Transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation(ta-VNS)is a novel noninvasive treat-ment for stroke that directly stimulates the peripheral auricular branch of the vagus *** have been recent reports that ta-VNS combined with conventional rehabilitation training promotes the recovery of neurological function of patients with acute ***,these were small-sample-sized studies on the recovery of neurological function in patients after percutaneous vagus nerve stimulation in the subacute and chronic phases after *** double-blinded randomized controlled trial involved 60 acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke patients aged 18-80 years who received treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical *** subjects were randomly assigned to receive ta-VNS or sham ta-VNS combined with conventional rehabilitation *** follow-up results over 1 year revealed that ta-VNS combined with conventional rehabilitation training greatly improved the recovery of motor and sensory functions and emotional responses compared with sham ta-VNS combined with conventional rehabilitation *** were no obvious side *** findings suggest that ta-VNS combined with conventional rehabilitation training for the treatment of acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke patients is safe and effective.

Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) is a carcinogenic toxin naturally produced in most food crops that severely threaten human health， and effective methods are urgent to improve the detection accuracy. Herein an indirect competitive immunosorbent approach was elaborately developed based on high-affinity immunoglobulin G (IgG) coupled CuO-anchored Fe3O4nanozymes for precise and ultrasensitive detection of AFB1in food crops including peanut， corn and wheat. The high-affinity nanozymes were fabricated by the assembly of inner core Fe3O4nanoparticles (Fe3O4NPs) and mesoporous silica capping layer， CuO further situated within large aperture of the coating layer via in-situ growth， and then conjugated with ligand rabbit anti-mouse IgG， which can specifically bind with AFB1. The results showed the hybrid high-affinity nanozymes displayed enhanced peroxidase (POD)-mimic activities and catalytic performances， achieving a linear range of 0.06-61.93 ng/mL and a detection limit of 0.0037 ng/mL， 30 times better than that of the conventional ELISA method. The constructed nanozymes were successfully applied to the detection of AFB1in food products with an average spiked recovery of 96.53% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 2.8%. Therefore， the accurate hybrid nanozymes may serve for AFB1detection in various foods in future.

Magnesium-based hydrides have been widely recognized as an appropriate choice for solid-state hydrogen ***,its undesirable thermodynamics and sluggish hydrogenation/dehydrogenation kinetics are major bottlenecks for its ***,a highly stable and highly dispersed Ni-based catalyst （Ni/Al2O3/GN） was fabricated to promote the hydrogen storage performance of MgH2via the electrostatic effect of NiAl-LDH/GN precursor with a co-calcination reduction ***2-5wt % Ni/Al2O3/GN exhibits excellent hydrogen storage performance,releasing about 5.7 wt % hydrogen in 3500 s at 250℃,and can reach a saturation hydrogen absorption of about 6.15 wt% in 3000 s at 100℃.Furthermore,it also shows low dehydrogenation apparent activation energy of 89.1 and 118.2 kJ·***,the catalyst ensures the stability of both the physical phase and structure during ball milling and cycling *** role of each phase in Ni/Al2O3/GN on the hydrogen storage performance of MgH2was also discussed through experiments and theoretical calculation,and the synergistic catalytic mechanism of Ni/Al2O3/GN was clearly *** work provides a unique perspective for the preparation of highly stable and highly dispersible catalysts.

A Deep Mantle Source for the Late Neoarchean Metamorphosed Basalts in Eastern Hebei,North China Craton:Insights from Whole-Rock Geochemistry and Sm-Nd Isotopes,and Zircon U-Pb-Hf Isotopes

The basalts within the greenstone belt worldwide serve as an ideal target to decipher the nature of Archean mantle sources and further to extend the understanding of the early stages of Earth's *** provide important insights into the issues,we carried out a detailed investigation of whole-rock geochemistry and Sm-Nd isotopes,and zircon U-Pb-Hf isotopes for the Late Neoarchean metamorphosed basalts in eastern Hebei,North China Craton.U-Pb isotopic dating using the LA-ICPMS on zircons reveals that the basalts in eastern Hebei erupted at ca.2.48-2.51 Ga and subsequently experienced multiple regional metamorphic events at 2477 and 1798 Ma,*** metamorphosed basalts are featured by low SiO_(2),MgO,K_(2)O+na_(2)O,and high Fe O contents,endowed with the subalkaline and high-Fe tholeiitic *** radiogenic initial Nd and Hf isotope values and correlations among V,Ni and Cr contents strongly imply that the basalts experienced significant clinopyroxene and olivine fractionation and minor crustal contamination during magma *** are also characterized by the relatively low total REE contents and exhibit significant depletions to moderate enrichments in the LREE contents,indicating the derivation from a deep mantle source in an Archean proto-mantle plume setting.

