We fabricated Sb 2 Se 3 thin film solar cells using tris(8-hydroxy-quinolinato)aluminum(Alq 3)as an electron transport layer by vacuum thermal *** small organic molecule of N,N'-bis(naphthalen-1-yl)-N,N'-bis(phenyl)benzidine(NPB)was used as a hole transport *** took ITO/NPB/Sb 2 Se 3/Alq 3/Al as the device *** open circuit voltage(V o c)of 0.37 V,a short circuit current density(J s c)of 21.2 mA/cm 2,and a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 3.79%were obtained on an optimized device.A maximum external quantum efficiency of 73%was achieved at 600 *** J s c,V o c,and PCE were dramatically enhanced after introducing an electron transport layer of Alq *** results suggest that the interface state density at Sb 2 Se 3/Al interface is decreased by inserting an Alq 3 layer,and the charge recombination loss in the device is *** work provides a new electron transport material for Sb 2 Se 3 thin film solar cells.

Photophysical processes occurring within organic semiconductors is important for designing and fabricating organic solar *** phthalocyanine(CuPc)is a typical electron *** this work,the triplet exciton lifetime is prolonged by altering the molecular stacking pattern of the CuPc *** CuPc thin films,the excited state decays are mainly determined by the triplet-triplet annihilation *** ultrafast transient absorption measurements indicate that the primary annihilation mechanism is one-dimensional exciton diffusion collision *** decay kinetics show a clearly time-dependent annihilation rate constant withγ∝t^(-1/2).Annihilation rate constants are determined to beγ0=(2.87±0.02)×10^(-20)cm^(3)·s^(-1/2)and(1.42±0.02)×10^(-20)cm^(3)·s^(-1/2)for upright and lyingdown configurations,*** to the CuPc thin film with an upright configuration,the thin film with a lying-down configuration shows longer exciton lifetime and higher absorbance,which are beneficial to organic solar *** results in this work have important implications on the design and mechanistic understanding of organic optoelectronic devices.

BACKGROUND A dual therapy regimen containing amoxicillin is a common treatment option for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(***).While substantial research supports the efficacy and safety of vonoprazan and amoxicillin(VA)dual therapy in the general population,there is still a lack of studies specifically focusing on its safety in elderly *** To evaluate efficacy and safety of VA dual therapy as first-line or rescue treatment for *** in elderly *** As a real-world retrospective study,data were collected from elderly patients aged 60 years and above who accepted VA dual therapy(vonoprazan 20 mg twice daily+amoxicillin 1000 mg thrice daily for 14 days)for *** eradication in the Department of Gastroenterology at Peking University First Hospital between June 2020 and January *** status was evaluated by^(13)C-urease breath test 6 weeks after *** adverse events(AEs)during treatment were *** In total,401 cases were ***-one cases were excluded due to loss to follow-up,lack of re-examination,or unwillingness to take *** total of 380 included cases comprised 250 who received VA dual therapy as first-line treatment and 130 who received VA dual therapy as rescue *** was successfully eradicated in 239 cases(95.6%)in the first-line treatment group and 116 cases(89.2%)in the rescue treatment *** overall incidence of AEs was 9.5%for both ***,9.2%of patients experienced an AE in the first-line treatment group and 10.0%in the rescue treatment *** patients discontinued treatment due to AE,with a discontinuation rate of 1.3%.No serious AE *** The VA dual therapy regimen as a first-line treatment and a rescue therapy was effective and safe for elderly patients aged 60 and older.

BACKGROUND Needle-knife precut papillotomy(NKP)is typically performed ***,it remains unclear whether pancreatic stent(PS)placement can improve the outcomes of *** To explore whether PS placement improves the success rate of NKP in patients with difficult biliary *** This single-center retrospective study included 190 patients who underwent NKP between January 2017 and December 2021 after failed conventional biliary *** cases with incidental pancreatic duct cannulation during conventional biliary cannulation,the decision for pre-NKP PS placement was made at the endoscopist's *** primary outcome was the difference in the NKP success rate between patients with and without PS placement;the secondary outcome was the adverse event *** Among the 190 participants,82 received pre-NKP PS(PS-NKP group)whereas 108 did not[freehand or freehand NKP(FH-NKP)group].Post-NKP selective biliary cannulation was successful in 167(87.9%)patients,and the PS-NKP had a significantly higher success rate than the FH-NKP group(93.9%vs 83.3%,P=0.027).The overall adverse event rates were 7.3%and 11.1%in the PS-NKP and FH-NKP groups,respectively(P=0.493).A periampullary diverticulum(PAD)and significant intraoperative bleeding during NKP were independently associated with NKP failure;however,a pre-NKP PS was the only predictor of NKP *** the 44 participants with PADs,the PS-NKP group had a non-significantly higher NKP success rate than the FH-NKP group(87.5%and 65%,respectively;P=0.076).CONCLUSION PS significantly improved the success rate of NKP in patients with difficult biliary cannulation.

