic hybrid junction was synthesized on ITO glass substrate, which was consisted of an n-type ZnO nanorods （NRs） grown by low-temperature aqueous chemical growth method and a p-type polyfluorene （PF） organic film fabricated by spin-coating. The experimental results indicate that densely and uniformly distributed ZnO nanorods are successfully grown on the PF layer. The thickness of the PF layer plays a dominant role for the current-voltage （I-V） characteristic of the ZnO NRs/PF inorganic-organic hybrid junction device, and a p-n junction with obviously rectifying behavior is achieved with optimal PF layer thickness. The photoluminescence （PL） spectrum covering the broad visible range was obtained from the n-ZnO nanorods/p-polyfluorene （PF） structure, which was originated from the combination of the PF-related blue emission and the ZnO-related deep level emission.

利用FY-4A的地面入射辐射数据和地面气象站的辐射数据,采用基于均生函数的短临预报方法获得预报辐射,并对其进行滚动订正。以山西太原站为例,对2019年进行试验,结果表明:新一代静止气象卫星FY-4A提供的高时空分辨率辐射相关产品可以为短临预报提供比较可靠的初始数据。基于卫星辐射产品的短临预报能抓住天气变化带来的影响,经过订正的短临预报辐射能得到有效改进。晴天情况下,短临预报总辐射从订正前的最大偏差120 W·m^(-2)左右改进到订正后的40 W·m^(-2)左右。多云天情况下,平均绝对误差下降到14 W·m^(-2)。阴天情况下,平均绝对误差下降到56 W·m^(-2)。从不考虑时间变化的16个预报时间步长的综合统计分析看,订正后的短临预报总辐射和观测总辐射在每个预报时间步长都吻合得非常好,相对误差从44.7%~66.4%下降到21.3%~54.3%,均方根误差从166.4~198.8 W·m^(-2)下降到132.2~189.9W·m^(-2);从整点预报时刻的全年综合统计分析看,订正后的相关系数总体比订正前提高,从0.77~0.84提高到0.79~0.88,仅在15:00(北京时)略有下降,均方根误差从162.7~197.1W·m^(-2)下降到129.3~180.9 W·m^(-2),平均相对误差从46.0%~76.8%下降到24.0%~46.5%;本方法可做全圆盘任意时刻的短临预报。