Background:Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)is highly malignant and has a poor prognosis has a high malignant degree and poor *** purpose of this study is to develop a new prognostic model based on genes related to the tumor microenvironment(TME).Methods:Derived from the discerned differentially expressed genes within The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)dataset,this investigation employed the methodology of weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCna)to ascertain gene co-expressed modules intricately linked to the Tumor Microenvironment(TME)among Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)*** genes associated with prognosis,as identified through Cox regression analysis,were employed in the formulation of a predictive *** model underwent validation,leading to the development of a risk score formula and ***,we validated the model’s reliability using data from CCA patients in the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database(accession:GSE107943).Results:6139 DEGs were divided into 10 co-expressed gene modules using *** these,two modules(blue module with 832 genes and brown module with 1379 genes)showed high correlation with the *** prognostic genes(BNIP3,COL4A3,SPRED3,CEBPB,PLOD2)were identified through Cox regression analysis,and a prognostic model and risk score formula were developed based on these *** score formula:Risk score=BNIP3×1.70520-COL4A3×2.39815+SPRED3×1.17936+CEBPB×0.40456+PLOD2×***-Meier survival analysis revealed that the survival probabilities of the low-risk group were significantly higher than those of the high-risk ***,the related evaluation indexes suggested that the model exhibited strong predictive ***:The prognostic model,based on five TME-related genes(BNIP3,COL4A3,SPRED3,CEBPB,PLOD2),could accurately assess the prognosis of CCA patients to aid in guiding clinical decisions.

Carbon-coated hybrid crystals with fast electrochemical reaction kinetics for ultra-stable and high-load sodium-ion batteries

Owing to its high theoretical capacity and low cost,Sn has attracted significant attention in sodium-ion ***,the slow kinetics of electrochemical reactions and the rapid decay of capacity resulting from drastic changes in the volume of Sn,as well as persistent side reactions between Sn and the organic electrolyte during the(de)sodium process,have limited its *** improve the electrochemical performance of Sn-based materials,the bottom-up method is normally used to prepare carbon-coated ***,its complex preparation processes and harsh conditions make it unsuitable for practical ***,a carbon-coated hybrid crystal composite(Sn/SnO_(x)@C)was prepared using an up-bottom method with commercial Sn/SnO *** effects accelerate the electrochemical kinetics and inhibit the coarsening of Sn *** Sn/SnO_(x)@C composite electrode exhibited capacity retention of 80.7%even after approximately 1000 cycles(360.4 mAh·g^(−1)) at a current density of 1 A·g^(−1).The high-load na_(3)V_(2)(PO4)3||Sn/SnO_(x)@C full cell presents a capacity retention rate of 91.7%after 150 cycles at the current density of 0.5 A·g^(−1).This work may significantly accelerate the commercialization of the Sn/SnO_(x)@C composite in sodium-ion batteries with high energy density.

Vegetation canopies intercept and redistribute rainfall into throughfall and stemflow,which transfer substantial amounts of elements into the soil,influencing soil microbial community,plant survival,and plant community *** advancements in ecohydrological research,the implication of nutrient enrichment resulting from this redistribution of rainfall by canopies remains largely *** address this gap,we conducted a systematic review of 1020 papers published between 2000 and 2022,gathering data on nutrient concentration and enrichment for critical ions(including K^(+),na^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),NH_(4)^(+),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-))from the Web of Science and Chinese Knowledge Infrastructure *** aimed to synthesize the mechanisms,quantify the enrichments,and identify global patterns of nutrient enrichment in stemflow and throughfall across climate zones,and vegetation types and *** results of this study indicate that stemflow exhibits,on average,2.1times greater ion concentration(6.13 mg L^(-1))compared to *** particular,among the investigated ions,SO_(4)^(2-)(12.45and 6.32 mg L^(-1))for stemflow and throughfall,respectively,and Cl^(-)(9.21 and 4.81 mg L^(-1))exhibit the highest concentrations in both rainfall redistribution components,while K^(+)(13.7 and 5.8)and Mg^(2+)(5.6 and 2.8)have the highest enrichment *** climate zones,throughfall and stemflow show the lowest ion concentrations but the highest enrichment factors in extremely humid *** the temperature gradient,ion concentrations are the highest in cold climates with no clear patterns observed for enrichment factors with increasing *** addition,shrubs,conifers,mixed forests,and artificial ecosystems demonstrate enrichment factors 1.1 to 3.0 times greater than those of trees,broad-leaved plants,pure forests,and natural *** findings emphasize the need for increased attentions to artificial ecosystems,such as urban

目的比较产NDM-1和产KPC-2耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)的临床及分子流行病学特征。方法回顾性分析2017—2020年某儿童医院非重复儿童住院患者临床分离的CRKP,查阅菌株来源患者的病历资料获得患者的基本临床特征。对CRKP进行药敏试验及多位点序列分型(MLST)分析,比较产NDM-1和产KPC-2的CRKP临床及分子流行病学特征。结果2017—2020年共收集164株CRKP菌株,其中96株携带bla NDM-1,68株携带bla KPC-2,产NDM-1的CRKP主要分布在新生儿科室,产KPC-2的CRKP以非新生儿科室居多,两组在标本来源、患者年龄、科室分布和预后情况方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);产NDM-1的CRKP菌株以ST 17型和ST 278型为主,分别为40.63%、18.75%;而产KPC-2的CRKP菌株以ST 11为主,达73.53%。产KPC-2的CRKP分离株对头孢吡肟、氨曲南、亚胺培南、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、呋喃妥因和磷霉素的耐药率均高于产NDM-1的CRKP分离株,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论产NDM-1和产KPC-2的CRKP菌株在临床及分子流行病学方面均存在差异,产KPC-2的CRKP菌株表现出更严重的耐药性,感染KPC-2 CRKP的患者预后较差,应引起临床和感控的重视。
