In the application of polymer gels to profile control and water shutoff,the gelation time will directly determine whether the gel can "go further" in the formation,but the most of the methods for delaying gel gelation time are complicated or have low *** is an urgent need for an effective method for delaying gel gelation time with intelligent *** by the slow-release effect of drug capsules,this paper uses the self-assembly effect of gas-phase hydrophobic SiO2in aqueous solution as a capsule to prepare an intelligent responsive self-assembled *** capsule slowly releases the cross-linking agent under the stimulation of external conditions such as temperature and pH value,thus delaying gel gelation *** the pH value is 2 and the concentration of gas-phase hydrophobic SiO2particles is 1.%,the gelation time of the capsule gel system at 30,60,90,and 1.0℃ is1..5,1..2,1..2,and 21.1.times longer than that of the gel system without containing capsule,*** with other methods,the yield stress of the gel without containing capsules was 78 Pa,and the yield stress after the addition of capsules was 322 *** intelligent responsive self-assembled micronanocapsules prepared by gas-phase hydrophobic silica nanoparticles can not only delay the gel gelation time,but also increase the gel *** slow release of cross-linking agent from capsule provides an effective method for prolongating the gelation time of polymer gels.

Pancreatic cancer stands out as a recognized intractable tumor due to its high malignancy and mortality rates,which are largely attributed to the insensitivity of current clinical chemotherapies or *** chemo and gene therapy that integrates different therapeutic targets,may increase the chemosensitivity of pancreatic cancer and synergistically enhance the antitumor ***,conventional co-delivery of gene and chemo drugs is intensively dependent on complex nanoparticle delivery systems,thus would be limited by unstable drug packaging,nonspecific biodistribution,and biosafety ***,we rationally designed an epidermal growth factor-receptor(EGFR)-targeted and gemcitabine-incorporated oligonucleotide(termed as chemogene)with anti-Bcl-2 sequence,which achieves simple and precise integration of gemcitabine into a gene regulative agent,as well as the EGFR-targeted delivery for pancreatic cancer *** solid-phase synthesis,gemcitabine,as the first-line chemodrug for pancreatic cancer,is introduced to the antisense oligonucleotide to replace all cytosine nucleosides to obtain the gemcitabine-integrated chemogene(Ge-ASO^(Bcl-2)).Thereafter,Ge-ASO^(Bcl-2)is covalently coupled with EGFR nanobody to construct the final targeted chemogene without any exogenous ***,this nanobody-conjugated chemogene exhibits remarkable tumor targeting capability and antitumor effects both in vitro and in vivo,which initiates a first step toward the application of combinatorial chemo and gene therapy for future pancreatic cancer treatment.

The voluminous stratospheric non-rigid airship is very sensitive to the external thermal *** temperature change of internal gas caused by the variation in the external ther-mal environment and wind speed will lead to a change in the shape and buoyancy of the airship,thereby affecting its flight *** traditional static analysis method is difficult to accurately reflect this fuid-thermal-structural coupling *** this paper,the iterative analysis method was established for the fluid-thermal-structural coupling effect of stratospheric non-rigid airship based on the models of fluid,thermal,and structural *** the load such as the internal thermal effect and external flow field of the airship,the simulation of the thermo-induced structural deformation effect was conducted using Fluent and Abaqus *** influ-ence of local time and external wind speed on the structural deformation,volume,and equilibrium altitude of the airship was *** results demonstrate that,at low wind speed,the influence of aerodynamic pressure on the deformation of the airship is ***,a great amount of heat is carried away by the wind,then the structural deformation caused by internal and external pressure difference is alleviated and the equilibrium altitude of the airship change *** can serve as a guideline for the design and flight test of the long-endurance stratospheric non-rigid airship.

Compound Shenhua Tablet,a medicine comprising seven herbs,is employed in treating IgA *** study aimed to meticulously analyze its chemical *** on a list of candidate compounds,identified through extensive literature review pertinent to the tablet’s herbal components,the composition analysis entailed the systematic identification,characterization,and quantification of the *** analyte-capacity of LC/ESI-MS-based and GC/EI-MS-based assays was *** identified and characterized constituents were quantified to determine their content levels and were ranked based on the constituents’daily doses.A total of 283 constituents,classified into 1. distinct categories,were identified and characterized in the Compound Shenhua *** constituents exhibited content levels of 1.1.982μg·g^(−1.,with daily doses of 0.01.395μmol·d^(−1..The predominant constituents,with daily doses of≥1.μmol·d^(−1.,include nine organic acids(citric acid,quinic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,gallic acid,neochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid C,isochlorogenic acid B,and linoleic acid),five iridoids(specnuezhenide,nuezhenoside G1.,nuezhenidic acid,secoxyloganin,and secologanoside),two monoterpene glycosides(paeoniflorin and albiflorin),a sesquiterpenoid(curzerenone),a triterpenoid(oleanolic acid),and a phenylethanoid(salidroside).Additionally,there were 83,1.6,and 55 constituents detected in the medicine with daily doses of 1.1.,0.1.1.and 0.01.0.1.mol·d^(−1.,*** combination of the LC/ESI-MS-based and GC/EI-MS-based assays demonstrated a complementary relationship in their analyte-capacity for detecting the constituents present in the *** comprehensive composition analysis establishes a solid foundation for further pharmacological research on Compound Shenhua Tablet and facilitates the quality evaluation of this complex herbal medicine.

