Background Good quality of care for inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)depends on high-standard management and facility in the IBD ***,there are no clear measures or criteria for evaluating pediatric IBD(PIBD)center in *** aim of this study was to develop a comprehensive set of quality indicators(QIs)for evaluating PIBD center in *** A modified Delphi consensus-based approach was used to identify a set of QIs of structure,process,and outcomes for defining the *** process included an exhaustive search using complementary approaches to identify potential QIs,and two web-based voting rounds to select the QIs defining the criteria for PIBD *** A total of 101 QIs(35 structures,48 processes and 18 outcomes)were included in this *** QIs focused on the composition of multidisciplinary team,facilities and services that PIBD center should *** QIs highlight core requirements in diagnosing,evaluating,treating PIBD,and disease *** QIs mainly included criteria evaluating effectiveness of various interventions in PIBD *** The present Delphi consensus developed a set of main QIs that may be useful for managing a PIBD center.

Due to their unique electronic structure,well-defined metal clusters at the atomic level are promising materials for single-cluster ***,coupling between the electrode and the cluster remains challenging mainly due to the coverage of bulky ligands on the noble *** the scanning tunneling microscopy break junction(STM-BJ)technique,we have developed a“direct contact”approach to fabrication and investigation of the charge transport through single-cluster junctions of AgCu bimetallic metal clusterswith different halide *** that the electrodes could make contact directly with the surface halides of the single-cluster junctions and experience different contact resistance from different halogen *** and calculations reveal that the halide anchors provided efficient coupling between the cluster and the electrode,and the enhanced coupling with various halide anchors promoted electron transport and improved transmission *** work offers a“direct contact”strategy for interface design between clusters of noble metals and electrodes,an essential step in progress toward single-cluster electronics.

大攻角水下航行体自然空泡流的数值模拟研究(英文)

基于相分数输运方程型的均质平衡流空化模型，采用有限体积法研制了大型空泡流计算程序，对大攻角下运行的水下航行体三维空泡流进行了数值模拟，并与实验结果进行了对比。首次将非线性涡粘湍流模式与基于Rayleigh—Piesset方程的TEM型空化模型相结合，建立了自然空泡流的数学模型。采用基于SIMPLE的压力-速度-密度耦合修正算法、二阶精度三时间层格式以及基于延迟修正的高阶对流TVD格式。计算模拟了0．2-0．6空化数、4°-2°攻角的不同工况，得到的三维空泡形状及压力分布与实验结果相符。研究了大攻角下航行体周向上的空泡形态分布特征，给出了多种空泡尺度和升阻系数与空化数和攻角之间的关系。通过定量分析发现，空泡的不对称性导致航行体某些部位受力集中，表明高速带空泡运动的航行体在大攻角运动中其结构将受到巨大的水动力载荷。计算还发现，大攻角下的阻力系数与空化数之间的关系和零攻角条件下刚好相反，并根据空泡的不对称性从形状阻力与粘性阻力的关系上对这种现象作出了解释。

为了研究爆炸波在封闭型系统的冲击和振荡特征及其特征参数变化规律,采用数值模拟的方法研究了封闭型管道内瓦斯爆炸的传播特征。研究结果表明:闭口型系统内的瓦斯爆炸呈明显的振荡特征,对于爆燃波,反射波有2道,即前驱冲击波的振荡和压缩波的振荡。由于冲击波的振荡叠加,使其最大爆炸超压和瞬态流速峰值与开口型系统相比较高,而且在反射波及稀疏波的影响下,爆炸波超压分为三个区。爆炸温度和动压同样呈明显的振荡特征,使得爆炸高温环境维持较长时间,爆炸动压在爆炸传播方向的动压与其他方向相比明显较大。研究结果解释了受限空间内爆炸破坏比开放型系统强烈的原因,为今后受限空间内爆炸的预防与控制提供了基础理论参考。

Brewing of low-alcoholic drink from corncobs via yeast-cellulase synchronous fermentation process

The present work focuses on the influence of various parameters, i.e., the dosage of cellulase, the inoculum concentration of yeast, the fermentation temperature and the fermentation time, on the alcohol content and sensory evaluation of the low-alcoholic health drink produced from corncob in a yeast-cellulase synchronous fermentation process. The fermentation was performed by inoculating the seed solution (containing corncob powder and yeast) and cellulase into the synchronous saccharification fermentation medium. Single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were performed, and the optimal processing conditions were obtained based on the characterizations of alcohol content and sensory evaluation. The results show that the alcohol content and sensory evaluation of the drink can reach 6.1 vol.% and 92, respectively, when the dosage of cellulase, inoculum concentration of yeast, the fermentation temperature and the fermentation time are 15 U/g, 7%, 32℃ and 84 h, respectively.

以自制的氧化海藻酸钠为交联剂,制备了海藻酸钙/明胶(半)互穿网络,采用红外光谱表征了(半)互穿网络的结构;通过热重分析研究了海藻酸钙/明胶(半)互穿网络的热稳定性,解释了两者共混过程中的作用机理;并与戊二醛为交联剂制备的海藻酸钙/明胶(半)互穿网络的热稳定性进行了比较。研究结果表明,两种交联剂制备的(半)互穿网络的结构与热稳定性相似,氧化海藻酸钠可以取代毒性较大的戊二醛交联明胶制备海藻酸钙/明胶(半)互穿网络;海藻酸与明胶在共混的过程中发生了物理或化学反应。

SARS-CoV-2 has been reported to show a capacity for invading the brains of humans and model ***,it remains undear whether and how SARS-CoV-2 crosses the blood-brain barrier(BBB).Herein,SARS-CoV-2 RNA was occasionally detected in the vascular wall and perivascular space,as well as in brain microvascular endothelial cells(BMECs)in the infected K18-hACE2 transgenic ***,the permeability of the infected vessel was in ***,disin tegrity of BBB was discovered in the infected hamsters by administration of Evans ***,the expression of claudin5,ZO-1,occludin and the ultrastructure of tight junctions(TJs)showed unchanged,whereas,the basement membrane was disrupted in the infected *** an in vitro BBB model that comprises primary BMECs with astrocytes,SARS-CoV-2 was found to infect and cross through the *** with in vivo experiments,the expression of MMP9 was increased and collagen IV was decreased while the markers for TJs were not altered in the SARS-CoV-2-infected ***,inflammatory responses including vasculitis,glial activation,and upregulated inflammatory factors occurred after SARS-CoV-2 ***,our results provide evidence supporting that SARS-CoV-2 can cross the BBB in a transcellular pathway accompanied with basement membrane disrupted without obvious alteration of TJs.
