This study is concerned with the problem to solve the continuous coupled Riccati matrix equations in It?markov jump systems.A new iterative algorithm is developed by using the latest estimation information and introducing a tuning *** iterative solution obtained by the proposed algorithm with zero initial conditions converges to the unique positive definite solution of the considered *** convergence rate of the algorithm is dependent on the adjustable ***,a numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness of the presented algorithms.

Unsupervised domain adaptation(UDA)has achieved great success in handling cross-domain machine learning *** typically benefits the model training of unlabeled target domain by leveraging knowledge from labeled source *** this purpose,the minimization of the marginal distribution divergence and conditional distribution divergence between the source and the target domain is widely adopted in existing ***,for the sake of privacy preservation,the source domain is usually not provided with training data but trained predictor(e.g.,classifier).This incurs the above studies infeasible because the marginal and conditional distributions of the source domain are *** this end,this article proposes a source-free UDA which jointly models domain adaptation and sample transport learning,namely Sample Transport Domain Adaptation(STDA).Specifically,STDA constructs the pseudo source domain according to the aggregated decision boundaries of multiple source classifiers made on the target ***,it refines the pseudo source domain by augmenting it through transporting those target samples with high confidence,and consequently generates labels for the target *** train the STDA model by performing domain adaptation with sample transport between the above steps in alternating manner,and eventually achieve knowledge adaptation to the target domain and attain confident labels for ***,evaluation results have validated effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.

Direct conversion of methane(CH4)to methanol(DMTM)is a promising,but very challenging process for the utilization of abundant CH4 as a low carbon *** this context,Cu loaded zeolites,mordenite(MOR)in particular,were recognized as the most effective system to perform *** this work,different Cu salts were used to exchange with MOR,by which the effect of counter ions on the catalytic performance towards DMTM was *** prepared catalysts were characterized and evaluated *** was found that the counter ions affected the speciation of Cu sites,probably due to their capability in extraction of protons from MOR and the influence on the hydrolysis state of the Cu2+in aqueous *** behaviors adjusted the association between Cu2+and the exchangeable protons in *** a result,varied DMTM performance was *** the used Cu salts,Cu(CH3COO)2 exchanged MOR showed the highest performance,achieving stable CH3 OH yield of 117±28μmol/g in 5 consecutive cycles,these values are among the highest for Cu loaded MOR zeolites in open publications.

maize kernel moisture content(KMC)at harvest greatly affects mechanical harvesting,transport and *** is correlated with kernel dehydration rate(KDR)before and after physiological *** and KDR are complex traits governed by multiple quantitative trait loci(QTL).Their genetic architecture is incompletely *** used a multiomics integration approach with an association panel to identify genes influencing KMC and KDR.A genome-wide association study using time-series KMC data from 7 to 70 days after pollination and their transformed KDR data revealed respectively 98and 279 loci significantly associated with KMC and ***-series transcriptome and proteome datasets were generated to construct KMC correlation networks,from which respectively 3111 and 759 module genes and proteins were identified as highly associated with *** multiomics analysis,several promising candidate genes for KMC and KDR,including Zm00001d047799 and Zm00001d035920,were *** mutant experiments showed that Zm00001d047799,a gene encoding heat shock 70 kDa protein 5,reduced KMC in the late stage of kernel *** study provides resources for the identification of candidate genes influencing maize KMC and KDR,shedding light on the genetic architecture of dynamic changes in maize KMC.

MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are important regulators of gene expression. The large-scale detection and profiling of miRNAs have been accelerated with the development of highthroughput small RNA sequencing(sRNA-Seq) techniques and bioinformatics tools. However,generating high-quality comprehensive miRNA annotations remains challenging due to the intrinsic complexity of sRNA-Seq data and inherent limitations of existing miRNA prediction tools. Here,we present iwa-miRNA, a Galaxy-based framework that can facilitate miRNA annotation in plant species by combining computational analysis and manual curation. iwa-miRNA is specifically designed to generate a comprehensive list of miRNA candidates, bridging the gap between already annotated miRNAs provided by public miRNA databases and new predictions from sRNA-Seq datasets. It can also assist users in selecting promising miRNA candidates in an interactive mode,contributing to the accessibility and reproducibility of genome-wide miRNA annotation. iwamiRNA is user-friendly and can be easily deployed as a web application for researchers without programming experience. With fexible, interactive, and easy-to-use features, iwa-miRNA is a valuable tool for the annotation of miRNAs in plant species with reference genomes. We also illustrate the application of iwa-miRNA for miRNA annotation using data from plant species with varying genomic complexity. This research analyzed amino acid sequence similarity between non-self T cell epitopes recognized by mouse antibodies and mouse proteins. Using sequence alignment,we found that only 8 of 1 108 epitopes are highly similar to mouse protein sequences. The result shows that non-self T cell epitopes are not similar or have little similarity to mouse protein sequences. Furthermore,reviewing the related literature,we also found that the eight epitopes would trigger immune responses in some particular environment,which are ignored by T cells in normal condition. The result suggests that no or low-similarity peptide vaccines can reduce the chance of collateral cross-reactions and enhance the antigen-specific immune response to vaccine.

The purpose of this study was to compare the functional outcomes, psychological impact, and complication rates associated with external fixation and volar or dorsal plating in relation to the functional parameters following treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius （IFDR） in patients older than 65 years. We hypothesized that using volar or dorsal plating would improve functional outcomes, but that it would be associated with more complications and equivalent functional outcomes when compared with the external fixation group. A total of 123 consecutive patients suffering from IFDR were recruited into the study. The patients were measured for clinical, radiological, and psychosocial functioning outcomes and were followed up after I week and 3, 6 and 12 months. After 3 months, the plating group had better pronation （P = 0.001）, supination, （P = 0.047） and extension （P = 0.043） scores. These differences were somewhat attenuated by 6 months and disappeared at I year. The plating group had a greater occurrence of wound infection （P = 0.043）, tendonitis, （P = 0.024） and additional surgery compared with the external fixation group. The only TNO-AZL Adult Quality of Life scores in the plating group that were lower than those in the external fixation group were in the ＂gross motor＂ category （walking upstairs, bending over, walking 500 yards; P = 0.023）. Internal fixation was more advantageous than external fixation in the early rehabilitation period; after I year the outcomes were similar. The plating group showed significantly higher levels of wound infection and tendonitis and had a greater need for additional surgeries.