BACKGROUND Bone healing is a complex process involving early inflammatory immune regu-lation,angiogenesis,osteogenic differentiation,and *** repair poses challenges for orthopedic surgeons,necessitating the search for efficient healing *** To investigate the underlying mechanism by which hydrogel-loaded exosomes derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)facilitate the process of fracture *** Hydrogels and loaded BMSC-derived exosome(BMSC-exo)gels were charac-terized to validate their *** vitro evaluations were conducted to assess the impact of hydrogels on various stages of the healing *** could recruit macrophages and inhibit inflammatory responses,enhance of human umbilical vein endothelial cell angiogenesis,and promote the osteogenic differen-tiation of primary cranial ***,the effect of hydrogel on fracture healing was confirmed using a mouse fracture *** The hydrogel effectively attenuated the inflammatory response during the initial repair stage and subsequently facilitated vascular migration,promoted the formation of large vessels,and enabled functional vascularization during bone *** effects were further validated in fracture *** We successfully fabricated a hydrogel loaded with BMSC-exo that modulates macrophage polarization and angiogenesis to influence bone regeneration.

Tensor data have been widely used in many fields,e.g.,modern biomedical imaging,chemometrics,and economics,but often suffer from some common issues as in high dimensional *** to find their low-dimensional latent structure has been of great interest for *** this end,we develop two efficient tensor sufficient dimension reduction methods based on the sliced average variance estimation(SAVE)to estimate the corresponding dimension reduction *** first one,entitled tensor sliced average variance estimation(TSAVE),works well when the response is discrete or takes finite values,but is not■consistent for continuous response;the second one,named bias-correction tensor sliced average variance estimation(CTSAVE),is a de-biased version of the TSAVE *** asymptotic properties of both methods are derived under mild *** and real data examples are also provided to show the superiority of the efficiency of the developed methods.

Speech emotion recognition(SER)uses acoustic analysis to find features for emotion recognition and examines variations in voice that are caused by *** number of features acquired with acoustic analysis is extremely high,so we introduce a hybrid filter-wrapper feature selection algorithm based on an improved equilibrium optimizer for constructing an emotion recognition *** proposed algorithm implements multi-objective emotion recognition with the minimum number of selected features and maximum ***,we use the information gain and Fisher Score to sort the features extracted from ***,we employ a multi-objective ranking method to evaluate these features and assign different importance to *** with high rankings have a large probability of being ***,we propose a repair strategy to address the problem of duplicate solutions in multi-objective feature selection,which can improve the diversity of solutions and avoid falling into local *** random forest and K-nearest neighbor classifiers,four English speech emotion datasets are employed to test the proposed algorithm(MBEO)as well as other multi-objective emotion identification *** results illustrate that it performs well in inverted generational distance,hypervolume,Pareto solutions,and execution time,and MBEO is appropriate for high-dimensional English SER.

Effect of BaO and MgO on structure and properties of aluminate slag with various CaO/Al_(2)0_(3)ratios

To provide theoretical guidance for performance stability control of low-reactive mold fluxes,the effects of BaO and MgO on the structure and properties of aluminate slag with various CaO/Al_(2)0_(3)(C/A)ratios were investigated using the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,Raman spectroscope,hemispherical melting point instrument,rotational viscometer and X-ray *** results indicated that with BaO and MgO addition,the structure polymerization was first weakened and then enhanced at C/A of 1.1.and the transition contents corresponded to 8 wt.%BaO and 2 wt.%MgO,respectively,while the structure polymerization decreased continuously at C/A of *** the viscosity change was well consistent with the structure evolution,the polymerization degree played a more prominent role in the slag viscosity than superheat degree when the melting temperature difference was within 40℃.The break temperature decreased initially and then increased with augment of BaO and MgO at C/A of 1.1.while it manifested a decrease trend with BaO addition,and it decreased obviously but then turned to increase with MgO increment at C/A of *** crystallization phase and crystallization ratio kept stable with BaO increment,while the crystallization ratio rose greatly with MgO promoting LiAlO_(2)precipitation at C/A of *** crystal types of all experimental slags were mainly Ca_(1.)Al_(1.)O_(33)and CaF_(2)at C/A of 1.3,and the precipitation of crystalline phase BaAl2O4 demonstrated a rising trend,while that of Ca_(1.)Al_(1.)O_(33)gradually declined with BaO augment.