This study aimed to investigate the moment redistribution in continuous glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)-concrete composite slabs caused by concrete cracking and steel bar yielding in the negative bending moment *** experimental bending moment redistribution test was conducted on continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs,and a calculation method based on the conjugate beam method was *** composite slabs were formed by combining GFRP profiles with a concrete layer and supported on steel beams to create two-span continuous composite slab *** methods,epoxy resin bonding,and stud connection,were used to connect the composite slabs with the steel *** experimental findings showed that the specimen connected with epoxy resin exhibited two moments redistribution phenomena during the loading process:concrete cracking and steel bar yielding at the internal *** contrast,the composite slab connected with steel beams by studs exhibited only one-moment redistribution phenomenon throughout the loading *** the concrete at the internal support cracked,the bending moment decreased in the internal support section and increased in the midspan *** the steel bars yielded,the bending moment further decreased in the internal support section and increased in the mid-span *** GFRP profiles do not experience cracking,there was no significant decrease in the bending moment of the mid-span *** test specimens experienced compressive failure of concrete at the mid-span *** results showed good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of bending moments in the mid-span section and internal support *** proposed model can effectively predict the moment redistribution behavior of continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs.

BACKGROUND Primary squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)of the renal parenchyma is extremely rare,with only nine cases *** SUMMARY This study reports a 51-year-old man with primary SCC of the renal *** patient was admitted with recurrent dull pain and discomfort in the right lumbar region,which had worsened over 2 weeks,accompanied by painful gross *** antigen(SCCA)levels were elevated,and imaging revealed a renal mass with associated *** patient underwent laparoscopic unilateral nephrectomy and lymph node *** pathology confirmed highly differentiated SCC with necrosis in the right renal parenchyma,with negative renal pelvis and *** pathological stage was *** months after surgery,the tumor recurred with involvement of the liver,right psoas major muscle,and inferior vena *** patient refused chemotherapy and succumbed to the disease 6 months postoperatively due to disease *** We report a case of primary SCC of the renal parenchyma,a rare renal *** clinical symptoms,laboratory tests,and imaging findings are nonspecific,making accurate and timely diagnosis *** to the literature,for patients with renal calculi accompanied by a renal mass,elevated serum SCCA levels,and magnetic resonance imaging showing cystic or cystic-solid masses within the kidney with pseudocapsules and heterogeneous mild enhancement,the possibility of this disease should be considered.

Dephosphorization slag is one of the bulk solid wastes generated from *** P is effectively removed from dephosphorization slag,a phosphate source which can substitute for phosphate rocks is obtained;meanwhile,the tailings can be reutilized as a feedstock in steel *** realize the integrated utilization of dephosphorization slag,selective leaching was applied for removing the P-bearing mineral phase from dephosphorization *** oxide was added as the slag modifier and HCl was selected as the acid *** P selective leaching from dephosphorization slags modified by Na_(2)O or K_(2)O was studied at different pH *** modification,the mass fraction of P in the_(2)CaO∙SiO_(2)–3CaO∙P_(2)O_(5)phase increased,indicating that it was in favor of P_(2)O_(5)*** the Na_(2)O or K_(2)O content increased,the P leaching ratio from slag increased at pH 4,reaching about 80%,and that of Fe was nearly ***_(2)O and K_(2)O modification played a similar role in enhancing the P *** effect of alkaline oxide modification became weak at pH 3,and the slag without modification also realized a good P selective leaching in the HCl *** facilitate the P removal,the leaching of Fe from dephosphorization slag needs to be restrained.

AIM： To analyze the characteristics of multiple primary malignancies （MPMs） of digestive system; including incidence, types of tumor combinations, time intervals between development of multiple tumors, clinical course,and prognostic factors affecting survival and ***： Data from a total of 129 patients treated from January 1991 to December 2000 for pathologically proved MPMs, including at least one originating from the digestive system, were reviewed ***： Among 129 patients, 120 （93.02%） had two primary cancers and 9 （6.98%） had three primary cancers. The major sites of MPMs of the digestive system were large intestine, stomach, and liver. Associated nondigestive cancers included 40 cases of gynecological cancers, of which 31 were carcinoma of cervix and 10 cases of genitourinary cancers, of which 5 were bladder cancers. Other cancers originated from the lung, breast,nasopharynx, larynx, thyroid, brain, muscle, and *** tract cancers, especially cervical, ovarian,bladder, and prostate cancers were the most commonlyassociated non-G! cancers, followed by cancer of the lung and breasts. Forty-three cases were synchronous, while the rest （86 cases） were metachronous cancers. Staging of MPMs and treatment regimes correlated with the prognosis between survival and non-survival ***： As advances in cancer therapy bring about a progressively larger percentage of long-term survivors, the proportion of patients with subsequent primary lesions will increase. Early diagnosis of these lesions, based on an awareness of the possibility of second and third cancers, and multidiscipiinary treatment strategies will substantially increase the survival of these patients.
